The team inspected and diagnosed the issue and explained that the part responsible for keeping the seat upright was broken and, unfortunately, no longer available. What really impressed me was that they didn't charge me anything for the diagnostic service. That genuinely surprised me and increased my respect and trust in this company. They are honest, professional, and customer-focused. I will definitely continue taking my vehicle to Qualtech for oil changes and any other repairs in the future. I 100% recommend Qualtech to anyone looking for an honest and trustworthy auto repair shop!

I called and spoke with John, who was incredibly helpful and confirmed they were open on Sundays. I was pleasantly surprised. I arrived about 30 minutes before closing (they close at 5 PM on Sundays), and they still took me in without hesitation. The team was very careful while working on my Mercedes and made sure everything was done correctly. I was able to watch through the window while they worked, and they took their time to make sure everything was done right and that no mistakes were made. They even checked extra things like my tires, which I really appreciated. After the service, my car ran like a top on my trip out of town. That gave me a lot of confidence. The prices are very reasonable, and they even had a $7 coupon available. Overall, I feel comfortable trusting them with my vehicle and wanted others to know about the good service I received. Thank you to John and the team for helping me out when I really needed it.

In regard to your response Frank I'll expose again why no one should use you. To start I used you…read moreafter the break issue we resolved to give you a shot. I bring up that brake issue because it eventually became a pattern of dropping the ball, and repeated issues 1. My car had to be towed because basic logic well known issue for GMC/Chevy 6.2 liter V8 engines have a lifter issue which requires engine replacement. The car wasn't in bad shape as you say. Cadillac dealership said I should have it towed due to the knocking sound. My car has always been kept immaculate. Yes you quoted a fair price, it was Lambs in Lakeway that was ridiculous and most people know they are. The engine took long because they sent the wrong engine and in regards to my finances it wasn't I couldn't pay . I was at the mercy of you and I was nothing but polite every single interaction with you. Your dropped the ball so many times and you actually asked me for advance payment at one point because you needed to pay your taxes . I didn't want to pay you UPFRONT Frank. You fix then pay, that's most every way it's done . You didn't have the money to cover costs which is a concern regarding running a business. I had also just spent money on another car repair and boat repairs . The car sat as I decided what I wanted to do. As far as stating you could have charged me storage you never once mentioned that and I have every phone call that proves that. Pretty shady of you to pull that out on your reply here. Again not on single time did you ever mention storage fees. So please don't act as if it was some favor you did. The car went in for an engine replacement. As you confirmed the day you put the engine in to test drive you call me telling me I need steering column replacement. Yes I have you on recording Frank stating that indeed the lift and big tires were the culprit. The steering was completely fine and it had not been driven once per you as we waited for the engine issue and replacement to be resolved. You now understand why I recorded you. You can't remember what you told me. I didn't struggle to pay you. I had a boat in repair and another car a Range Rover in repair. I communicated to you very professionally. By the way let's remember you had me pay up front on everything. It was the engine that was ordered that was delayed. 2. Regarding the transmission line. Let the public see this post. I pick up my car from Frank and I make it about a quarter to half a mile or so down road and what becomes the problem is the transmission line. Frank I have that call to you recorded as well and your claim that I accelerated or false and blew the line is total BS. It had nothing to do with big tires. I'm saving all my facts, statements from GM certified techs , and video of your guy coming over to "fix" it. Within a day or 2 it went out again and I made you tow it for free. It was your guy that you sent and had him do what he did and sent me on my way and that all was fine only to have it sent back to you. By the way on our recorded call you tried to lead me to believe with certainty it was one thing when in fact you were wrong and called me with another reason. Again grateful I recorded both those conversations. The reputable mechanics I discussed were my brothers out of Houston. My brother owns a professional garage and luxury and collector car biz for 22 years. The other reputable people was a connection I had out of A Cadillac dealer in Dallas. I mentioned this to you and so logically my car stayed locally with you. 3. The whole issue about you spending 200 for the detail I will just say to anyone reading this look at the pics of my Escalade left in his care. Never should have happened Frank. By the way I took a time stamp video of my car before it went back to you. I didn't spill the oil. That's a regular engine oil. Why would I need engine oil to leave in my backseat after you just repaired and did an engine replacement. Again shady of you to blame that on me. And by the way I had to waste 3 hours of my work day sitting there waiting on a detail. Completely unprofessional. 4. I asked you you fix my windshield wiper motor while you had it. You never did. I kept asking you very time you had the car and I have your texts alone that show you forgot several times. same thing Frank regarding the transmission thermostat. I asked you several times, you came out to fix my running board and forgot to get the transmission thermostat and windshield motor. Again pretty crazy you fixed my transmission yet our texts show you dropping the ball on the thermostat. I have lost count on the amount of texts I have that show you never show up on time. I'm done with my response. I'll update this post after claims court.

Do not go there if you want to be treated fairly and honestly. My college student daughter went there for her usual oil change for an FJ Cruiser. Previously it was never over $40. This time it was $75 because Brandon says he put "synthetic" which is not necessary in an FJ. I called him and he said he was just going by previous service. If that's the case she shouldn't have been charged $75 for a simple oil change. I really miss Keith and Brian. Where did they go? 2nd Update: I was not speaking to the manager as I thought on the phone previously, it was actually the mechanic. Chris the manager called today and apologized. He offered her next oil change for free. I felt like he listened and was genuinely concerned so we will give them a try again.

I trust these mechanics and I trust the fact that Chris Dunaway is a premium expert and why I bring it here I don't trust anyone else like I said in my previous reviews.
