I'm still trying to decide if the staff at this location are this incompetent, or if it's intentional. You be the judge. Almost a year ago, my wife brought our Hyundai here for a an oil change. A few months later, we notice the bolts that hold two covers to the underside of the body, which have to be removed for the oil change, hadn't been replaced. More than 3/4 of them were missing. Eventually, the cover flapped around under the car, causing damage, which I reported to Jiffy Lube. The manager, Will, reacted in the exact manner I wanted. He offered to replace the damaged part, and ensured me if I brought the car back on days he was in, he would personally do the oil change each time to make sure it was done right. If you take a moment to examine these pictures, taken from under my Hyundai after an oil change from this Jiffy Lube, ask yourself if this looks correct to you? Zip ties where push rivets should be, missing bolts, why not use some packaging twine? Whenever you see a video of a car that limps into a real mechanic because of some careless action taken by the technician a quick lube location, think of this location. This is easily the most pathetic attempt I've seen at a person doing their job, let alone the manager. If Hyundai wanted the car zip tied together, they would have installed zip ties in the first place. Who could possibly think this is correct? They simply did the oil change, and my wife left with the illusion it had been done right. If you're not mechanically inclined, If you're not willing to crawl under your vehicle to inspect the work that is done here, you're taking the chance your car will be the one that gets zip tied, or worse instead of being serviced properly. read more

The were fast, good enough for me however there was no safety protocol, no signs stating MANDATORY mask use, three people in the waiting room did not have masks until they saw mine, then put theirs on incorrectly. Magazines should be removed from the waiting room and I have no idea if the chairs were ever wiped down. read more

I know cars so it's pretty difficult to pull one on me when it comes to the simple things like oil changes, tire, breaks and all of the normal maintenance that goes with owning a car. That said Jiffy Lube is probably the last place I will ever visit to get my oil changed again. I really got tired of them coming in to the waiting room to get me and show me an air filter that was changed just 5,000 miles ago and tell me to look at all the dirt and tell me that it should be replaced. Or, telling me that I need a radiator or cooling system flush, gas filter change or even transmission oil change. None of which needed to be done. I stopped going to Jiffy Lube some time ago, but I'm writing this review after remembering them hit my daughter for about $600 a while back for unnecessary work. And a discussion with a young lady about their pressure tactic to have a fuel filter changed after 25,000 miles. Look, go to Jiffy lube if you can just get your oil changed if you want, but make up some story how it's someone else's car, or your late to a meeting when they ask you to come out of the waiting area for the pitch. DO NOT GO HERE! It's a wonder this Jiffy Lube is even rated, it deserves ZERO stars! The last 2 times I went disaster ensued both times. I wanted to give the guys the benefit of the doubt, is it franchised or individually owned? That is why I went back. Do not make the same mistake. 1. They do not rotate tires, or if they do, they want to charge $40 a tire. If you call their bluff, they will just flat out refuse to do it. 2. THEY DO NOT ADD AIR TO TIRES, this happened 2x, when I called them back to call them out on this, they lied and said they did and to give the sensor a few minutes to adjust, LIES, it doesn't need adjusting, when I filled the tires, it was obvious they weren't filled, so, so low, I then called them back and got a B.S. apology, why lie in the first place, peoples lives are in danger if they need air in their tires. SHODDY WORKMANSHIP is the best you're going to get at this place! 3. They do not fill break fluid! 4. All they want to do is upsell, they are not interested in doing the work, just sell, sell, sell! (whether you need it or not!) 5. They treat men differently than women and young women even more differently, I experienced/witnessed this first hand. 6. I am shocked they filled my windshield wiper fluid, how do I know they did this.. they forgot to put the little black cap back on, geez thanks guys, you guys couldn't even get the simplest of the jobs done. I have no cover on my windshield wiper fluid container. What a disgrace this business is.. I am definitely NEVER going back to this Jiffy Lube or any Jiffy Lube ever! I waited about a month before posting this review I have been to this location about 6 times The first five visits were fine Oil change and I'm done This past visit was a disaster I had a Mobil 1 oil change and changed an air filter The manager asked me if I wanted to top off the anti freeze I agreed The car is 1 year old , no accidents in perfect condition When I went to pay I was told the car needed 2 gallons of anti freeze and was charged 9.99 I wasn't going to argue but instead sent an email to corporate jiffy lube My email was forwarded to the district manager who called He apologized and acknowledged that the car only takes 1.7 gallons of anti freeze and that the work was not done He had a video of the work I didn't know they video taped the work area but it's a smart thing to do He told me I would receive a check refund and as a gesture on his part offers a free oil change for my next visit Well that was 2 weeks ago and noting has arrived in the mail I don't plan to return to this location There are plenty of other quick oil change places and there is no excuse for being. I asked for an oil change and for a boost to my AC system. In late Aug/early Sept they no longer offered AC boost service despite advertising it on their website. It was still in the high 70's outside and I was disappointed. I requested the oil change and a new cabin air filter. After waiting 30 minutes for them to start on my oil change, they tried to tell me that my oil needed flushing (for an extra $90) in addition to changing it. I had checked the consistency of the oil before taking it to get changed and it was not sludgy as they described. I am very good about changing the oil in my vehicle and I know my car. I declined the service and again asked for an oil change and a new cabin air filter. They pulled my car up after waiting an hour for the change, gave me a bill for $40. I asked if that at least included the new cabin air filter, and he informed me that mine wasn't that dirty anyway and that they were out of them at the moment, so he didn't replace it. The receipt read that I 'declined' AC service that was 'suggested' to me. High priced, long wait (even with no line present), they tried to scam me, and they didn't do what I paid for. I won't be going back to this location. This is the first place I've ever been to in my life that wouldn't try to SELL me an air filter, nonetheless ignore a request I made multiple times in the same visit to replace mine. I seriously doubt they even did half of the things on the receipt that they said they did such as checking the fluids and air pressure. This uncertainty heightened when my air pressure sensor went off in my car after leaving due to low tire pressure. read more

