Absolutely disappointed with our service here! Went in for a simple oil change, cost around 120 just for that. Then we got the cabin air filter changed/cleaned, and then had our headlights cleaned. So THIS should've never happened to our car whatsoever. And if it did happen, they should've brought it to our attention before we left. So. Jiffy Lube. I paid for an oil change. They messed up my car so bad it won't run. They cannot work on German cars. They are inexperienced. They lied and tried to up charge me for a non needed repair. I would give ZERO STARS IF I COULD. Staff is RUDE! And totally unreliable and shady. Do not take your vehicle to this location EVER. I was having quite a time trying to get my car to pass emissions because it kept throwing codes at the most random times and I was waiting hours in other shops, only for them to tell me "there's no point in waisting money, it's not going to pass." I felt like giving up when I brought my car to Chris. He got my car in and out with no issue and I had my car done in about maybe 15 minutes. I was super impressed! Quick, fast, friendly service! Definitely the shop I want to frequent. I'd recommend this location to anyone. There is no "jiffy" in this Jiffy Lube. Took a full hour and a half to get a standard oil change. They spent the majority of the time finding things they wanted me to spend more money on stating that the price they quoted (about 50 bucks for air filters) was the same as I would find if I went to buy it myself. I then looked on Amazon for the filters and a 2-pack was 15 dollars. Took an incredibly long time and was so frustrating. Then of course the coupon I received in my email that week (34 dollars off) didn't apply to my service and the best they could do was give me $20 off. They also didn't replace my sticker so I could know when I needed to come back, but all good, I won't be coming back. read more

Would give zero stars if able. Rotated tires, but didn't check and refill air pressure afterwards -- 3 tires at 1/2 recommended psi, one basically flat. Had to repair on 300 mile drive home. Female employee was wandering around customer waiting area, burping, going into bathroom every 5-10 minutes, yelling across room to other employees. "Repaired" windshield chips and submitted claim to insurance for payment, after being told service wouldn't be covered. Now I'm stuck with bill for something I didn't want and wasn't done well. Chipped section still chipped. Overall cost well over what I expected. If not traveling, I would have done the maintenance myself. Never before had a poor experience at a Jiffy Lube. read more

DO NOT GO HERE! I brought in my minivan for a simple check engine light issue. Due to Covid-19, they had me sit and wait in my car while they hooked it up to do diagnostics; no problem! However, they said they were going to "try something," and afterwards they said the car needed new spark plugs; I couldn't see what exactly they did. As I drove away, the brakes stopped working... completely. I drove the car back and had them fix that. Once I came home, I parked the vehicle in my driveway, as normal. Now, upon starting the car a second time, the van DOES NOT go into reverse, and the AC is completely out. I'm awaiting to speak with my attorney Monday; this is absolutely ridiculous. You don't just get what you pay for; they purposely malfunction your car to get more money out of you, especially during these tumultuous times. UNACCEPTABLE. read more

He was very knowledgeable, he took plenty of time to explain to me what each of my fluids was for and how and why it breaks down. I did not feel as though he was trying to sell me unnecessary services, but I felt confident that the ones he recommended were important. The crew was friendly and professional as well as thorough. I went to jiffy lube to have my break pads replaced. A couple of days later as I was driving down the road to a work meeting I heard a thumping. A few seconds later my tire flew off. Come to find out the mechanic who had worked on my car had failed to tighten the lug nuts. The inside of my rim was scraped to pieces my rotor was scraped as well. The socket to my tire was so bent I couldn't even put the tire back on. The steering and brake pad system were screwed up as well. After calling jiffy lube I sat and waited for an hour an a half on the side of the road for a tow truck. Jiffy lube will not compensate my wife and me for the work we had to take off. They will only pay 30 dollars a day for a rental. ( I drive clients in my Mercedes. I can't even get the cheapest car off of Turo for that price. A luxury SUV like mine costs $150/day to rent.) I personally feel that especially having spent more than $1500 at this jiffy lube on repairs, the negligence was unbelievable. I only hoped that things would be made right. Now I am expected to pay extra money out of pocket for a rental and take paid time off because of their negligence. They even failed to to write the correct mileage on my oil change sticker (it says come back at 72,000 miles, my car has 96,00. Please don't go here for your own safety. Jiffy Lube is clearly not concerned for their customers at all, just concerned about cutting corners to make a profit. read more

