Retaliation business practices for real customer complaints. I would recommend steering clear of Jiffy Lube

Dante and the whole team were very nice to work with. Great communication and honesty. Stopped in because I thought I had an oil leak, but they said everything was fine and did a top off for free. read more

This place is awesome!!! Got everything done for a good price, nice folks to work with and gave me a few pointers to learn more about my car! After my visit I noticed some outlets not working, when I came back they were so willing to fix it and help me out! Very much recommend for car maintenance!! read more

Fast, quick, polite, and no high pressure sales. Sure they are going to ask if you want other services but they don't pressure or guilt you in to getting them. In and out quickly on a Saturday morning. read more

This place was awesome. Noah really helped me out today. Customer service was 5-star and they were so fast with the service I needed. I can't say enough good things about this place. A hidden gem and local favorite! read more

Jiffy Lube - Chillin in their comfy waiting area - Oil Change Stations Near Me - Fort Collins, Colorado

Great experience here-- the oil change only took about 20 minutes with no wait in line. Ralph is kind and patient and does a great job explaining and answering questions about the oil change/tune up process. There's also a good number of female workers employed which is awesome! Overall kind and friendly staff who are knowledgeable and want to make sure you are getting the best deal possible. I will definitely be coming back! read more

I travel in a camper all over the country and have been to Jiffy Lube locations all over, and this location was the best experience I have had. I pulled up and was greeted by Ralph within 15 seconds of turning my car off. He told me they were just finishing up and would pull me in in less than five minutes. Three minuts later, I pulled in, Kristina immediately greeted me, took my information and asked what services I was looking for. She did a walk-around, inspected the vehicle, and then suggested windshield repair of 3 chips and wipers (yes, please) and other dealer-recommended services. While we reviewed, Ralph, Madi, and Amico got to work on the oil change, tire pressure, and deeper inspection. Even with other cars in the bay, the team worked to get me in and out in under 25 minutes. They were polite, funny, professional, and hardworking. Five Stars, Highly recommend, and I would do it again! read more

The guys at the Kensington shop are awesome. They work hard and will do everything in their power to make sure they take good care of you. Thank you guys for making my day better. read more

My technician Steve and his assistant were friendly, efficient, and effective! I was in and out quickly! Check out Jiffy Lube on South College across from Walgreens! I appreciate the quality of service and kindness! read more

They priced matched a coupon I had seen, worked with me so I didn't have to go inside to pay and they were not pushy with the add ones. They just made recommendations. I did notice one of my tires was low on air after I left. They fixed right away. read more

I would like to change my rating from 4 stars to 5 now that I know what the extra charge was for. Thank you Mark Howell for reaching out and explaining things to me. I really appreciate the owner of the business reading my review and going out of his way to look up my invoice. AMAZING customer service!! read more

It was time for our vehicles to have an oil change, so I went to the Kensington shop for both of the changes. The staff was fantastic and the service exemplary. I will continue to frequent this establishment for all my oil changes. read more

When i got there, no one was in front of me. Those boys got me in & out so quickly. I brought my phone to get some work done i didnt even get to my emails. I like going there everyone is nice & attentive. Thnx guys! read more

Thank you for the professionalism of Levi. She was polite and took time to talk through my options. It is this little extra that goes a long way in my book. This was changed to three stars for several reasons. One I was not offered a physical receipt, two it said that I declined you vacuuming the floors and I did not and You didn't have any windshield solvent because your machine was down. Could you not of had something else on site or recommended that we come back at another time. All the good at Leavitt I did at the beginning was undone read more

I stopped in for a quick Uber inspection. The crew was super kind and quick! I've also come here for oil changes and they do a great job!

My rear passenger blinker light was out they changed it free of charge they were awesome thank you

These guys are great. I had logistical problems and had to have my daughter drop off my car and I was going to pick it up when done. I was running late and these guys all stuck around until I could get there so I could pay and get my keys. One guy even had his wife and toddler there waiting on me! They were great about it and very friendly. Much appreciated you guys sticking around and going above and beyond! Thanks! read more

While I had some concerns over one member of the staff who, though quite polite, was seriously lacking in training/knowledge, the young woman supervisor, (whose name I shamefully forgot), was GREAT. She went above and beyond when I expressed my confusion over what I was told in error and made an "ok visit" an "exceptional one." Thanks! read more

