What a bunch of CON ARTISTS! BEWARE of the Technaglass service! Two weeks ago, I got the service to prevent a ding in my windshield from growing. I noticed a crack emanating from the ding today and called to see what Jiffy Lube would do (refix it, refund?). The nonchalant Michael (at the Eubank store) said he would give me the number to Technaglass and they will apply my purchase to REPLACING my entire windshield (so, I would be out even more $ for their mistake!). Michael claimed that doing the service is never guaranteed that it would even work at all! I would rather go to an overpriced windshield repair place than to EVER give Jiffy Lube any of my money or business again! read more

I must be very lucky as I've been using that particular Jiffy Lube since it opened and have never had a poor experience. That location is just 1 mile from my place so it is most convenient and I have always had pleasant service. When needing a change, I insure my vehicles are driven 30-45 minutes so the oil is properly warmed and have never waited more than 30 minutes for service to be completed. However, should I see more than 4 vehicles in line awaiting service I'll reschedule my change to the following day. read more

Horrible service, paid $60 to get the oil changed, when I brought my own oil and filter. Now I find out on their report they did not check ANY of the vital fluids and filters... Just says NOT CHECKED What kind a of scam are you running here?? The reason we brought our own filter and oil is Jiffy Lube uses substandard filters that cause engine damage... However, they want you to add on so many extra features (and I believe they try to get me to buy more as a woman coming into a car shop). They charge for tire rotation, which Discount does for free. They tried to sell me a new cabin air filter, when I had just had mine replaced (they brought a dirty one filled with leaves saying I should change it soon. Went on a Monday morning for an oil change. It was unseasonably cold and that was reflected by the lack of heat in the waiting room. While waiting for my oil change you are a captive audience where you get to watch a constant streaming commercial about oil changes and other services on the TV. Fortunately, I brought earbuds with me so I could drown out the noise. I went here with my little foreign hatchback trying to save a few bucks over the dealership. My oil change came to just over $40. Apparently, this was 25% off as well, due to it being Veterans day. I'm writing this a few days late because I was just reminded of my jiffy lube experience by a flyer that came in the mail today from my car dealership for an oil change and tire rotation for $49.95. TL;DR... Thought I was going to get a good deal at jiffy lube on veterans day. Turns out I pretty much paid what my name brand dealer would charge for an oil change. Good service from many of the staff, this JiffyLube location is thorough and friendly. Just remember this is a place where the up sale is the key to their success. Many of the recommendations are meant to keep your car running in tip-top condition. So not all recommendations are needed. Be sure to use the coupon from myjiffy.com and make use of the free top off of fluids. They'll check everything and clean your windows too. Be sure they explain everything. Ask questions. These guys are patient. Sometimes there's an hour wait so be prepared. Matthew, Eric, and Miguel are always excellent to work with. The master mechanic was not very welcoming. Maybe they don't have the usual management. James, a tech, handled a grouchy customer really well. So maybe it's just management under pressure. read more

I am the queen of procrastination, so naturally I waited until 5:30PM the day my registration expires to go online and attempt to renew. Once there, I find out I need an emissions test. Joy. I googled the nearest place and find out that most emissions places close at 5 or 530pm. Great, now I'll probably have to pay a fee for registering late. Jiffy Lube to the rescue! I saw that they offered emissions and called the one around the corner. It was 5:47 when I called but the guy assured me if I was there by 6 they'd help me out. I pulled in at 5:57 with 3 minutes to spare, and was greeted before I exited my car by a friendly guy who asked if he had just talked to me on the phone. He offered me popcorn and soda and walked me to the waiting room (where I wrote most of this review). The price was a little higher than I pay at the other place at $24.99 but I found a coupon for $5 off. I was done and home by 6:15! When the guy checked me out he said, "My recommendation for you today is to have a good day," since there wasn't the usual 'change your air filter' option. He also gave me a coupon book and reminded me I could get my fluids topped off for free. He walked me to my car and held the door open. Now I can go register my car, thankfully without having to set foot inside the MVD! read more

