I appreciate a no bull $hit experience. I communicated what I was interested in, and received the service I desired. I appreciate a family owned business. A real personable experience is very important to me. The service provided is more than reasonably priced. The product is solid. The staff is great. To the owning family- I appreciate you. See you next time. read more

My oil change and tire rotation was super speedy and even though there were cars ahead of me I was out in about 35 minutes. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The only thing I was not used to is that they usually go over cost before starting the service and this location did not do that so it was $145 which I wasn't necessarily anticipating. Overall happy with service though! read more

Fantastic! I always come here for oil changes and I've never had any issues with them. Greatly owned and operated.

Terrible customer service made me feel stupid called me slurs. wish they would have just walked me through it

I've been taking all my cars here for over 20 years. Marcus and the crew are thorough and honest.

Came in for an oil change based on reviews and had an excellent experience! The gentleman working up front was very friendly, respectful, and welcoming. Prices are fair and service was quick! Highly recommend coming here for your next service! read more

Great service! Especially love their mascot. Sweet little old pup named wiggles. I also received my car back with the carpet cleaned and a pretty carnation on the dash. They earned my recurring business! read more

Thank you to Amanda and Marcus. You got me in immediately, explained everything well, were patient with my questions and charged me a reasonable amount. I appreciate the service. I don't live near your property, but I called relatives and recommended that they use your services. read more

I had a complete fluid change on my 2016 Nissan Frontier. The vehicle is running great.

So impressed by this store! Came in for an oil change and the manager, John and his tech found that the work just don't by Firestone on the rack and pinion and radiator system was half-as**ed. They took photos and wrote down on the invoice what was seen. John said to have the manager at Firestone call him if he disagreed. I brought the van back to Firestone and they investigated. Grease Monkey was correct! And Firestone ended up replacing the rack and pinion and other issues completely free of charge. I was impressed with Grease Monkey's thoroughness, honesty...and focus on the customer rather than making money. I will be making them my number one choice for oil changes and other issues moving forward. Highly recommend!!! read more

I stopped in today at Grease Monkey on S. Lemay and Oakridge to see if they could fix my windshield wipers. I was afraid I might need to get a whole new system put in from a dealer. Instead, they tightened a bolt and it works fine. I said I might need a new wiper blade, but was told it was fine, even going back to check and make sure. They could have sold me blades, but didn't. I have been going to them for several years now , and they are always friendly and very capable, never minding how big or little the job is. It is a pleasure to do business with them. They never try to sell me anything I don't need. I feel like I'm costing them money! read more

Went here because I needed an oil change and had time to kill before my daughters cheer competition. I was surprised to see nothing but females and 2 friendly dogs. They were fast and pleasant. They were very upfront about pricing. I live in Lakewood so I don't see me coming back in the foreseeable future but if I'm in the area and happen to need another oil change, I would come back. My hats off to you for being extremely successful in a male dominated world. read more

Best oil change I've ever gotten. Super friendly and efficient and affordable. From the front desk gal, to the guys doing the oil change and everything in between....they all did a great job. read more

One employee (could be owner or manager) made me really nervous. Even though they are conducting their customer contact outside, he is not wearing a mask or social distancing. I was wearing my mask and kept trying to step back from him, but he kept stepping toward me. At one point he was 2 feet away and talking right into my face. I couldn't concentrate on what he was saying to me because I was so worried about all the COVID he might have been breathing on to my mask. On the plus side, they did get my car in and out within 30 minutes and I think they did a good job on it. It's hard to know from an oil change, but my car was definitely running better afterward. read more

Grease Monkey is always my go to for oil changes, but this location is special! I would encourage all the ladies to go on the first Wednesday of the month for Ladies Day! It was a really cool experience to see women working on the cars and teaching you everything. As a woman, I felt like I had the best experience ever because I felt comfortable asking the women my "dumb" questions. Plus, ladies get a discount and a pink flower after the service! Go check it out! Very empowering, inspiring, and comfortable! read more

Always feel welcomed and comfortable here. Amazing, honest service and efficient! My go to for oil change.

