Let me first start off by saying that I highly recommend this establishment. They saved me big time twice this year! In October, 2023, I had visited Valvoline down the street. I've used them a couple times before and had great service. Unfortunately that particular visit was horrible from the start. The Assistant Manager who took care of us was very nasty to us, not willing to accept our valid coupon and being very snippy for no apparent reason along with smoking on the premises. We waited in the car for 45 minutes for them finally to tell us that they couldn't get the gas cap off. I've taken the same car there before and they were able to get it off with no problem. No info was told to us while we were waiting all that time. They told us to come back the next day as they would have the tool needed to get the gas cap off. With alot of my time being wasted that I couldn't get back, I knew I wasn't going back there. Luckily, I saw the Jiffy Lube as we were leaving Valvoline and decided to try there. I asked to speak to a manager who was Maurice and wanted to confirm that they would indeed be able to get the oil cap off. He told me it would be no problem! I was relieved. We got very friendly customer service. They didn't try and rip us off as we asked for their recommendation on the oil that should be used for the vehicle and we were told conventional will work just fine. We were so impressed with that place that on 11/25/23, we brought our other vehicle there for a brake inspection as they do all kinds of maintenance work, not just oil changes. Maurice was there again and was happy to see that we returned as a repeat customer and thanked us. We needed brake pads and rotors for each front brake. The price was a good price compared to what I looked up online for that kind of service. An hour and a half later, we were good to go! We definitely will be back - the car shop we used to take our car to now wants to keep your car for several days before getting it back and doesn't work on the weekends which isn't a good option for us. This location is open weekdays AND weekends (all 7 days) which is a big deal when you are looking for a place that has a wide range of availability for it's customers. Thank you Maurice, the manager there along with the nice employee who worked on our car named "C" and this Jiffy Lube location. We'll definitely will spread the word about this great business. Unfortunately, my experience with Jiffy Lube was unacceptable after receiving multiple advertisements about a discount that they were offering at the Jiffy Lube on 107th and host. I decided to take my car in for a synthetic oil change. My car wasthe last vehicle being serviced. I for the service they I literally did not get out the door good and my was not running correctly. I literally had to take the side streets home because my car was not driving the way it drove when I first took my car to get serviced. Long story short, my experience was totally ridiculous. My car was not having any problems at all not a problems. I just needed a oil change and to this day I'm still trying to figure out what's going on with my vehicle. [[HIGHLIGHT]]when a person is spending their money, they expect to receive ultimate customer service ultimate care for the product that they're paying for.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] There's no way that my car should've been acting up after I had a basic oil I would not recommend anybody visiting the Jiffy Lube on 107th and. When it's time to check out the cashier is too busy working on cars to come over. I had to ask twice to get checked out. The cashier had an attitude and it was uncomfortable. I don't need some clown talking down to my wife for going in for an oil change an hour before they close. Nobody is cutting it close, sign says 6 pm and there's 1 car in the shop. It's an oil change, not some complicated multi step process. You have the oil we need, it's a Ford Focus. I'm not rating this as 1 star because the last experience was good but it was an entirely different staff. Yikes just get the crabby guy off the computer and replace him with someone who's better with people. read more

I opted to visit this location because I couldn't get into the dealership until next week, and I was well overdue for an oil change, (mileage-wise). I got an oil change and a tire rotation, it took a literal hour and a half, because my Land Rover tires "were too heavy." When they were telling me about my oil change, I saw some other brand of oil, (Duramax I believe), I asked if they had Pennzoil, and he the technician quickly answered no. I was very disappointed also see that they don't have Pennzoil anymore, or at least not at this location. read more

Friendliest most thorough oil change location I have ever used. They double and triple check behind one another and do it verbally, making the customer feel assured nothing is getting missed... They invite you over and point out everything they are doing and tell you what you may need in addition to the basic service, but they dont hard sell you. I went there on 6/22/2015 after calling around to three other Jiffy Lube's for prices. They by far had the lowest price $29.99 for a conventional oil change which they stated it was sale price and could not except the $8.25 coupon. I agree with rater ZR, but after calling around the price was a good deal and I was able to convince him to take my $5.00 coupon which made it $24.99. Good people, fast customer service and instructed me on other matters (transmission gasket) to keep a eye out for which they don't do. They alright for a oil change service in the hood. read more

Excellent service here! I came in yesterday just to get an oil change and the guys immediately noticed several issues that I was having with my car, including a bad tail light, bad transmission fluid, which was the real reason for my transmission slipping (the last shop I went to told me I would need a new $2,500 transmission), wiper blades, and an improperly threaded oil cap. The assistant manager (I forgot his name) explained everything I had going on with the car, which was a lot, since it's hard for me to service my car with my busy schedule. Everyone in the shop spoke to me and was extremely polite. I will definitely return from now on to get my car serviced even though the dealership where I got my car gives free oil changes. I visited Jiffy Lube today to get my oil changed, I was greeted by an employee name Shannon, he was very polite, he greeted me by saying Hello, and asked me if he could help me. I was so impressed, I told him that I wanted my oil changed. He opened my car door for me, and escorted me to the lounge, where everything was extremely clean, including the bathroom, they had TV, hot coffee, and free WiFi. He also thoroughly explained to me what the best type of oil for me to purchase, and the price, before they started to work on my car. He told me my air filter was dirty, and my cabin filter needed to be replaced, he also topped off my washer fluid, and my power steering fluid which were both extremely low, and I was shock that they vacuumed my car,. This was the best service I have seen at a Oil Change Service Center in a long time. I will highly recommend them to others, and I will return again soon. read more

Simple in and out oil change with quality brand, they do try and "up sell" but this is based on manufacturer's recommendations mostly and all locations do the same thing....so not too annoying unless you're weak minded and agree to every recommendation. If a car is older they ask if you'd like high mileage oil, air filter change for any car with a dirty filter, maybe fuel system cleaning for cars over 36k, radiator flush for over 100k. But again they don't push juts ask. In and out in less than 15 minutes and they clean windows and vacuum. $28 special in the mornings. I have a 2011 Maxima conventional oil and no complaints here, beats waiting at dealer or dropping car off at shop....this place is in and out, show you the oil on dipstick, level off most fluids, check head and rear lights, etc read more
