Being a new homeowner, this was my very first time having to deal with a broken appliance on my own. I called around to 4 different appliance repairs companies before finding Michael at The Appliance Team, and he was the only one who was able to come by on the same day without charging for an emergency visit. He showed up only a half an hour into the 2 hour window that he gave me, with a 20 minute heads-up call to make sure I was home. Super courteous and friendly, extremely professional. He was able to quickly diagnose my fridge, which had sadly reached the end of its life. But Michael was able to give helpful advice on what to look for in a replacement fridge, including brands to avoid, styles that are most energy efficient, and even local stores that he likes. He also gave me some helpful tips on how to best take care of my dishwasher and washing machine. Seriously a great experience within an overall stressful day.
