    So far they're quick and efficient. Sometimes they tend to do a lot of upselling so be careful.

Though the lady that arrived after me was certainly take care of asks on her way. I ask how much longer...thinking I had the first appointment I should be done now that's a little after 10am. NOPE! Guy tells me it's found to be an hour or so??? I make an 830am appointment for oil change & you're going to tell me I might be done close to 12pm!?!?'! WTH!

    Do NOT go to this business. Last night we called and the technician told us the issues with the car…read morethat it could be a fuel pump or EVAP issues, we were told they had the ability to run a smoke test etc. Elated, we brought the car to the business and dropped the keys in the box. We followed up in the morning and they told us they just got the car up on the lift. We didn't hear from them again, so we called around 2:30pm. The manager Jason was extremely rude. After being told that they have the ability to handle EVAP codes - they couldn't complete the work. Thankfully we followed up multiple times because they had my car and never called us. We followed up and we were told "Take your car to the dealer, we can't do this work here," after literally having the car ALL day and not touching base.... then my husband says "You didn't call us after all day so we could have gotten it take care of today and you didn't diagnose it, so we're not paying the fee." Jason says "Whatever man, come get your car." Awful! If these are professionals and offer complete care. False advertisement. Now, I have to take another unpaid day of work off. I have already submitted a formal complaint to corporate and my next stop is the BBB. Ridiculous. Didn't want to give any stars at all!

My car was having issues on a busy Saturday, and despite being packed with scheduled appointments and walk-in customers making urgent requests, they somehow managed to squeeze me in. The staff stayed remarkably calm and professional even with all the demands coming at them from every direction. The store had 5 walk in customers and 3 appointments come in while I was there, everyone including myself walked in with a problem hoping they fixed it, they all went out of their way to listen and actually care to help. Everybody from mechanics walking by when entering the shop to the service desk managers also all took the time to say hello when passing by after I checked in. What impressed me most was how they handled the hectic atmosphere - they gave every customer attention while efficiently taking care of everyone's car problems. Not only did they fix my issue, but they did it without making me feel like I was imposing, despite not having an appointment. They even gave me other recommendations showing proof of suggested work needed including picture's and descriptions, taking the time to also do while this while swamped with a busy store. This was hands-down the best service experience I've had at an auto shop. They turned what could have been a stressful situation into a smooth resolution. If you need car repairs, especially in a pinch, this is definitely the place to go. I walked out of here faster than dealerships I've had appointments at! They also were more than competitively priced. 5/5 stars!

After being referred to your shop by another repair facility that praised your specialization in Mercedes-Benz vehicles, I had high hopes for addressing the issue of a short that was draining my battery. Initially, evaluate $451.02 you charged me $451.02 for the replacement of the overhead module, and an additional $436.32 for repairing a power steering line leak. I agreed to proceed with the work, which totaled $1,307.21. However, upon picking up my vehicle, I discovered that the battery was dead after sitting outside my home for just two days.Furthermore, I reported that the radio, steering wheel controls, and phone were not functioning upon receiving the car back. However, I was informed that these issues were present when the vehicle was brought to your shop, which is simply untrue. Everything was operational prior to my visit, except for the battery drain problem.When I returned the car to your shop, I was charged an additional $251.00. I was then told that all I needed was a new battery. After nearly a week of waiting for updates, I was notified that my vehicle was ready for pickup. Unfortunately, when I sent someone to retrieve it, the battery was dead once again.Despite having paid a total of $1,500.00 for repairs, my vehicle continues to experience issues. After charging the new battery for 24 hours, it was dead once again after just two days of non-use.To add insult to injury, I received a text from your team today asking if I had a great experience. This service has been far from satisfactory, and I feel it is essential to address these ongoing problems.I kindly request your prompt attention to this matter. It is crucial that we find a resolution, as I cannot continue to deal with these persistent issues with my vehicle.
