had a great experience at this jiffy lube on william cannon. every year one of my headlights burns out. and this location took amazing care of me. clayton , juan and another team member whose name i unfortunately can't remember were all very kind, professional and easy to talk to. they got everything taken care of super quickly. they answered my questions without making me feel like a dumb girl, and made the experience stress free. i actually have another jiffy lube way closer to me where i always took my car for headlights. and when i showed up there they were kinda rude saying they don't do headlights at that location. when i've been going there for 5 years specifically for my headlights. but after the customer service i received at this location, i'd gladly drive an extra few minutes to come back to this location instead. friendly and personable staff make all the difference. and this team really went above and beyond. also they let me know you can get a $2 off car wash at the nice car wash across from them with a jiffy lube receipt. little things like that just add to a great experience. and i immediately took advantage of that offer. thanks again clayton, jaun and the rest of the team. you definitely earned a repeat customer read more

Would you ever think a Jiffy Lube stop would make your day better? I sure didn't but this is what Stan and his crew at the William Cannon location do. Stan and his team here are outstanding. They know what they are doing, are friendly and welcoming, and genuinely care about my experience and getting things done right. Michael here is also top notch. He and Stan knew more than my own mechanic did about a couple of issues I was having recently, and diagnosed it within a couple of minutes! And Stan took care of it and did an excellent job. It's not very often you come across techs who have as much integrity, kindness, knowledge, and a sincere desire to help their customers as the techs at William Cannon do. These folks are SO DAMN NICE. I will come back here every time for any service (today I came for an oil change). I had to wait a little bit but that's anywhere. They offered me a new filter, showing me how dirty my current filter was, and asked if I wanted a new one. I did, but unfortunately they didn't have one in stock, and suggested I come back next week. The mechanic (a woman) also suggested replacing my brake fluid. As a woman I did not feel haggled in the slightest, I felt like these folks genuinely cared about updating my vehicle. Stopped in to have my oil changed. There was no line, so I didn't have to wait a minute to get started. Aldair and Clayton took care of the oil change, washed my windows, and even vacuumed the interior! I was in and out in less than half an hour. Kristie was the cashier and she was great. I never leave reviews but I am currently car - less, stressed and disappointed . I came in this morning for a tire change & oil rotation. I leave for vacation tomorrow and wanted to not worry about this when I get back. What's upsetting is I specifically went to this one because it had 4.5 stars.... the closer one to me had only 3 stars so I took the extra hike. They did the service fast and gave me discounts which I'm grateful for. When I left though I noticed a knocking noise in my tire. As I went faster my car started to sound like a motorcycle. This has never happened to me prior. I took the car back after I got off work and by this time the noise was louder and felt a clicking feeling coming from under me. He told me my tire was oddly hard to put on and was slightly misaligned so they fixed it and that the issue should be resolved. The clicking felt gone at first and I thought issue was resolved... nope. Went to pick up a friend and realized the faster I go the more I hear that fan tick again. My friend felt it and heard it. It'd get louder at random times. So by this point I was stressed and annoyed. I took it to the jiffy lube on Manchaca and they let me know my lug nuts were screwed on wayyyyy past their limits. & while trying to unscrew the lug nuts .... They broke. They couldn't even get one lug nut out so I had to Uber home and leave my car so they can have someone come and screw my lug nut off so he could replace it. I am very thankful my lug nuts didn't snap while I was on the road. But this jiffy lube caused problems I didn't have before I showed up. They wasted my whole day and unfortunately also put me in danger thinking about the fact my lug nuts could have snapped while I was driving. The jiffy lube on slaughter and Manchaca is taking care of the damage done for me. I got a call from this jiffy lube and they refunded me and apologized. But it's still just a huge hassle , inconvenient, and stressful when I rely on my car to take me places. Especially dealing with this right before I leave the state. Save your time. They were super friendly and given the current financial climate the rates were very reasonable! What a jerk. I came to get my oil changed because of a current coupon on the Jiffy Lube website (the coupon didn't mention anything about specific locations in the fine print) and the manager wouldn't accept the coupon because he said not all sites have the same pricing. $75 is not worth it for an oil change, and he didn't propose another special offer, so I ended up down the street at Midas with great service and no wait for less than $20. read more