Yesterday I came in for a brake inspection. The service this location offered was good but the estimate of time they gave me for the inspection (20 minutes) was wrong and thus I was late for my next appointment. Such things take time, however, I really respect honest estimations. UPDATE: James at Jiffy Lube told me I needed $680 worth of maintenance for new front brakes, two new roters, and a replacement back wheel cylinder. After I got a second opinion from Brake Masters on Juan Tabo and they said that NONE of those services were necessary and I had a year before I needed to even worry about my brakes. I am very disappointed in the dishonesty that I received at this location and will no longer bring my business (or the other five cars in my household) to Jiffy Lube. read more

Who knew Jiffy Lube was crazy expensive!!! Thought I would be spending about 40 bucks for an oil change. Online it showed $45.99 and I had a $10 coupon. I didn't want all the frills. But they told be it would cost $61 because of the type of oil. I was going to skip jiffy lube and go my dealership who usually charges much less but they drained to oil before they started talking to me. Bummer. The manager said he could use a coupon for $15 which would get it back down to the $45. Seemed to work, but now I can't use my coupon and apparently you can not complete the transaction without giving your address. So with taxes and "fees" (don't get me started about fees- why would you not include this in the origional price) my oil change cost be $50. The staff was very nice and the popcorn was delicious. read more

I just had the worst experience at jiffy Lube. My car spent 8 1/2 hours there for a simple brake job. EIGHT AND A HALF HOURS TO FIX BRAKES! To start, this place opens at 8am and I call them just before 9am and ask if they are busy at the moment; I was told they were not busy. I live down the street and thought, since they don't usually look busy I'd be in an out. Boy was I wrong. I drop my car off just after 9 and am told they will test drive and inspect it and call me with an estimate, standard practice. Well, hours go by and it's now 1 o'clock so I decide to call them. They claim there was a car ahead of me and they are working on it now and tell me the price. Remember, they were supposed to CALL ME. They say it should be done in 1 to 1 1/2 hours. OK, that sounds reasonable. I show up at 3 and they say it will be ready in another 45 minutes. Fine, I'll go run some errands. My wife drops me off at 4 and I wait...still not done, it's up on the lift. Meanwhile, the staff is standing around chatting and laughing and NO ONE IS WORKING ON THE CAR. At 4:20ish I corner someone and ask what's going on. He claims that they received the wrong brakes and had to wait for the right ones to be delivered. OK, these things happen so I tell him that I would have appreciated some communication because they told me it would be ready by 2:30 and then at 3:45. Though I didn't say it, I could have been at home. During none of this did I get a phone call or did someone come in to tell me what's going on. So now it's 4:45 and someone comes in to charge me. I pay and the guy says it will be about another 5 minutes because they have to test drive it and he says one of their workers will come get me. The car leaves the bay and returns only to be placed on the lift again. Five fifteen comes around and they have one of the tires off, still no communication. FINALLY, I leave around 5:30 after bringing it in at 9am and being told they weren't busy and being given multiple time estimates of when it should be done. To make it worse, their guys were just standing around, laughing, and goofing off. And, when I got home my car alarm did not work (I'm sure just coincidence, right?) after having worked earlier that morning. I will NEVER GO TO JIFFY LUBE AGAIN and highly do not recommend this one (Eubank & Commanche). I have never had such unprofessional service before. I don't know who manages that place (my ticket said Miguel P, James M, and brake tech Jeremy, U) but they need to get their act in order because what I experienced is unacceptable. In all honesty, if they would have simply apologized it would have helped. I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 because the wrong brakes could have been something out of their control but everything else was not. read more

Jiffy Lube is always quick decent service. I almost always find a coupon for this place and therefore get a decent price. Sometimes they try to upsell you a little as well and most of the things they offer to fix you can do yourself for less money, like lights and windshield wipers. My only complaint is that they always rushing through the things that they check. Last time before they started working on my car, I asked if they were going to check the battery. They told me yes and then rushed through the checklist at the end. When I asked again about the battery, they had to go back out to the car to test it again. Overall they are efficient and reasonable prices. Just be careful with the upselling. read more