Had to take The Mrs.' little blue Nissan in for an oil change last weekend. This was our second trip to this JL. The first I was sure they were going to up sell the oil, filter, everything to us, which always bugs the sh!t out of me, but after I said "no thanks" just once, they were cool with that. This time, they let us know that any service we chose, we'd get it for half price. Also, they let us know that they've made advancements to the formulas so we can go longer between oil changes. Kinda shocked they would come clean about that, you'd think it would be a detriment to business. We upgraded our package due to the savings and thanked them. They showed us to the waiting area, offered the coffee, tv remote, and before we sat down, they let us know the car was ready. In & out in about 10 min - pit crew speed. That's a winner my friends. We'll be back! read more

I pulled in and immediately the Team jumped into action. Flynn greeted me and then Hannah took over from there. She was knowledgeable, courteous, & professional. I had a coupon which they honored without hesitation and I was in and out in about 20 minutes. I will go back here for all of my oil changes in the future. I highly recommend them. read more

Not accepting military discount a real problem. Nice people but if they dont have appreciation for those who served then I'll be taking my business else where. read more

I originally went to the store on College and Drake only to sit there for 10 minutes waiting for anyone to appear it was about 615 and they close at seven!? So being on a time crunch I decided to go to the south store and as I was pulling out of the parking lot two cars pulled into that parking lot in which the employees of that store walked into the service bay.. The store I went to got me in and out accordingly!! read more

Drove in from Texas. My truck needed a oil change. So went on Groupon found a steal of a deal for my vehicle. I went in just expecting a oil change. What actually happened was far better. They directed me into the stall. One of the guys open my door and directed me inside. Immediately they started working on my truck. Two guys were underneath my truck, One was vacuuming and I believe another one was checking my fluids under my hood. The service here is absolutely stellar. I have never experienced this type of customer service anywhere. Even the front desk clerk who was running back-and-forth between the shop and the front had nothing but amazing customer service. She happily accepted my Groupon! Too bad I won't be here for long because if I was I definitely bring my truck back for the next oil change. read more

I always go to Jiffy Lube for my oil changes (for years in florida and colorado) now, I usually go to the one closer to downtown Fort Collins off of S. College. But yesterday I decided to go to this location. Every jiffy lube I've ever been to let's me stay in the car, but this location didn't give the option and they just told me to get out and someone would come talk to me. Which already makes my experience upsetting and catches me off guard, I go to jiffy lube so I can stay in my car. But fine whatever, I'm standing there waiting for someone to talk to me then they sternly tell me I can't stand there and have to go inside so I'm like ..okay?? Should of told me that I can wait inside and the person who will speak to me will meet me inside. How am I supposed to know? I'm usually sitting in my car. Then I get in my car and notice that some of my belongings are missing and some random things are spilt all over my passenger floor boards. I search for my belongings and look in my glovebox and there are my belongings SHOVED inside. They shoved something that is large and didn't belong in my glove box, which made a bunch of little things I had in the glovebox spill out onto my floor boards, and they completely CRUMPLED all my important documents that were inside the glovebox trying to shove my things in there. Wtf??? the glovebox was hard for me to open since they stuffed it so full... I have no idea why they went in my car and touched and relocated my belongings in such a rude and violating way, and left a mess. I have no idea why they would need to even go inside my car, as every time I've came to other locations (for 9 years now I've been a customer of jiffy lube) and sat in my car they NEVER have to go inside, except maybe ask me to open my driver door for the vin number. Not to mention, I was even more disappointed when I drove away and noticed my oil change light was STILL on and they didn't clear it.. read more

Had a poor experience at this location. This franchisee pushes unnecessary services on your car. We've been to other Jiffy Lubes in NoCo and had great experiences so it's not the brand. Would recommend customers to heavily question any recommended services as pushy sales. Work seemed fine, just deceitful and pushy sales. read more

I received a rock chip repair in November and was misinformed by the gentleman at the desk. If you pay out of pocket, the warranty is 3 months or 3,000 miles. DO NOT pay cash if you plan on doing anything with your insurance in the future. Here I am, 6 months later with the rock chip spreading and nothing I can do about it. The manager, Daniel, did all that he could, speaking to people above him and doing the research he could. I really appreciate his hard work, despite the difficulties that were in play. He truly did show exceptional customer service and management skills by being in prompt communication and even taking care of the re-repair personally! Thank you, Daniel! read more

No waiting, fast, friendly and helpful service. For instance, they offered to replace my radiator cap, but then said I could do it myself cheaper. I liked the options they gave me for saving money. Drove the car to Denver and back, with no issues. read more

