It took about 2 weeks of actively trying to finally get someone to have the time and follow-through…read moreto fix a problem I had, but at least now I know who exactly to call for all future handyman service needs! I had a piece of duct work fall off the vent under my house. I tried to duct tape it back together myself but it fell off a few days later so that's when I decided to start looking. Of the various companies I reached out to, I was mostly ignored, one no-show, no-call, got on the schedule with one other company but they had a minimum charge and the appt was a week & a half away. I told that company to put me down, but I was going to try to find someone who could come sooner. An odd Google search pulled up The 843 Handyman and I'm thankful! Jeremiah was extremely responsive, communication was an ease, no minimum charge and was able to come out a few days later. Weather delays things for him a bit but he stayed in touch, and was able to make it a few hours after the intended time. I was home all day and he kept me in the loop. He explained what he was going to do, showed me the work once done, and was professional and personable. As I mentioned, I won't go looking next time; I'll just reach out to Jeremiah and would absolutely recommend to anyone needing handyman services in a timely manner for a fair price. Two thumbs up!

First, they're organized- I received appointment reminders and even a phone call from the handyman that he was arriving 10 minutes EARLY :-) They definitely assigned us the right handyman, Bill was amazing!! He was polite, honest and upfront about the possibility of losing some of our hedges to repair the fence, he was very quiet, clean and efficient and he really went over and above with his jobs! The fence is stronger than it was before the storm thanks to some extra reinforcements. We will definitely use Mr. Handyman again and we'll definitely ask for our new friend Bill, but I'd imagine his team is equally qualified and professional.

Daphe helped us to find a suitable multi-featured tub, and Rodney not only did the installation but also made other improvements that we negotiated separately. Rodney is a friendly neighborhood professional who was upfront and helped us through unexpected problems like widening the doorway and troubleshooting potential drain issues. Rodney painstakingly works a job until it is completed and stands by his word. I would happily hire his services again!
