Excellent service overall. I stupidly overfilled my car with engine oil, and considering I was visiting from LA and especially it being Labor Day, we had limited options. Thankfully, Jiffy Lube was open and they were able to drain out the oil and replace it with the correct amount and a new filter. They didn't have our car's filter, but Alfredo went out of his way to go buy it for us and perform the work. Truly above and beyond service. This was an expensive mistake but lesson learned. I am sitting here at 8:15 AM watching them do business. With a number of cars lined up, there is only one service technician on duty. Only one car in the bay at a time. The lube tech finishes a car and twiddle his thumbs for 10 minutes while the up top guy goes in to close out the bill for that vehicle. He doesn't bring in the next vehicle for the tech to get started on while he does all this. With them only servicing one vehicle before me, i wasted nearly an hour in what is advertised as a 15 minute service. They grossly waste alot of your time senslesly. I won't return. read more

Came in for an oil change based on milage indicated on last change sticker, and a tire pressure check. I thought it seemed a little soon for oil service but I try to keep up on the service. The service rep looked up my records and indeed it was a few thousand miles too soon. So the last service person somehow misprinted my reminder sticker. I was provided a free top-off and tire pressure check, a missing bolt on my lower engine cover replaced and sent on my way, no charge. Thanks guys. Great service experience! read more

They were good with everything except I was promised a $25 gift card from Jiffy Lube but it's supplied by tango and I was supposed to get a $25 gift card to Sam's Club and when they sent to me it was saying it's already been redeemed So they are just cheating customers and they Tricked me into getting a more expensive oil change because I would get a $25 gift certificate which they never gave me they sent the link they sent and when you click the link it's already been redeemed And when I tried to call the company that does the $25 gift certificate they've never called me back. I talked to the tango chat box or chat, but that just resent me the link that's already been used. So then the tango chat said to contact the company that supplied it , but I've gotten no answer. No, I've called them and left voicemails. I've also called tango because they have an 800 number print and left voicemail to call me back that they've never called me back so I had a good experience except for the Baden switch that this Jiffy Lube did on me and I don't blame them I guess they just want to cheat customers and think we won't do anything about it and I wouldn't of reviewed this but I had to because I put in a lot of hours trying to get it next time be honest and say $25 extra and you won't get a gift card that would've been more upfront and at least more honest and at least I could've said no or yes Just to update everybody I did exactly what they said. I emailed all my information three times and I haven't heard a thing from them. Maybe they have a telephone number which I cannot find through a web search, etc. etc. I like the old Biden switch they are very tricky, it was a bait and switch switch. A wonderful visit for a service that many people cringe when they think about having to get an oil change. We were greeted warmly and asked into the nearby waiting room. They explained about our past visit and asked what service we preferred and which oil type etc we preferred using. Everybody was very polite. Another gentleman who was having work done was told about something that was wrong with a part on his car and they offered to take him in back to look at the damage they spoke of and offered to work on it or let him take it somewhere else. I took my car in for an oil change here at Jiffy Lube and first thing I noticed when I got home is that they didn't even place my dip stick back. It was just laying above the engine. The major issue I had was that my car was leaking oil A LOT! (It did NOT leak oil previously) Got all over my driveway and had to get a drip pan to catch all the oil that would drip from it every single day. I ended up taking the car somewhere else and got another oil change. I told them that the car had been leaking oil after the last oil change. After they got done, it no longer is leaking the oil. I don't know what Jiffy Lube did but they did something wrong. read more

I do not recommend this Jiffy Lube especially if you don't know anything about cars. They're more likely to scam you. I only take my vehicles there to get an oil change because I do most of the other maintenance on my vehicles myself like changing spark plugs, changing transmission fluid, brakes etc. Every time I've gone here they're always trying to sell me on services I know I don't need and I've called him out on it every time. This last time they told me that I need to have a automatic transmission service flush, new spark plugs, and a brake flush. I looked at the service advisor and told him why would I need a automatic transmission flush on a manual transmission. Then I told him I changed the spark plugs myself 10,000 miles ago and I had the brakes flushed about six months ago. Two weeks before this incident I took my other car in for an oil change and he told me that I needed my brakes flushed, coolant serviced and I needed a engine air filter. I knew I didn't need those services done on my car because I did them myself. He's trying to show me that my engine air filter is dirty. I told him look on the side of it. I've wrote on my engine air filter the date and mileage when I changed it. It was only 2600 miles on the air filter. I can't believe they think I'm stupid enough to fall for their scams. Please do not go to this Jiffy Lube location. Especially if you don't know much about cars. They might make you believe that you need your services which you do not need. Also watch out for when you are trying to get a coupon honored. The time before they did not honor the coupon to charge me full price and this last visit I had to remind them three times to change the total and apply the coupon. Also I cleaned my car the night before including wiping down my steering wheel and shifter knob and doorhandles. I got into my car after they worked on it and it was oil and grease on my steering wheel shifter and door handle. read more

