I travel in a camper all over the country and have been to Jiffy Lube locations all over, and this location was the best experience I have had. I pulled up and was greeted by Ralph within 15 seconds of turning my car off. He told me they were just finishing up and would pull me in in less than five minutes. Three minuts later, I pulled in, Kristina immediately greeted me, took my information and asked what services I was looking for. She did a walk-around, inspected the vehicle, and then suggested windshield repair of 3 chips and wipers (yes, please) and other dealer-recommended services. While we reviewed, Ralph, Madi, and Amico got to work on the oil change, tire pressure, and deeper inspection. Even with other cars in the bay, the team worked to get me in and out in under 25 minutes. They were polite, funny, professional, and hardworking. Thank you for the professionalism of Levi. She was polite and took time to talk through my options. It is this little extra that goes a long way in my book. This was changed to three stars for several reasons. One I was not offered a physical receipt, two it said that I declined you vacuuming the floors and I did not and You didn't have any windshield solvent because your machine was down. Had to take The Mrs.' little blue Nissan in for an oil change last weekend. This was our second trip to this JL. The first I was sure they were going to up sell the oil, filter, everything to us, which always bugs the sh!t out of me, but after I said "no thanks" just once, they were cool with that. This time, they let us know that any service we chose, we'd get it for half price. Also, they let us know that they've made advancements to the formulas so we can go longer between oil changes. Kinda shocked they would come clean about that, you'd think it would be a detriment to business. We upgraded our package due to the savings and thanked them. They showed us to the waiting area, offered the coffee, tv remote, and before we sat down, they let us know the car was ready. In & out in about 10 min - pit crew speed. That's a winner my friends. Great service! I called ahead and spoke to Logan who took time on the phone to explain my oil change options and estimated cost. When I arrived I was greeted quickly and service began soon after. So being on a time crunch I decided to go to the south store and as I was pulling out of the parking lot two cars pulled into that parking lot in which the employees of that store walked into the service bay.. I always go to Jiffy Lube for my oil changes (for years in florida and colorado) now, I usually go to the one closer to downtown Fort Collins off of S. College. But yesterday I decided to go to this location. Every jiffy lube I've ever been to let's me stay in the car, but this location didn't give the option and they just told me to get out and someone would come talk to me. Which already makes my experience upsetting and catches me off guard, I go to jiffy lube so I can stay in my car. But fine whatever, I'm standing there waiting for someone to talk to me then they sternly tell me I can't stand there and have to go inside so I'm like ..okay?? Should of told me that I can wait inside and the person who will speak to me will meet me inside. How am I supposed to know? I'm usually sitting in my car. Then I get in my car and notice that some of my belongings are missing and some random things are spilt all over my passenger floor boards. I search for my belongings and look in my glovebox and there are my belongings SHOVED inside. They shoved something that is large and didn't belong in my glove box, which made a bunch of little things I had in the glovebox spill out onto my floor boards, and they completely CRUMPLED all my important documents that were inside the glovebox trying to shove my things in there. Wtf??? the glovebox was hard for me to open since they stuffed it so full... I have no idea why they went in my car and touched and relocated my belongings in such a rude and violating way, and left a mess. I have no idea why they would need to even go inside my car, as every time I've came to other locations (for 9 years now I've been a customer of jiffy lube) and sat in my car they NEVER have to go inside, except maybe ask me to open my driver door for the vin number. Drove in from Texas. My truck needed a oil change. So went on Groupon found a steal of a deal for my vehicle. I went in just expecting a oil change. What actually happened was far better. They directed me into the stall. One of the guys open my door and directed me inside. Immediately they started working on my truck. Two guys were underneath my truck, One was vacuuming and I believe another one was checking my fluids under my hood. The service here is absolutely stellar. I have never experienced this type of customer service anywhere. Even the front desk clerk who was running back-and-forth between the shop and the front had nothing but amazing customer service. Had a poor experience at this location. This franchisee pushes unnecessary services on your car. We've been to other Jiffy Lubes in NoCo and had great experiences so it's not the brand. I received a rock chip repair in November and was misinformed by the gentleman at the desk. If you pay out of pocket, the warranty is 3 months or 3,000 miles. DO NOT pay cash if you plan on doing anything with your insurance in the future. Here I am, 6 months later with the rock chip spreading and nothing I can do about it. The manager, Daniel, did all that he could, speaking to people above him and doing the research he could. I really appreciate his hard work, despite the difficulties that were in play. I showed receipts and the time between my oil change and the tow truck pick up. They gave me no assistance for my car. They claimed no responsibility for my engine burning up. My youngest daughter who served this country as a Marine took her 2013 Dodge Dart there for an oil change, paid for the services, and in less than 100 all the oil came out because the so called technician did not prepare the oil filter housing property, and because of this her engine seized. The car was diagnosed by two shops since including Fort Collins Dodge, they both stated that the problem was a result of the shops inexperienced technicians! The cost to replace the engine is almost $6000! She has also incurred towing fees and diagnostic fees adding up to almost another $300. Now we are fighting with the owner John Smith, he in not so many words says tough, it's not our problem! We are getting now where with him! We just filed a complaint in small claims court. My daughter is an active reservist and needs her car repaired immediately! I beg you, do not use Jiffy Lube for anything! read more

Went to jiffy lube to get an oil change last Friday. The next day drive to see my sister and her kids and my car broke down on the highway and my fuel pressure gage was reading 0. Took it to a shop and they told us I needed a new fuel filter, a fuel pump, and injectors. $1400. Get it from the shop, take it 5 miles to work, and after work it won't start. Took it to the same shop but at a different location and they're telling me there's an internal engine problem that they can't fix. Said that it was likely due to whatever jiffy lube did when they (incorrectly) changed my oil). Because when they checked, I had ZERO oil. So not only have I been with out a car for over a week, but I am now stuck paying back the $1400 dollars for no reason, and now I have a worthless car that isn't fixable. Right before I go to Europe and now I have no clue how I can afford my trip. So thank you jiffy lube of harmony and college for completely ruining my vehicle, driving me to take my car to the shop not once, but twice and get charged 1400, and for ruining my trip to Europe in a couple weeks. read more

They put a screw through my tire and wouldn't do anything about it. I got an oil change here this morning and as soon as I pulled out of the parking lot I heard my tire making a weird sound, like something was stuck on it. I drove it over to the parking lot across the street and parked to check it out. There was a huge screw and washer stuck in my tire. I went back over to Jiffy Lube to resolve it,but they said because I had driven it off the lot there was no proof that the screw was their fault. I heard it as soon as I started driving and I know it wasn't there earlier. Logan, the manager, said they don't use screws so it couldn't have come from them...the entire lot was a construction site. Logan also said he called the nearby Discount Tires to get me a free tire patch. I drove over to the Discount Tire and they had been closed for weeks. So he lied.
