They have 3 bays, only 2 were "open" for services. It was a busy day and cars were lining up in their respective lanes with no direction from their employees. I was 2nd in line outside with a few other cars coming in after me. The car ahead of me pulled in. A young man (employee) came out and told me to back up to let the car that was next to me to go in next since the car ahead of me was only getting pressures checked and since the the car next to me (white car) was here first, I should BACK UP to let him in go ahead of me. Keep in mind that there are now SEVERAL cars in line in this very small lot at this point. I asked what was the purpose of being in line if I'm going to have to let people cut in front of me? The white car that next to me had a truck that was in the process of getting its oil changed. We were all in line to probably get our oils changed what difference is it what line we are in!? Oil changes take 15 minutes. Made absolutely no sense to jockey customers around who are already in their respective lanes for services!

After a 1800.00 charge for repairs went to a dealership and requested the vehicle to be checked and wanted the same repairs completed and the charges would have been more than half the price that was paid to this so called cheaper repair shop. Do your homework even if you have to pay to get the vehicle checked somewhere else because you will still save a huge amount of money.