I'm not 100% sure who the manager is at this location but I hope this gets tot the right people. I have been a customer that takes his two cars to Jiffy Lube regularly. When I first started going to Jiffy Lube the experience was amazing. I was blown away by the sublime customer service and how polite your employees are. I have gone to several location and I was always greeted with the same type of service. I applaud this attitude towards great customer service. Know for my rant. I went to this location in centerville and I was appalled with the lack of service. First I had Tyree greet me and he told me that they were really busy and they have a 2 hour wait and that I might want to come back some other time. NOT MY FAVORITE!! To be turned down right out of the gates was frustrating. My wife and I were getting food so I said keep us in the que we will go get food and come back. We come back in about an hour hoping that there wouldn't be to much of wait. We got there and right off the bat I noticed that there was no cars and it looked like my car was parked right outside the garage by the exit. My wife and I walked inside and waited 10-15 minutes before I just gave up and went into the Bay and asked if my car was done. Marcus and Tyree were talking and seemed very annoyed that I had interrupted there conversation. I asked them if the Honda was done and they said yes and NOTHING ELSE.... so I awkwardly walked back into the building. They came inside 5 minutes later and rang me up. They had to use the upgraded version of oil since I was not in the system and so when I left and came back they weren't sure what to put in the vehicle. They discounted it down and to the conventional and also used my coupon. Thank you. As I was leaving no one thanked my or walked me to my car. I grabbed there names and said goodbye. As I walked to my car I noticed a few things differently that usually the other location do. They did not vacuum or clean the windows of the car. Came Saturday for em mission inspection waited 40 minutes before finding the machine wasn't working. Returned following Monday pulled my car in the bay waited in the waiting room and again found out after 45 minutes that they hadn't even started on the car! This is a 10-15 minute process! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE,went in for a coolant issue, they said it was the thermostat (I had warranty for it taylor said I would pay the difference since the one they would put in cost more)and they ordered one, I left for almost two hours came back to the shop Steven said the car was done and that he doesn't know what Taylor was doing but he should be finishing up on it. Taylor came back and said the thermostat was in but the car was still having a coolant issue and that he said it was because I needed a new relay so he ordered it and it was on its way. Then after he put the relay in he left to test drive it he came back speeding into the shop and the next thing I see is my car up in white smoke covered in smoke , Steven come in and says oh your car isn't driveable anymore you need to just go buy a new car?!?! I said how did that happen?!? He said oh you head gasket doesn't work anymore I said since when when I brought the car it wasn't smoking it just went over the half and you said it was the thermostat then Steven said that my old thermostat actually worked and they it didn't need to be replaced so I asked them then why did you replace it and still was going to charge me for something I didn't even need he honestly said that they order parts because they think it might be that (like a guessing game) then i asked for his manager number he didn't want to give it he left to work on my car some more ?!?! Then he came back and said okay you can drive it now just don't go over 45mph because the relay we put in won't let you I said the Car works now ?!?! You said it doesn't work and I need a new car because mine doesn't work anymore he said oh wrong information from Taylor then Taylor came in and honestly he never apologized instead he was defensive rude and by the end of everything he started getting loud argumentative and started raising his voice at me to the point that Steven had to stand in front of him. I said so the gasket you said is blown and then they said no it will blow I don't know what was done to my car I don't know what's wrong with my car I don't know if the gasket is bad or not, then when Steven basically opened the door basically saying nothing we can do for you I saw that my car had NO COOLANT in it and I told Steven it doesn't even have coolant ?!? Went to jiffy Lube today and one if the first things I said to the kid that came out to my car was "I have a Living Social deal I want to use today" he said ok we will take care of that when we are done with your service. Obviously their way of taking care of it after the work is done is to say that they don't take Living Social deals. They should have told me that when I told them I wanted to use it then I could have exercised my option to go to a location that does accept Living Social deals. While I was waiting there was a guy ahead of me trying to resolve being double charged on his credit card by these guys. If you go to this place watch out for their upsale practice for services they say are due, they have no idea if you had the service completed elsewhere (at a lower price). If you don't want to get ripped off, go across the street to Walmart, you'll get better prices and service and they don't push upsales! read more