15 min tops! In and out, Nice waiting area with free coffee. Cable. Everybody was incredibly polite, and it was a great price. They even vacuumed out the car and held the doors when I came and left. It takes a lot to stand out among oil change places, but you did it! read more

I took my car here for oil change. 3 hours later my engine burned up. New engine cost over 5000.00 dollars. I spoke manager who was no help. I showed receipts and the time between my oil change and the tow truck pick up. They gave me no assistance for my car. They claimed no responsibility for my engine burning up. Run don't walk to any other place for work. read more

Seriously the friendliest and most efficient oil change I've ever had. Definitely a fan of the customer service here and how everyone will go out of their way to make sure you feel comfortable! I was the only one here at 930am on a Saturday and the employees were so attentive! My battery needed to be replaced and they called an auto parts store and ordered it and then drove me to go get it so they could install it for me. WOW!! read more

Great service and great manager who went out of their way to help and serve. I came in for an oil change and they didn't try to up sell me for things I didn't need. I would recommend this stop for anyone. read more

Love these guys!! Super professional, very helpful and really honest. We bring both of our cars here and always get amazing service. Brett the manager is great too! read more

My youngest daughter who served this country as a Marine took her 2013 Dodge Dart there for an oil change, paid for the services, and in less than 100 all the oil came out because the so called technician did not prepare the oil filter housing property, and because of this her engine seized. The car was diagnosed by two shops since including Fort Collins Dodge, they both stated that the problem was a result of the shops inexperienced technicians! The cost to replace the engine is almost $6000! She has also incurred towing fees and diagnostic fees adding up to almost another $300. Now we are fighting with the owner John Smith, he in not so many words says tough, it's not our problem! We are getting now where with him! We just filed a complaint in small claims court. My daughter is an active reservist and needs her car repaired immediately! I beg you, do not use Jiffy Lube for anything! read more

Customer service was so great! They were very kind, quick, and straight-forward. The place was very clean as well!

They did an alright job on my vehicle but I walked outside to see them digging around in my glove compartment, maybe I was just unlucky but I would suggest being cautious. read more

Went to jiffy lube to get an oil change last Friday. The next day drive to see my sister and her kids and my car broke down on the highway and my fuel pressure gage was reading 0. Took it to a shop and they told us I needed a new fuel filter, a fuel pump, and injectors. $1400. Get it from the shop, take it 5 miles to work, and after work it won't start. Took it to the same shop but at a different location and they're telling me there's an internal engine problem that they can't fix. Said that it was likely due to whatever jiffy lube did when they (incorrectly) changed my oil). Because when they checked, I had ZERO oil. So not only have I been with out a car for over a week, but I am now stuck paying back the $1400 dollars for no reason, and now I have a worthless car that isn't fixable. Right before I go to Europe and now I have no clue how I can afford my trip. So thank you jiffy lube of harmony and college for completely ruining my vehicle, driving me to take my car to the shop not once, but twice and get charged 1400, and for ruining my trip to Europe in a couple weeks. read more

The employees are very nice and polite but be ready to be told you need to have thousands of dollars of work done no matter the circumstances. I had a coupon so I brought my 2007 Honda Pilot to this location instead of my usual shop. I felt way pressured into other services and was charged $85 for wiper blades that I did not need and an oil change advertised as $24.99. read more

I've been getting my oil changed here for many years. Customer service is good and they always get you in and out fairly quickly.

I've been going here for years and the last time I went to get my oil changed, they left the oil filter loose. They did such a poor job I had to add three quarts of oil in two week. I don't recommend it, just go to a regular mechanic. read more

They put a screw through my tire and wouldn't do anything about it. I got an oil change here this morning and as soon as I pulled out of the parking lot I heard my tire making a weird sound, like something was stuck on it. I drove it over to the parking lot across the street and parked to check it out. There was a huge screw and washer stuck in my tire. I went back over to Jiffy Lube to resolve it,but they said because I had driven it off the lot there was no proof that the screw was their fault. I heard it as soon as I started driving and I know it wasn't there earlier. Logan, the manager, said they don't use screws so it couldn't have come from them...the entire lot was a construction site. Logan also said he called the nearby Discount Tires to get me a free tire patch. I drove over to the Discount Tire and they had been closed for weeks. So he lied. I don't mean to be a Karen, but very not cool. read more
