The last 2 times I have been there, they staff made it very uncomfortable. They messed with my politcal magnets on my car and tried to berate me for my views. This last time was the end of my relationship with Pit stop. They were ranting and cursing about politics. They questioned me as to why I was wearing a mask. Was told I needed a radiator flush, new air filter I had changed 4 days prior (I can get the same one online for 1/5 of the cost they charge in house). After my last trip to Lubbock I went to my old location and they also checked my radiator fluids and showed me the results. Said the levels were fine and no action was needed any time soon. The employees at the Amarillo location seemed less than the professional level I'm used to receiving at other locations. Some conversations should not be had within earshot of customers.

Wiring harness was destroyed and they attempted to patch it. Took the vehicle before they could rack up more charges - they were trying to change out the auxiliary water pump, another $600.00. It was not burped after they refilled it. Took back to try to get it repaired on the repairs they half-assed. They masked a broken sensor as well Now experiencing engine cutting out and oil leaks. $5000 for Top Gun to basically destroy my vehicle. Tried to work it out and allow them to correct everything, however each time it gets worse. Agree to another post about Veterans discount - price went up quite a bit. Truly a disservice to veterans.
