As a mom of (6) I highly recommend this place. It's hard to get small tasks done sometimes with little ones. I was saddled with a last minute trip and since I had synthetic oil and I had reached my 5000 mile limit, I really did not want to make a long trip without an oil change. I popped into Jiffy Lube in Culpeper Virginia at 12:30. Everyone gets their oil changed at lunchtime so they already had full bays with lines. I asked the greeter how long it would take for to get me on and out the door with this oil change. He said 20 to 25 minutes. Yeah.....Right! but, what choice did I have? When I drove up to the Jiffy Lube in Culpeper, an employee asked me when I last had my tires rotated. I told him that I only wanted an oil change. I noticed on my receipt that he claimed that I declined to have my car vacuumed or the windows cleaned. This is a sneaky and lazy business practice. read more

You don't get a warm and fuzzy that they are putting the correct oil that you are paying for in the car. Had them rotate my tires and they went straight back and forward with the tires instead of the recommended crisscross of the back tires to the front and the front tires straight back. When I asked them about it their answer was "that's the way we do it". If I'm paying $30 for a service do it right. Suffice it to say I will never take any of my cars to this location or any other location for the matter. read more

I would give this location NEGATIVE stars! I came in for a routine oil change and was handed a suggested list of the things my car needed and wouldn't pass inspection without. A $607.03 worth of "needs". Said "no thank you, I will have my husband look over". Took my car to be inspected and it passed with NO PROBLEM! Not one item they listed needed to be repaired! I feel they tried to scam me, a female with limited knowledge of car terms. I will NEVER return to this location or any Jiffy Lube, nor will my family! Stopped in today for a brake light, I had to wait 30 seconds before they got me in and I was out in 5 Min. I have never in my 50 years of driving had such a great experience at a repair station. I have used Jiffy Lube in the Fredericksburg area several times and never felt comfortable however today I felt like I was with family, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! read more

I'm not sure how this scumbag scam business has obtained anything more than one star. I pulled up to the bay, the guy asked me what I needed. Well, I'm not here for a cheeseburger, I thought. He pulled my vehicle in and asked if I just wanted the standard oil change. It was advertised as $39 and change. The dude rifles through a bunch of options required at certain mileages and never actually said clearly they were at extra cost or asked if I wanted them. I told him I just want the oil changed. Next thing I know the bill comes out to $110 and change because he tacked on all this extra stuff I never asked for. Total rip-off. Not a day later, my check engine light is on and Ive got a coolant hose leak that wasnt there before the oil change. Thanks, Douchebags.