I recently went for an oil change at the Jiffy Lube near Eubank and Menual. What I thought was going cost me $50, ended up costing $115.00. In addition, the manager (?) was rude, crude and obnoxious. The told me I needed a synthetic oil for my specific vehicle. That's fine. Thaty's Ok. I can live with that. However, when he told me how much the oil change would cost, I said I did not want the service. Well, he then informed me they had already drained the oil from my Honda! What could I do? So, he offered $20 off the cost of the oil change. But, still.... He wasn't done. He then told me I needed a new cabin filter ($39.99) and a new air filter ($24.99). What a rip off! Never again. I use this Jiffy Lube for all of my car's basic service needs as it it only a short distance from my home. This trip was for an emissions test, and I get the Signature Service at regular intervals. The staff is always polite and efficient. I appreciate how they can tell me what services are due to keep up with factory recommendations, and the book of coupons I received last year has been great. I have had a few less than satisfactory visits but these were due to "add-on" services. I was particularly disappointed with a TechnaGlass repair that did not take. I imagine that was due to the particular tech who did the repair - I have a friend who had a windshield replaced and was happy with it - but I don't think I will take a chance again, too much hassle. This of course did not change my opinion of the basic services I get at this store. read more

I heard these guys were under new management so I figured I would give them a chance to redeem themselves. Am I glad I did. They were not only professional and courteous but they were not pushy in any way. They took the time to make suggestions and respected my decisions. They have also added a new service,.... a windshield guy! Thanks to a US Postal truck who strayed to the shoulder and back into the lane casting rocks and debris behind him, I got a star crack on my windshield. It was 29.99 to fix it, which I feel was well worth it, as it was way less expensive than a replacement. This was also very convenient as it allowed me to check another stop from my to do list. The staff seemed to be happy- helpful to one another and to the customers, which not only reflects on them, but on their leadership. I am really happy with this Jiffy Lube. There are others closer to my home, but I consider this "my" local Jiffy Lube. The people who work there are so courteous. Today I was helped by a couple of guys to do a top off of fluids in the car, check the tires, etc. - Joseph was particularly helpful. That's what keeps me coming back. read more

Beware! You may have a coupon that says you'll get an oil change for $26.99 however, that is most likely not going to be the case. On Saturday, June 8, 2017 I went to the Jiffy Lube across from Target on North Coors armed with a $26.99 coupon they sent in the mail for an oil change. I showed it to the young man when he came to get my car, and he said I would show it inside, and to enjoy the soda and popcorn ( which was totally out and never replaced while I was there). I was called to the computer by Julian who showed me a clean air filter and a clean cabin air filter and I said that I wasn't ready to replace them. He then asked me which oil I wanted and I showed him the coupon and said I wanted the one for $26.99; he said any type of oil would work with that coupon. I asked what he recommended and the final price came up to $70+ for the oil change. When I asked why the discrepancy, he said because I couldn't possibly get an oil change for $26.99. I selected a lower grade oil which got me the oil change for $30+. When I asked why the coupon didn't mention other prices or additional prices, he said those are the prices they have. He was incredibly rude, short, and a very bad personal representation for Jiffy Lube. Don't go in believing you're going to get a coupon price for oil, at least not with Julian... And he gave no explanation why the big difference. read more

This is a clear cut case of "let the buyer beware". I went in to have my air conditioner repaired. They checked everything, said they "adjusted" the compressor, and said it was 'fixed". I paid $199.00 plus tax (and that was with a money off jiffy lube coupon). I drove away, and with in 3 day it was blowing, not cold but cool air. With 7 days it was blowing hot air. I called them back to see if they would take a look at it under the 30 day work related warranty on the Jiffy lube website (ie at no extra expense to me) and they said; No. That they had performed an air conditioner "service" for a fixed price not a "repair", and that they had fulfilled their side of the contract. I asked if for the sake of their professional reputation if they would look at it for no extra charge, they said; No. It took me 9 months of tips to save up for that "service" and now I am out of the money, and my air conditioner does not work. read more
