In & out like a Jiffy ! Great service every visit I come in I'm greeted with a smile and serviced done quickly Thank you

The entire staff are great! Courteous, professional and quick!!! Wouldn't go anywhere else! Make it Jiffy

Went to jiffy lube to get and oil change and Alfredo helped me out. Service was great. He was really friendly! Thank you

These guys cant do anything right and over charge. Your tire needs maintenance and they just fill one of them with way too much air. And it isnt even the tire that needs maintenance! read more

These guys always give me great service and good value. Today Jesus, Alvin and Jonathan worked on my car and did their usual terrific job. The wait goes really quickly and there's coffee and water for you in reception. The team here is really courteous and conscientious, and that's why I've been coming here for three years. read more

Excellent service overall. I stupidly overfilled my car with engine oil, and considering I was visiting from LA and especially it being Labor Day, we had limited options. Thankfully, Jiffy Lube was open and they were able to drain out the oil and replace it with the correct amount and a new filter. They didn't have our car's filter, but Alfredo went out of his way to go buy it for us and perform the work. Truly above and beyond service. This was an expensive mistake but lesson learned. Thank you to the Jiffy Lube team for helping us with this situation. read more

Professional and friendly, easy experience and no problems, ill come back again gladly

Fast Friendly and Professional very good time all the mechanics and staff are very attentive to the customers and great prices for the service. Highly Recommend location on Ramon Rd in Cathedral City. read more

I am sitting here at 8:15 AM watching them do business. With a number of cars lined up, there is only one service technician on duty. Only one car in the bay at a time. The lube tech finishes a car and twiddle his thumbs for 10 minutes while the up top guy goes in to close out the bill for that vehicle. He doesn't bring in the next vehicle for the tech to get started on while he does all this. With them only servicing one vehicle before me, i wasted nearly an hour in what is advertised as a 15 minute service. They grossly waste alot of your time senslesly. I won't return. read more

First time I brought my car they didn't re connect the air filter , second car I brought here (my mistake) the car stopped running on the way back from "service" . Had a mechanic look at it they said the engines bad. Car was running fine ... read more

Honestly so happy I came across this location because not being from the area it's nice to know I have a place I can go for any car maintenance when vacationing out here. Def would recommend going here over other places. read more

I love Jiffy lube never been this location Great job guys Gabriel the hottest Jesus the kindest Axel the newbie But if a coupon says Jiffy Lube and is not expired they should take BS not this location read more

The staff was friendly and super helpful. They performed necessary top offs and checks.

Came in for an oil change based on milage indicated on last change sticker, and a tire pressure check. I thought it seemed a little soon for oil service but I try to keep up on the service. The service rep looked up my records and indeed it was a few thousand miles too soon. So the last service person somehow misprinted my reminder sticker. I was provided a free top-off and tire pressure check, a missing bolt on my lower engine cover replaced and sent on my way, no charge. Thanks guys. Great service experience! read more

The guys did a good job here as usual. Went thru all the check list and checked all my filters. Even provided me some cool air while waiting

I'm retired from the largest auto auction company in the world-And we are famous for our customer service and resolving complaints...Well I recently had a major customer service issue at this location, And the District Manager and Regional Managers went all out & beyond the call of duty, And got all off the problems resolved...In today's retail automotive corporation & franchise world, This is extremely rare! So I have been a customer of Jiffy Lube for 40 years, And I will continue to have my vehicle serviced here, because when a major issue arose, they stepped up to the plate and took care of everything...Thank you Jiffy Lube! read more