Came in for an oil change, I've never paid more than $50.00 for one with this vehicle, which takes full synthetic oil. They charged me $99.00 - claiming it's more full a list of checks they do The employees were nice and prompt but a ridiculous price for a service that is offered in equivalent value for $45.00-$50.00. Visited this location for a safety inspection and oil change. They failed my vehicle for window tinting that they themselves had passed in previous years. This is for a vehicle that we bought new and has never failed before. Ended up spending hours and hours pulling window tinting off side front windows that, again, this location passed numerous times in previous years. Overall, the inspector was inexperienced and, while I appreciate people are new and gaining experience, you would hope that the overall corporation would have trainers in place to help newbies do their jobs. My other comment is that they always try to sell me an air filter and other things even though they do not need replacing (as they just replaced the previous time). Seems dishonest to me to suggest changes that slate not needed. read more

I went to this Jiffy Lube location last friday to get my tire pressure checked, a new headlight installed, and coolant put into my car. For the past couple of days, my car has been close to overheating, which was weird considering I just paid for more coolant. Because I was curious, I popped my hood today and there was no coolant in the reservoir. It looks like they drained it and did not refill it. I am incredibly upset and grateful that it has been as cold as it is, because otherwise, I might not have a working car anymore. Then she asked me to sit down for another 10 minutes. The total time was 95 minutes. I was not impressed. My suggestion would be to have more front end workers and faster service! I called before hand to see how busy they were. They said there was no wait for an oil change but a few people a head of me for the emissions test. When I arrived 10 mins later they said they wouldn't start my oil change until the three safety inspections were done ahead of me. I've owned my car since it was brand new, and it has been 100% reliable for the 5 years I've owned it. I took it to the Centerville Jiffy Lube for it's first emissions test today. The tech decided to do a "complimentary inspection" (to find various things they could try to upcharge me for). In the process, he caused a check engine light to trigger, due to disconnecting the Mass Air Flow sensor near the air filter. Because there was now a check engine light - the FIRST CEL this car has ever had - I failed emissions. After clearing the code that they caused, I've had to drive around for 3 hours, wasting my time and gas, to get the emissions readiness flags to be reset. To add insult to everything, they offered to quote me to "repair" what they broke. They're walking a fine legal line. Words cannot describe how irritated I am. I will NEVER visit a Jiffy Lube again, for any reason. read more

I went to Jiffy Lube on a Sunday, they were late opening the doors. I was there by 9:06 and the doors were still like locked. I was there getting my Emmissions done on my car, they showed me to the lobby, a dirty lobby. No body talked to me or said what the eta was or anything. I had a terrible experience at this Jiffy Lube. I called in advance and told them I would be coming in for registration. They said they would be able to do that. I pulled up and asked for on-the-spot registration. Waited for them to get done. When the guy arrived so that I could get my sticker, he told me they had no stickers and would not do on-the-spot registration. They charged me for emissions. I would not have gone to them if they would have been honest in the beginning and just told me they could not do the registration. I would not have even been frustrated because I could find somewhere else to go. I wasted time waiting for them to finish my emissions and still did not get my registration done. Went in for a simple safety and emissions. Worker claimed I needed new rotors. I knew that wasn't the case because the dealer just worked on the brakes. Asked them to check again. Their Micrometer read out of spec. Asked them to use another one and they only had one. Crazy talk. After an hour and a half, took the vehicle to the dealer and had them inspect the brakes. Like new and measured within specs. Sixty three dollars and 2 hours later, I Took the documentation back to jiffy lube and another worker wanted to check the rotor width again before signing off. Come to find out after another 2 hours their micrometer inconsistently provided different readings. My word! Don't go to the Centerville shop they don't have the testing equipment or the knowledge to use. They should stick to their poor service changing oil. read more

Everything was completed in the time frame I was given, and they had a few other cars there as well.
