I will tell you that this Jiffy Lube is fantastic. Every single person who works here is nice, friendly, capable, helpful, informative. I can't say enough good things about them. Abdi listened to me, communicated what I had to say to the others and everyone available got eyes on it asap. Genius. I do not mind when I have to have my car fixed or looked at because it means I get to go to Jiffy Lube and that's an OK thing I won't mind using that time at all. I came to this Jiffy Lube location for a Lyft vehicle inspection, which I was charged $20 + tax for. I was told my car was inspected and that I failed only due to needing new tires. I paid, went and purchased brand-new tires, and then returned to the same Jiffy Lube to complete the inspection. After taking my car again, they came back and told me I now needed marker lights and a headlight to pass. This makes it very clear that my vehicle was not fully inspected the first time, even though the inspection fee is supposed to cover checking everything and informing the customer of all issues at once -- not charging, sending you away, and then finding new problems later. When I questioned why these issues were not identified during the first inspection, instead of a professional explanation, multiple employees gathered and became defensive, talking over me instead of addressing a simple and valid concern. I was then told I would have to pay another $20 inspection fee, which is unacceptable considering the incomplete inspection the first time. To make matters worse: I was not provided a Lyft inspection checklist or failure report, which inspection locations are supposed to provide I wasted additional time and had to go to a different shop to complete the inspection properly The overall behavior was unprofessional, and basic customer questions were not handled respectfully This is especially concerning because this same issue has happened to two of my friends at this exact location. They have receipts and will also be posting reviews. It feels like customers are being charged without a proper, thorough inspection being done. I've attached my receipt for reference. If the manager or owner would like to reach out, I am more than willing to walk through the incident in detail. It is also not okay for employees to threaten customers by saying they can be "banned from Lyft" because a technician failed to complete a proper inspection the first time. but i am sure you won't because you only care about $20 that i am paying you. I've been going to this Jiffy Lube for a couple of years now and usually don't have any issues with the staff or their services but after taking my car in to get the front brakes and rotors replaced literally the very next day I went on a roughly 250 mile road trip and I didn't even reach my destination before my muffler completely rusted off and I had to take it into a another shop and pay another $600+ to get my car back on the road. . I know the muffler was not something they fixed at all but they had my car on a lift and I did not hit any big pot holes or anything on this trip so I refuse to believe that no one (had to be 3-5 mechanics in the shop) saw the rusted muffler and saw that it was in danger of rusting through. I even called the shop and asked to confirm if there was any additional notes that weren't on my invoice and they told me there wasn't. I'm sorry but it's just not good customer service as a car service center to not inform a customer if an issue that could seriously affect their car and it's ability to function is not addressed even if they aren't able to fix it themselves and benefit monetarily. I know jiffy lube is known for their speed of service but it only takes an additional minute to see a problem like a muffler and inform a customer that it needs to be addressed by another repair shop ASAP. read more

Been bringing my car here for years. The attendants are usually very friendly and helpful. They are not pushy at all and I feel confident bringing my car here. On this visit I brought my car for a routine oil change. I had to wait about 20 minutes for my car to be serviced, most times I come I'm lucky and I usually don't have a wait. But the wait isn't bad they got to my car right away. The only downside was that a friendly mouse kept appearing in the waiting room which was very unsettling. On my last visit they were so honest as to tell me my service wasn't due and and I could put it off. This was even though they weren't extremely busy. They still topped off my fluids and took care of my tires. They answered all my questions pleasantly. I have never had a bad experience at this location. I highly recommend! read more

