When I arrived, I was offered two oil change options, one for $112.99 and then another for $99.99. While I was waiting for my car, the employee (Jason) checked in more customers (who all happen to be male). Each customer was offered a cheaper option than me ($79.99). As a female, I would not recommend this business. Sexism and incompetence are really unacceptable. read more

I went to this Jiffy Lube & pulled into the open bay; which I have always been told to do at a Jiffy Lube. The man that worked there started screaming woah woah what are you doing?!?! I promptly drove off & won't be back. No one has the right to yell at anyone. Horrible. read more

I called Jiffy Lube on 40 hey this morning to ask if they were doing contact free service. They said yes. So I asked if I could prepay over the phone so I don't have to exchange payment with them. They aren't offering phone payments of any kind. They shared the exact cost of my last oil change and then I went in with the correct amount on a visa gift card so I didn't have to take anything back. The girl there seemed upset with me because I wanted to protect myself and not make contact. She insisted that I needed to take my receipt. She also said I MUST sign my paper. Not sure why I needed a signature on a receipt. After I left, they called my husband bc his phone number is on the acct and told him he needed to pick up his receipt. Not sure why, but I think the company should consider online payments and online signatures. I'm glad I didn't have to get out of my car, but I wish they weren't so insistent on signitures and receipts. The manager there was friendly and helped me reset my oil tracker through the window of the car. read more

I have been a loyal customer with jiffy lube for 6 years. The last couple years I have come to find that the lack of quality in their work completely offsets the convenience. Not only have I had bad experiences but my friends constantly say what terrible service they received. The last time I came to this location they did not screw my oil cap on tightly. I've been leaking oil this entire time and haven't been able to tell it was me because I park on the street and it's hard to tell when I'm leaking fluid. I've driven 3700 miles like this. On top of that, I am a business partner with this location. I offer them 50% all services through my business. Last time that I mentioned that the manager said all that he could discount me was $5 off. I had already went on their website to see what discounts they had and found a $10 off coupon! Another time at the wornall location, the reps were very unprofessional and the clerk behind the counter was sleeping... AND SNORING!!!! I thought about coming to the store to talk to the manager but the lack of ethics in business and care for their customers... I decided to just send in the bad feedback this way. I don't trust the management. Maybe it'll save someone else the pain and possible damage to their vehicle. Either way, I will never be coming back to jiffy lube at any location. read more

I waited fifty- minutes despite pulling in after one car on the rack. I didn't see anyone touch the car they had up on the lift. When my car was pulled in I was told it would be over $100 for an oil change. I have used Jiffy Lube countless times and it was never in that price range. I had a coupon for $25 off and that still would be over $80 for a change. I left, went to the dealership and paid $40 with no coupon or special. This Jiffy Lube wasted my time, the Tech's seemed to be standing around, and the price was ridiculous. Be cautious of this business. I have used Jiffy Lube for years and this was a first. read more

Good store. Service was good. My only issue was that Courtney spoke a little too fast for this old man. She knew her job well.

I was surprised to see a lady working who ended up being the Assistance Manager. She was extremely personable and quite funny. She had a lot of knowledge and helped me understand everything. The prices were a bit high but they had specials which really knocked the price down for me. It was fast, clean in the waiting room, and drive up - no appointment necessary.
