I was in Fort Collins, Colorado, visiting my sister. I drove here from California, and one of my headlights went out. I went to two other places that would not help me and pulled up to this Jiffy Lube. The technicians were very helpful and our technician Mateo was professional and quick with the repairs. Employees were very rude. One employee delivering cars from the back to customers when done was driving the car very aggressively and honked at potential customers not yet served. The man directing traffic into lanes would not ask simple questions about timing or services offered. We will not return. read more

If i could leave 0 stars i would. First, they didn't install my cabin air filter correctly and had to redo it myself, they are lazy. They didn't reinstall my glove compartment correctly, and left it in pieces on my floor. They filled my tires up but didn't put my tire valve cap back on ??? Daughter had her vehicle serviced here. They did synthetic oil $99. Great. They did rear diff fluid change on a vehicle with 26,000 mile $199ish. Seems like a naive upsell. She bought it so... I made a visit to follow up on some issues brought up by the dealer who serviced it for other items. Sarah and Ralph were friendly, made an offer for other needed service. Not sure why it wasn't done when she was there but they did it no charge. They offered to check the cameras to see if some of my items happened while they serviced it. Jury still out but Sarah and Ralph did everything they could to make me happy with their service. read more

I've always received great customer service here. My engine was overheating yesterday and I needed an oil change anyway, everyone working was extremely friendly and helpful. Ralph and everyone involved saved my day, thanks so much to this amazing staff! This was already my go to location to get things checked out on the fly, I won't go anywhere else now. Went in for an oil change and they messed up my tires. Went in with only 5k miles on my new off raiding tires, ended up with TWO LEAKS. Both of the valves were messed up, AND they replaced a couple caps not only with the WRONG caps, one of them was also broken. I'm honestly astonished how much went wrong with my TIRES when i was just there for an oil change. Watch out. read more

You went above and beyond, including driving over to Toyota to get a new brake fluid cap, even though the reason it needed to be replaced was not your responsibility. I came in flustered and concerned, and I left with brakes that don't stick, and a complimentary oil change. Thank you for your service, help and knowledge this morning. Had an oil change and a fuel filter replaced on my f250 diesel with only 15000 miles on it. They didn't hook up the fuel line correctly under hood correctly when I started the truck it sprayed fuel all over the engine. They sprayed the engine off with water. drove it a while and it still stunk in the cab. Took it back and I and the employee cleaned the engine further. The manager replaced the cabin filter and gave me a %15 discount saving $8. what a bunch of incompetent personel. Dont go to the Jiffy Lube on College avenue in Ft Collins. read more

I learned today from a Jiffy Lube location in Virginia that this Jiffy Lube location charged me for a rear differential service on my vehicle, a vehicle that doesn't have a rear differential. That partially on me for not being knowledgeable about the vehicle. But you cannot overlook that this particular Jiffy Lube location WILL SCAM YOU if they feel they can get away with it. read more

I came for an oil change and I asked the guy if I would get a discount if I provided my own oil and filter (since I already had it in my car because I was planning on doing it myself, but ran out of time) He told me it would be half off so I agreed to do it. I payed and left without thinking about it. I later looked at the receipt and they only gave me $4 off. I called and explained what had happened and he told me I only got $4 because there were 5 guys working on my car and they have to pay their workers even though it took 15 minutes max read more

Jiffy Lube #17 2549 S.College Ave These folk are my go-to for my lil' Smart car. So far, all I have done is a basic oil / oil filter change, etc service. I do this once a quarter even though it's not all that needful; but it's kept my 2008 car easin' on down the road for 12 years now. Every time I come in, no matter what day/time, they are very professional and fast, even though my weird lil' car (engine in back, fluids in front) does tend to throw the new kids for a loop...but I take pity on 'em, and show them where things are, Lol. Upon arriving to jiffy lube on 10/17/23 I was directed into a bay for my oil change. The technician started on my oil change, and after draining my oil walked me over to the computer to get my information and asked what oil I wanted. I was then informed that the only oil available for my vehicle was full synthetic and it would be $99. Since my oil had already been drained I didn't have much of an option. It took a while after this and several different technicians worked on my vehicle. After filling it with oil I was asked to rev my engine between 2k-3k rpm for 30 seconds for a pressure test. Towards the end I heard a technician in the pit below my car screaming "stop, stop, stop, cut the vehicle off!" After some waiting and nothin being communicated to me the technician put more oil in my vehicle. I was originally told, after asking what happened, that they didn't tighten my drain plug all the way and oil was leaking from it. After speaking to the manager he stated the oil filter gasket got pinched during installation (by jiffy lube technician) and oil was spraying everywhere. Not sure which was true. I was offered no discount or refund. Later the next day I noticed my tire was almost completely flat. After further inspection it was leaking from the valve stem. Having no issues since I bought the tires in January I found it odd that now after jiffy lube checked tire pressure I had a flat. I would not recommend jiffy lube and will be taking my vehicle to the dealership for inspection to make sure they didn't screw anything else up. I got lucky compared to most other reviews, some of which resulted in $10,000 + in damages. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE! Update: Jiffy Lube called me and offered a full refund and free oil change in the future as well as offered to fix the tire. read more