5 Stars is right! I used to go to the EHT location that is much closer to me, but I always felt like I was getting ripped off and swindled there. I've been going to this location for a long while now and all the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I know a fair bit about mechanical work and I never get the sense that they are trying to talk down to me or trying to pull a fast one. Service work is always done in a timely manner and if they can't do something, they will let you know and give you alternatives. Overall, what a great service center! read more

I was a loyal customer up until a few months ago. I am a women and because I do not know much about cars I felt like I was taken advantage of. I would always get the high mileage oil change which was around $50... the Spanish guy there insisted that I always got the the more expensive synthetic oil change which was $65. So I took his word for it. He also claimed my cabin filter was dirty and my washer fluid needed to be filled. So he charged me for 2 gallons of fluid for a Toyota Corolla, a more expensive oil change and a cabin filter. After getting it done I looked at old receipts and sure enough I was right I always got the oil change that was about $50. I felt lied to and taken advantage of. Few months pass and so I decide to go to Toyota for an oil change instead and they show me my cabin filter which she stated and showed me was " EXTREMELY DIRTY" which made no sense since I had just gotten the cabin filter changed in June so I don't believe in 3 months it should have been as disgusting as it was. So I'm assuming it actually was never changed. I'm so disappointed in this place I will never go again. read more

The whole staff here was amazing. The place I went for my previous oil change, Mr. Tire in Absecon, intentionally rigged my oil pan so that the next time I came in I would need it replaced. When I went back to Mr. Tire for an oil change they tried to charge me $446 to replace it. I called my dad and he said it sounded fishy and to just take it to Jiffy Lube since it was nearby and I was really due for an oil change. When I got to Jiffy Lube, the mechanics were upbeat and super friendly, it seems like they all have a very well work rapport with each other which was nice to walk in to. I waited the usual 15 minutes until the manager, Chip, approached me and explained the problem with my oil pan. He explained the situation very well and even took my under my car to see how Mr. Tire had created more of a mess than help the last time I got my oil changed and really made sure I left understanding the situation. The whole team did the best they could on my car, replacing the oil and fluids and the sales associate, Joanne gave me a Jiffy Lube $5 coupon to use every time I came in. When I went to pay they didn't charge me. I was in shock. They cleaned my car, changed my oil and replaced fluids all for nothing. I'd recommend them to anyone because they aren't out to damage your car, they have great customer service and are really considerate and thoughtful.