New to the valley. About three months ago we searched for a trust worthy place to have our cars serviced. So we followed our instincts and we visited this Jiffy Lube on Ramon. We took 2 cars. My kids and I sat in the cars while oil was changed. There was a women there and she helped us and did a very good job at. I guess the fact that we sat in the car left no room for "mistakes." I had no issues. Except for the fact that check engine light came back on in what seemed just a few days after the oil changed. Fast forward to today. I took the Corolla back for an oil change, figuring they did a good job our previous visit. The process was quick. I was there around 9:00 am. Give or take. I was immediately helped. Guy was nice. Same guy shared a few giggles with me. He politely asked me what I needed, helped me guide the car into the garage, told me to kill engine and wait inside. I did. I was sitting inside when he came in to ask me for the keys. Then came back in again and showed me my "very dirty filters." Knowing I could change them myself and avoiding being a cheapskate aloud I pretend to call my daughter (who was dead asleep) for consultation and I proceed to carry on a short conversation with her where she instructs me to "just get an oil change." No filters. I said to her "they said you need them." And he emphasizes by pointing at them and tells me "look at them." He was right. They were dirty and old. Very well aware they needed change. He also tells me I needed a gasoline cleaner or some sh*t and some AC stuff so it cools better, quicker, longer, whateva.... I asked total cost and he tells me "without a coupon," (he offered his kind help of giving $10 off each filter) total was $300+. So I politely tell him "my daughter just wants the oil changed." He insisted "what if I give you $50 off?" Still total was closer to $290 some.... Point is I declined all offers and just stuck with my oil change. I left to Pepboys across the street only to find out it's only tire service there. So I get a car wash at the self serve duck place up the street. Drove up some more to Dollar Tree for an air freshener. Took my as* the way to Oriley's on Vista Chino and when I got home to change the cabin filter....THIS....a big as plastic paper piece of trash shoved into the spot together with the filter. I am so flippin' mad I didn't get a picture on how I actually found it! In this picture I had already slipped the plastic out of the slot. Strategically placed. I really am sorry if this is my mistake and misunderstanding. I just can't comprehend how it could have "been a mistake." I was so sad. So mad. So let down. I'm not gonna say anything about how or why I believe the piece of paper got in there. Just find it oddly coincidental that literally an hour later I reopen the cabin to find trash shoved in together with the old filter. I called the store back immediately to make them aware that I was aware of their disgusting ways. Honestly felt heart broken because of this. And the manager just said it was a mistake. How? Would it have been that mud trouble to for the technician to go out of his way and say "let me pull this out of here. It could cause her problems." He could have mentioned it to me. I'm a beautician. I believe in tipping for services and well! We all give up so much just to stay alive. This heat in Palm Springs is no joke and then these guys go and do that???? So sad. What if... What if...what if...? He still had the audacity to mention some sh*t about staying safe in this heat and cars over heating. And these _________(you fill in the blank) just out here trying to jeopardize people's lives. What a shame. And if that piece of paper was shoved in there by accident I am sorry for this message. But you would think that compassion would have driven him or them to pull that piece of plastic out of and when they saw it cause they OBVIOUSLY saw it. But I guess this world is what it is. The woman manager at Jiffy Lube in Cathedral City was very disrespectful. I pulled in to get air pressure in one tire. I saw that two cars were in the bays, so I parked close to the building. A nice young man who worked there pulled out the air house to help me. The manager saw it and shouted to him, "We're busy in two bays tell her to wait!" She was nasty. no customer should hear that. The bays already had attendant doing their work. The young man was free to help me, air hose in hand. Forced to obey her, he walked away. I told them I was never coming back. Neither should anyone.
