Outstanding Customer Service from Joe's!…read more Recently I had my 1‑year‑old cart (purchased at Joe's) serviced by Joe's, and shortly after, it broke down due to a brake issue. The team immediately took ownership, and within 30 minutes -- on a Saturday early evening -- someone from Joe's came out, picked up both me and the cart, and got us home safely. By Tuesday at noon, the cart was fully repaired and running perfectly again. There are plenty of golf cart dealers in the area, but the level of customer service the Joe's team provides truly sets them apart. Their responsiveness, professionalism, and willingness to stand behind their work make all the difference. Highly recommend!
