We brought our car back and our engine was on fire, Kevyn said it was because there was weather stripping that got caught in the engine from when they were doing the oil change. He said it was our fault when there is video footage of that not being the case. 2 weeks later a customer rep called me to discuss what happened, she said they apparently Kevyn told my wife that there is a piece of weather stripping loose and my wife refused to let them fix it which is a LIE.
