Recently I wandered in and they helped make me a lot smarter (not hard to do) about my charger and the batteries in my cart, which is 23 years old. They're replacing the cord on the output side and testing the charger for me so I know what my next options are. You can see em from HWY 41 just behind a small strip mall on the south side that looks to be selling used cars out front. You can reach them just as easily as you can Sonics. The team immediately took ownership, and within 30 minutes -- on a Saturday early evening -- someone from Joe's came out, picked up both me and the cart, and got us home safely. By Tuesday at noon, the cart was fully repaired and running perfectly again. There are plenty of golf cart dealers in the area, but the level of customer service the Joe's team provides truly sets them apart.