First time at grease monkey today- they went above and beyond with the service provided. Vacuumed my car and had great communication regarding the service done. One of the best places you could go- great price, better people! read more

Fantastic customer service and very knowledgeable! Sometimes I'm weary about instant oil change places but these people know what they are doing. It's run by two ladies who are nice and don't up selling either! Would highly recommend and will come back for life! read more

Their service is fine they're just sexist as heck. I've never been gaslit at a business I'm paying money to he told me I completely ruined my whole entire front end. Literally nothing was wrong. Got told by multiple mechanic shops that he was talking out of his behind.. I'll definitely not be coming back ever so weird. He also said that I was lying to him and I had driven into a snow drift when there was no snow on the ground but OK.‍ read more

Outstanding service from everyone here. Friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, professional, trustworthy, and they all seem to work well together. They pointed out a couple of things for me to keep an eye on, but there was never any pressure to get additional services. In short, this place has everything you could want in a business, and I'm actually looking forward to my next oil change! read more

I absolutely love this place. They are so friendly, quick, efficient, and instantly make you feel comfortable. Plus, you get this lovely flower on your dashboard at the end of it. Great customer service! read more

Grease Monkey - Oil Change Stations Near Me - Fort Collins, Colorado

After oil change service car would die while driving. We push it to the parking lot and told her what was wrong. She thought otherwise, and gave us the wrong tools. She was very nice, but sometimes you need to assume that the customer knows their vehicle better. Thank you to the team for the oil change read more

Typical car repair upsells. They said my battery (only a year old) was bad. Went to another store and got it tested and all was good. If this goes in the next 6 months I'll update my review but until then....beware of these shenanigans.... read more

OK, what can you say about an oil change? Well, I wasn't pressured. And it was a quick service. And I didn't get steamrolled with 50 different things I should take care of immediately as in the other major chain oil companies. The service workers were friendly. The workers were all women. They told me what I needed and allowed me to ask questions. What a concept! I will definitely go back to this station ON OAKRIDGE DR. as many times as possible. And I will let others know how much I enjoyed the service. Wow, who can say that? read more

After a superb oil change, The Grease Monkey on Oakridge left a lovely carnation on my dashboard! They also have complimentary vacuuming available and give solid advice. Grease Monkey - After a superb oil change, Grease Monkey on Oakridge left a lovely carnation on the dashboard! They also do complimentary vacuuming :) - Oil Change Stations Near Me - Fort Collins, Colorado

Super kind and super efficient! I called an hour before they closed, no appointment or anything, with a short list of what I wanted. They did it all without question and without pushing anything! I only wish they explained the oil change options more slowly; I know nothing about cars and got a bit confused. Otherwise, it was super quick and super upfront. Thanks Grease Monkey! read more

I have been going to Crossroads Hyundai since I bought my car, but thru the years they really don't care, and over charge. So I came in to get my oil changed here, lots of woman, and the manager she was wonderful. I will be going their from now on. I was in and out in 15 minutes, I was amazed. Plus my car was vacuumed, and a carnation was on my dash. WOW, way to go Grease Monkey. read more

Office manager was not too friendly and didn't seem too thrilled to help me. When checking me in for service I was asked a question about my vehicle and when I responded that I thought his initial answer was correct the guy said in a condescending tone "oh no. I know I'm right. I just looked it up with xxxx number..." Price was $40 more than other service centers in the area for conventional oil and tire rotation. I was told it would be done in around 30-40 minutes. When I showed up an hour later the same guy as before says "well, you were gone a while" as if it was a huge inconvenience for them to hold onto my keys for 20 minutes. Overall not a business worthy of more than a two star rating. Will not be going back. read more

Went here on a Saturday morning the employees were super friendly and had me in and out in under 30 minutes even giving my truck a quick vacuum. And left a carnation on my dash putting a smile on my face. Would highly recommend this location on Oakridge Dr in Fort Collins read more

brought my pickup in for oil change. Naturally they had a long list of other things they wanted to do, including replacing burnt out 3rd brake light. I said yes to that (and some other stuff) but they came back and said they couldnt do it, but not before the tech got greasy fingerprints all over the headliner of my truck. Not happy. read more

Love the service we received. They are honest and friendly. We took our vehicle here to get the a/c recharged. We were given a discount because the recharge didn't work and there is a bigger issue with the a/c system. It was a very nice offer from the owner even though they did give us the full service. This is not the companies fault. We tried the cheaper option first.($100 vs $200+.) We were also given a couple of places that they recommend, which was helpful. read more
