I received inaccurate information when actvativing a phone from a different carrier. This was later verified by calling Verizon corporate and going online. Verizon employee said Verizon could not activate a phone from AT&T. read more

I went to this location today with my wife, we were having a problem activating our SIM cards and phones for Verizon prepaid. All of the staff, especially Tom were friendly and helpful. Tom went above and beyond, doing everything he could to make sure he helped us. I'm glad we chose to go to this particular location. read more

Today has been the last day I go in this store. The employees are friendly and I feel for them. They have this sign in process that simply means you wait forever to get service. Then once you get service , they ask about account information for 5 minutes. Once you complete the transaction, you have to wait until they print a receipt which again takes forever. I haven't experienced a smooth transaction from this store since it opened. Time to move on down the road! read more

I was helped immediately(I think his name was Tom?) and he was very knowledgeable helping me pick out a new iphone but as soon as I did he brought me over to a wall full of accessories and told me to pick out 2 so I chose a case and a screen protector. After getting everything transferred, I went to pay and I look at the bill which was upwards of $230+ and that didn't seem right so I scrolled back up the tablet he handed me and saw the accessories were an additional $100+. He gave the impression that the accessories were included in the upgrade and I thought it was a bit dishonest to scroll all the was to the bottom of the checkout screen without breaking down the bill (good thing I checked). I asked him to take the accessories off and I paid and left and it wasn't until I got home I realized that he had given me the wrong color phone. He asked twice what color I wanted and I said silver and I just realized he gave me "space gray". Nice going buddy, maybe if you were a little more attentive to your customers instead of trying to con them into additional purchases you would have been able to do your job better. Pretty bummed that I'm now stuck with the wrong color phone for another 2 years. read more

We've had nothing but problems with Verizon Fios since switching from TW. Countless times we've called customer service to no avail. Tonight, I spent the last 1:45 on hold and being transferred to 5 different agents, 4 of which didn't help at all? Terrible customer service, they don't care at all the troubles you have. Don't switch to this terrible company that can care less that your service never works! Stay clear! read more