BE CAREFUL, they are the worst and all game for money, if you go for oil change, they ll come up with atleast 1or 2 findings which most probably would be wipers and AC/air filter change and they charged me 10$ saying that we replaced a bulb in the left blinker without even asking me first, I also wonder if they run the diagnostics which in most service centers is free, MOST IMPORTANTLY never go there for UBER/LYFT inspection they make stupid recommendations if you don't comply they ll fail the test, which most probably would be the things I already mentioned above and TIRE change for sure. I mean who says inspection is 20$ PASS or FAIL ??? No one I went to so far for inspection said that, I should have walked away but was in rush so ...They have already been trained for this kind of stuff, I went to other places recommended and cleared the inspection. The last time I had an inspection for an Uber at your place, your employee didn't give me a pass for UBER again. This employee drove a Toyota Camry car, annoyed me and cynically smiled at me. I duly paid about 20 dollars for nothing and, so ridiculed by your worker, I went to another service where I immediately received a certificate for passing for UBER. Since then, I've been avoiding your service because some of your employees are racist and look to make fun of customers. It depends on how they like it, not on the correctness of the vehicle. UPDATE 3:35 PM: Now the vehicle initially "failed" because, at first, it was the tire depth measurement. Then it was because the tire was bad... so they say. Neither of these (non)issues were brought to my attention while I was there, but the initial issue has been resolved, but I'm still going to leave this review up for now. This should not have happened. UPDATE 2:08PM: Just got a call from Robert at this location. He wants me to bring the vehicle back so he can take a look at it himself. I'll update when that happens. If you want an Uber or a Lyft inspection, this is not the place to do it. Came in today for an oil change and Uber inspection. Oil change went fine, but this location FAILED my Uber inspection because of...get this...my right wiper blade. They told me that it "wasn't cleaning the window properly". I call BS. In the photo below, which was taken a few minutes after leaving and after using my wipers and fluid, you can see that the window is cleaned perfectly. CLEANED. PERFECTLY. This was obviously an attempt to try and scam money off of me - because they charge you for an inspection plus tax whether it's pass or fail - and they decide who passes and who fails. The person that handed me back my keys was even shocked at that, asking me to run my wipers and spray fluid on the windshield so he could see for himself. I'm absolutely livid. On July 3, 2022 I brought my car here and got an oil change before the holiday. Almost immediately, my check engine light came on and is showing issues with engine components. I went to my mechanic and they are doing a second oil change, as they believe that the wrong oil may have been used. They also stated that the car may have been turned on erroneously during the oil change, before it was refilled. Huge, huge mess less than 3 days after the oil change!!! My roof is leaking, possibly a sunroof blockage, the drainage holes is it possible cause, they didn't charge me one penny to blast air in the range drainage holes in case that was the problem because sometimes your sunroof can cause your roof leak because of a blockage on the drainage holes And they spent more than a half an hour helping me out without charging me a penny. Victor, Ivan and. Abdell, apologies if I got it wrong, we're so accommodating and helpful, then knew my situation and they decided to help me out, me and my dog park. Since we are living in my car for almost 2 months now life is a bit harsh, especially in the summertime when it rains and there isn't a tree big enough to keep the sunroof from leaking so I hope this helps and even if it isn't the problem I want to thank these guys 1000 times for being so kind and helpful . I have been going to this jiffy lube for a long time. They do a good job and are always helpful. But recently they don't do the curiosity sweeping of the car. I'm very disappointed in this. I would give it a 4, but it just rubbed me wrong because I wanted to see if they would sweep the inside of the car. It seems like their little helpers and too helpful. I went to this particular Jiffy Lube without appointment for an oil change. Initially I was told there wild be a 30 minute wait for service. However, that was dwindled down to maybe 15 minutes. Prior to the oil change, I was very well informed of my vehicles needs other than oil change and was not pressured to elect any additional services should I not be able to do so. Further, there was no "up-sale" to any other "routine maintenance needs per the manufacturer", something that happens often if not all the time at the dealer. They accepted and applied a $10 coupon and the entire cost for services was exceptionally reasonable. Staff were kind, friendly, courteous, and professional. A very special acknowledgement to the "manager?" Arba (?) who was excellent. This young man should provide classes or at least role model for every other service industry as to how to interact with the public. Exceptional. The team at this location was extremely helpful and thorough on 10/26/18. A lot of mechanics and auto shops don't treat women as respectfully as they should or include them in decisions. The team here brought me out to the car several times and went above and beyond what I came in for. They did not charge me an arm and a leg for it either, price was reasonable and they taught me how to fix something in the future. Too good to be true. The next time I brought my car in something happened to the tire later that day. And they replaced all of my front lights with very dull bulbs- one light went out not even two months later and they charged me to replace it because lights aren't covered under warranty. Was really happy with the service. My wife came yo this shop about a month and a half ago to get an oil change and when they checked the car they found some services that were needed to take care of. At that time we weren't able to financially to take care of everything. On Friday when I went to do a oil change I asked them to pull up the services needed from last time. This place sets the gold standard in car service and customer service. The entire staff is polite and professional on a consistent basis. The place is clean and it's obvious they have systems in place and use them, as the customer experience is very efficient. By far the quickest and most pleasant lube job I ever got, and the oil change ain't bad either! Ok, bad joke. This was my first time using Jiffy for an oil change. I wasn't expecting much and since I went on a Saturday morning I was expecting to wait for a while, especially after I saw there were numerous vehicles already in the shop. When I entered I was greeted warmly - a first for a car shop. They took my car in right away and pulled it into the shop just as another car was being pulled out. 12 minutes later I was paying my bill. My oil was changed, fluids topped off, floors vacuumed and windows washed. By the time I finished paying my bill my car was waiting for me outside, they walked me out, and opened the door for me (being male I am unaccustomed to having doors opened for me - a nice gesture). Pretty efficient and definitely the quickest oil change I've ever experienced. Highly recommend it, I'll be back for sure. read more

This is a typical pushy oil change place that makes you feel like you know nothing about proper car maintenance. While that is probably true do I need to feel like it :-) My main problem with this place is price and the staff. I went in here to get my back windshield wiper replaced, for the heck of it I thought I'd get my front ones replaced as well since they were showing a little bit of wear. My back one was obviously falling a part and the wiper was literally falling off. I told them I wanted both the front and back replaced and went in and sat down. I must mention that after about 10 mins they came in and wanted my oil changed and said it would be a good idea since I was 300 miles from my 3,000 scheduled miles. My car is an '08 and can easily go 5,000 or 6,000 between changes per the owners manual. But would a place like this mention that? No. I've had my oil changed here before and its tough to get out of there for under $40 which is a total rip. Even with there half a$$ vacuum job. About 20 minutes goes by and the guy comes in and says I'm ready to go. I get up to pay and just before I do he tells me that they don't have the back windshield wiper so they just replaced the fronts. You think when he came in about the oil change he could have told me about this. If he had told me that before I would have never got the front ones replaced by them and he seemed to know that. Since they already replaced it it was too late. My total was $45. I have one larger blade, but both could easily by purchased at autozone for $20. They aren't even great wipers. I would never go to this place again. There is a place down the street called Fair Muffler. I am not usually a fan of mom and pop type oil change places, but this guy is really nice and is no BS. I got my oil change here and he actually told me that I could go 5,000 miles between changes. How refreshing, someone who actually isn't full of it. read more
