I was at the Central Square location last week on a horribly rainy day. The day had started out…read moreextremely hot. My new phone was almost completely charged. 3 hours later it wasn't. I stopped in and had the pleasure of meeting Andrew N. Andrew greeted me instantly. He was upbeat and caring. Asked me quite a few questions and then asked if my phone had gotten hot. Sure enough I had left it in my car for 3 hours. He explained how extreme hot/cold can run the battery down and possibly damage the phone. He went on to show me how to navigate some things on my phone while he charged it for me. I'm not very savvy with my phone, and told Andrew that. He assured me that it takes time to get use to and that anytime I needed help, he would be more that happy to help. In a time where so much chaos has been going on, it's nice to know that something as simple as a phone issue handled by a nice young man, can make someone's day. Andrew is an exemplary employee! He really made my day.
