The people who work there and the service they provide is hands down, the best in Amarillo. Rodney has always been willing to help me and his staff go above and beyond to ensure everything is done right. I had an issue on my car today and I called 8 min before they closed. Rodney told me to come on down and he would look at it to see what he could do. I got there about 5 min later, they immediately brought my car into the bay, figured out the problem and fixed it immediately. I will always take my business to them. this is one of the worst experiences of my life that happened today at the jiffy lube on 34th street in Amarillo Texas, I had taken my dog up with me to the sonic today to get us something to eat, I do not have a car so we walked, I am older and disabled and its very hot, I have to take a break every so often on the way there and back, Today I sat down on the curb by the street of jiffy lube to cool off, my dog layed in the grass and I got on my laptop to check some emails, we did sit there for a good 20 mins probably , in that time I had no interactions with a single other person ,,, not hi , not a wave, literally nothing , just cooling off and minding my own business. then without saying a word to me the employess of jiffy lube found it necessary to turn their sprinklers on me ,, they got my laptop wet and could have caused me to injure myself by trying to get up so fast and out of the way of the surprise water, this was no accident, this was not the sprinklers being on automatic, they were purposely turned on the get me wet, the water went off exactly at the moment I got out of the line of fire, not to mention business are not allowed to have their sprinklers going in the heat of the day like that, not to mention all of this is on camera, its a very very busy street, these people clearly thought i was a homeless person or something and they could just treat someone any kind of way, I was so humiliated I cried all the way home,, who treats people that way, I was treated like a literal stray dog, the people that work at that jiffy lube are cruel and heartless,, if they would do that to a human then they sure don't care about your car, I can't afford to replace the laptop but ruined but I will make sure everyone knows what type of business they are read more

On our trip from Alabama to Colorado, our maintenance light came on. Ugh! Based on Yelp reviews, we stopped here for an oil change. Luckily, the bays were open and we got right in. The shop was very efficient. As with all speedy oil change places, you have to provide all kinds of info..Name, Address, Phone, etc. Employees were friendly and it didn't take long. We are grateful for that because we have a long drive facing us. My only issue was that they didn't reset the maintenance message on the dash. I had to pull over and look up how to do that online. that made the experience annoying. read more

I went up and the service rep ran my VIN number and auto make and told me what it would cost. I went into the waiting area. Two hours later, they told me they had put too much oil in and would have to vacuum some out. Later, they told me they were ready and gave me a price 60% higher than the quoted price. I told them the quoted price, but the fellow told me it was because of the amount of oil it used. read more

This place is GREAT! I just moved back to Texas and showed up for a state inspection. Everyone was so friendly, especially Rodney. He is very knowledgeable and was able to direct me to update my insurance properly so the inspection could be completed. He and his team are great (they even offered to watch my dog while I did some paperwork). People like this make me proud to be moving back to Texas. I came here for an oil change because the location on coulter did my last oil change and left the plug open. So I decided to give this location a chance as I am knew to town...bad decision. They did the same thing!! Left the plug open. I went to the coulter location to have them check and see why my car was leaking oil and they said I had to come back to this location for a refund. When I got here the manger Jaxson wouldn't give me a refund because he said I didn't lose much oil!!! I said what happens to a car when oil is leaking....what if I hadn't noticed it..... he said that's why you bring it back! Why should anyone have to bring their car back when they should know how to do a oil change if that's what you pay for. He was rude to me because I'm a woman and probably because of my race. Fast and friendly oil change services. They'll check your car and remind you about other maintenance as well but they aren't pushy about it.

I regularly took a car to this location for over a year with very good service. Unfortunately after my last visit I discovered they did not put the filler cap back on my master cylinder. First off I was in to get an inspection sticker, all was well until they told me they broke my key off in my door, what! They told me it's part of the inspection, no need to check the safety of a door lock? I don't know why the locked the door in the first, right! Well they tell there is nothing they could do and that's after they talked to the owner, so they gave me his number, well he was not willing to fix my car, told him I was going to call my lawyer! Traveling from NJ I needed an oil change and this was my first visit to ANY Jiffy Lube. I often do my own but at this price and level of efficiency, I may change my ways. These guys treat you right and I could not have been happier with the short wait (none!); pleasant explanation of my choices, and reasonable prices. The service person, Jesse, was excellent and pleasantly professional. The car also got vacuumed! My filthy windows cleaned and my coolant topped off while they provided checks on several other items. The manager, after realizing where I was from became a wealth of suggested places to see and visit from museums to the largest canyon outside of the Grand Canyon. Great place. read more