Highly recommend this location, honestly one of the best service stations I've ever been to. Came in for an oil change and they had me in and out in maybe 15 minutes. Found out there were some other services I needed done and there was no pressure on me to perform them, just a good recommendation. Ended up getting some of it done because they were way cheaper than any dealership, and for the speediness of the service, better than any other place. Shout out to Elijah for taking care of my car and to Sam for being really honest and super helpful. He was even super nice to a lady before me who was having a really hard time. Lot of respect. I brought in my car for a oil change and power steering fluid flush. There was oil marks left all through out on the inside of my car and my seats were ripped by one of the employee. No one took accountability, and it took over 5 days for anyone to get back to me after I had to call several times. They denied the claim. also after spending $260.00 they did not give any discounts or try to make it right in any way. Would not recommended to any one. and will not be going back. some of the worst costume service I've received by far. read more

When I confronted them about it, I was told I was going to get refunded the $100 with a few bus days and never was! I took my car to the jiffy lube on 2549 s college in Fort Collins, Colorado 7/17/19 for an oil change. Upon arrival I told them I wanted the high mileage oil the girl said yeah yeah you tell the guy what you want when you get to the computer with him. I had my 1 year old with me sitting in the lobby and he was screaming so I decided to be polite and stand outside right in front of the bay in plain sight. Next thing I know I see my car being pulled around. I was extremely mad they touched my car without speaking to me. I don't believe its policy to just do what you want on a car. No one called my name or anything and I was standing right there. I looked at my invoice and only the standard oil change was done. An hour later I'm on the highway and hear a ticking noise in the engine and see smoke. I pull over and check the dipstick first and it is way over the fill line and I wiped it three times on a clean rag and still overfilled. The rag also reeked of gasoline. I wanted to get off at the exit that was nearby and once I pulled off the shoulder my motor blew. Oil all over the highway and pieces of metal. When I called jiffy lube to tell them the manager Heath assured me he would pay for the tow back to the shop, get me into a rental and get my car fixed. I got it back to the shop right before closing and he told me I would get reimbursed in the morning once his GM Dustin was there because he wasn't authorized to do payments even though he told me he would. The tow was close to 300$ I go there first thing and the operational manager Ken laughed in my face and said he wasn't paying for anything after I was waiting an hour to talk to him. I have a 2015 Kia soul with 103,000 miles. No way my motor should have blown, there was nothing wrong with my car before jiffy lube touched it. I drive for Uber and usually make $100 to $200 a day, that is my livelihood. Now I'm broke from paying the tow and all the Lyft's I have been taking to get around town with my sons doctor appointments. No car and no means of getting a new one. They keep ignoring me everytime I call. read more

This is not the place you want to get anything done on your car. Typical bait and switch. Get you in the door with coupons(which they don't honor)to try and up-sell you on a bunch of services you don't need. I left last time with no intention of returning in the future. I was sent a survey about my experience which I filled out honestly. I was then contacted by Ken(the operations manager) and I told him about why I wasn't going to return in the future. He didn't respond after I guess hearing the same thing he hears from multiple dissatisfied customers. Even more reason to take my business elsewhere. read more

Came in on a busy day after work after I tore half my bumper off leaving work. I explained I had to make the drive to vail that same night and they said they'd see what they can do. Jerry then spent the next 20 minutes with zip ties screw drivers and the works making sure my car was safe to drive.
