The staff was friendly and quick. However, I was charged 21.75 for shop supplies. I was told it was for the use of the tools. Really?!!! Also I was told that my serpentine belt was cracked but they couldn't show it to me. Hmmm. Very disappointed. Tool use fee, seriously! I have been a customer for years but refuse to return just because of the principle of it all. All charges were pointed out to me prior to serving, except that one. I've used this shop for years and always had amazing service, been treated well, and given accurate information. They don't care that I'm a woman, and actually listen to what I say. Their prices are more than reasonable and the work is good. I haven't been there with my new car yet because I have to use a shop approved by Silverrock. Tips for surviving your experience at this Jiffy Lube location without getting your wallet gouged: 1. Find another Jiffy Lube. Or better yet, a Midas. 2. If you've entered the property, turn around, find another shop to service your vehicle. 3. If you still decide to use this location, ensure that you ask specifically for the check-in tech to disclose ALL upcharges and fees before you sign on their very small, unreadable mobile device (particularly if it's daylight and the sun is shining on the device). 4. According to the manager, there is something called a "service review" where the tech is supposed to go over the status of the vehicle and ALL costs and fees before the work is complete, so that you know what to expect when it comes time to pay. Ensure that fully happens. Simply showing you dirty air filters does not constitute a "service review" and does not meet the intent. 5. If a thorough service review doesn't happen for you, like it didn't happen for me, expect to see upcharges for using synthetic oil and a whopping $25 labor fee (a synthetic oil change was advertised for $99.99, but there was an additional $10 upcharge for using--get this--synthetic oil. It begs the question of what you actually get for $99.99). 6. Expect to pay if any fluids need topping off--$5.99 for an ambiguous amount of antifreeze, which the level annotated on my Vehicle Information Conditions Report printed by the technician said was "Checked and OK" not "Low" or "Requires Attention". Keep in mind that the Vehicle Conditions Inspection is intended to inform the customer about any additional services recommended BEFORE work is agreed to, started and completed. 7. In the event you have the unfortunate experience of not knowing of these charges before you are asked to pay, do not expect the technicians or the manager to be able to explain why, for example, antifreeze would have been added to a vehicle that--according to their inspection--was not required. My tech told me he added washer fluid, not antifreeze, and the manager insisted that I was wrong, even though he could not completely verify a service review was completed. He has video of the tech showing me my air filters, but no audio of the conversation. 8. If you intend to elevate any comments about your experience up the Jiffy Lube chain, be it good or bad, do not expect adequate assistance from Jiffy Lube's corporate reception/customer service team: The contact information on the shop's wall in the waiting area, boasting the company's self-proclaimed excellence at customer service is outdated, and does not have the accurate or current contact information. The current address is reception@myjiffy.com if you care. Three quasi-positives from the experience: 1. The actual work I anticipated on the vehicle was done cleanly. 2. The efficiency of waiting 1 hr and 10 minutes for an oil change is subjective. That could be considered quick compared to other companies, or it could be considered lenghty. Roll the dice. 3. They honor a military/veteran discount, but you have to ask them twice if they offer it. read more

I came in at 8 o'clock and I had to take an Uber home to make it to work when I left at 10:45 and my car was still not done. This was a car. I was trying to fix everything on because it was being sold. The next day I drove it to the new owner, who probably noticed that my front right hubcap apparently hadn't been put on properly because it was gone. So that amount for four matching hubcaps had to be deducted from the sale of the car. Thanks a lot not so Jiffy Lube. read more

Came in for a tire rotation and oil change. I was shocked at how much the price increased, but was sorta expecting that. However, when I got my car back, my low tire pressure light came on (it wasn't on before) and I asked if they could fix this. I was then told it *should* go off after driving it around (thought this was weird since I've never had this problem after a rotation) so I then I still asked if they could just check it/refill the tires. Then I was told their tire pump wasn't working. ???? What kind of car repair shop doesn't have a working tire pump? So then, after dropping $150 for my standard work up, I had to then fill my tires myself and resolve the problem that shouldn't have existed in the first place. I also had to ask them to reset the oil change light, and they did not have oil change reminder stickers. Won't be returning... read more

I brought my car here for an oil change and the guy told me I need a new air filter I agreed to him I said ok change it but when I start my car the car was making weird noise and when I told the guy why my car is making noise he said he doesn't know and he gave me an estimate to fix the car. The service was good enough that I downloaded the app and made an account specifically to express my gratitude. I went in for an oil change and to top off my wiper fluid and was out in a little over 30 minutes. From start to finish, the staff was cordial and friendly. The technician I was assigned in particular was phenomenal! He explained each service charge in great detail and was a delight to work with. My usual spot for a quick oil change. Just don't fall for all the extras they offer, it's cheaper to do them yourself. I think their go to is the air filter or tire rotation. Do your homework on your vehicle to know when everything needs to be done! read more