They were good with everything except I was promised a $25 gift card from Jiffy Lube but it's supplied by tango and I was supposed to get a $25 gift card to Sam's Club and when they sent to me it was saying it's already been redeemed So they are just cheating customers and they Tricked me into getting a more expensive oil change because I would get a $25 gift certificate which they never gave me they sent the link they sent and when you click the link it's already been redeemed And when I tried to call the company that does the $25 gift certificate they've never called me back. I talked to the tango chat box or chat, but that just resent me the link that's already been used. So then the tango chat said to contact the company that supplied it , but I've gotten no answer. No, I've called them and left voicemails. I've also called tango because they have an 800 number print and left voicemail to call me back that they've never called me back so I had a good experience except for the Baden switch that this Jiffy Lube did on me and I don't blame them I guess they just want to cheat customers and think we won't do anything about it and I wouldn't of reviewed this but I had to because I put in a lot of hours trying to get it next time be honest and say $25 extra and you won't get a gift card that would've been more upfront and at least more honest and at least I could've said no or yes Just to update everybody I did exactly what they said. I emailed all my information three times and I haven't heard a thing from them. Maybe they have a telephone number which I cannot find through a web search, etc. etc. I like the old Biden switch they are very tricky, it was a bait and switch switch. I hope they try to contact me a different way like do they have a telephone number or maybe I can mail them something off for this $25 rebate I've had to spend hours trying to reach Somebody sending emails when I can post copies of the emails that I've sent that have been read by somebody on the other end but there's been no response Actually I've heard from them. I've heard crickets from them. Sorry about the long review but I just wanna keep people posted. Maybe there responded different way I don't know. But I'm never going to Jiffy Lube again. They have very misleading advertising and it's not their fault that's how they run their corporation, this is a free country to any customers but the customer also has free Will and he can go to other places who don't have bait and switches and just lie. Oh there is the businesses BBB, but I'm not gonna make a complaint to them I'm sure they have plenty already Thank you for letting me vent but they never responded to my email but they told me just sent to but maybe it takes time to go to the corporate management level. I don't know because you sent an email but maybe they don't they they they read it pretty fast according to my Email it says they read it but they don't do anything read more

Everyone was very pleasant. They answered all of my questions and were very efficient and finished in a timely manner and at a fair price I will certainly return in the future I was particularly impressed with Jessie (I hope I got his name correct) read more

Jiffy lube cathedral city and corporate is a joke If you have your car serviced at any jiffy lube and with a high end car, don't sit in the waiting room stand by your car and watch what they are doing, they are providing horrible service. Hopefully my reviews are read by other people that go there. You don't want to be faced with the issue I dealt with. Zero stars read more

I had my Prius serviced a few weeks ago at the Ramon Rd. Jiffy Lube. They would not accept my $15 coupon for an oil change, and they did not do the tire rotation I paid for. My husband had to put 10 lbs of air in each tire a few days ago. The tire rotation was obviously never done. read more

(Future customer beware) I am deeply unsatisfied with the service we received. We have been customers of jiffy lube for 3 years we came in for oil changes that costed $120 and whoever was in charge of doing them did not correctly close the cap resulting in a leak which costed $1,500 that is pure negligence from Jiffy lubes technicians. We told the management and they did nothing about it saying they would call us back. I have reported this jiffy lube to the (BBB) read more

Went to check in for an oil change and they quoted me almost $120 and when I asked why it was so expensive I found out they were adding a "Labor Charge" in addition to the full price oil change. Never has that happened. Hard Pass. Went to the dealership and got it all done for $85 read more

Eddy and the entire staff were so helpful. They were knowledgeable, professional, kind ,and courteous. I had my transmission fluid flushed. I will continue to come to this location for my maintenance on my car. I highly recommend this location. I received better care and service than I have received in a long time. I was going to the dealership and I have been very disappointed with the service that I have been getting for a while. I am so happy I found this great crew at Cat City Jiffy Lube. read more

A wonderful visit for a service that many people cringe when they think about having to get an oil change. We were greeted warmly and asked into the nearby waiting room. They explained about our past visit and asked what service we preferred and which oil type etc we preferred using. Everybody was very polite. Another gentleman who was having work done was told about something that was wrong with a part on his car and they offered to take him in back to look at the damage they spoke of and offered to work on it or let him take it somewhere else. This and the other nearby location were really hoppin' today but they worked quickly and efficiently. Would definitely come again. read more

I took my car in for an oil change here at Jiffy Lube and first thing I noticed when I got home is that they didn't even place my dip stick back. It was just laying above the engine. The major issue I had was that my car was leaking oil A LOT! (It did NOT leak oil previously) Got all over my driveway and had to get a drip pan to catch all the oil that would drip from it every single day. I ended up taking the car somewhere else and got another oil change. I told them that the car had been leaking oil after the last oil change. After they got done, it no longer is leaking the oil. I don't know what Jiffy Lube did but they did something wrong. read more
