Rewind to last year: We called Rudy out to give a quote on fixing a board that had broken on our fence. Our dog had jumped on the fence and it split. His quote turned into a full fence replacement. He even wiggled one of our poles to prove a point that a repair wouldn't suffice and that we needed a whole new fence. Quote $10,000. Reluctantly we moved forward with the whole fence replacement after a very pushy sales pitch. We were quoted two/three days. And it took an entire week. Having three dogs without a fenced in yard was a hassle. His crew was nice but they worked an entire day with no lunch or break. When it came time to pay we were in a war with Rudy over form of payment. Cash/check was pushed over and over again. Very uncomfortable conversations to be having Fast forward to today and I'm finding cement ALL OVER MY YARD. We paid for the old cement to be removed. I am so dumbfounded that this is even happening. Yeah the fence is 'nice' but now we are going to spent more money on taking this crap to the dump. Save yourself the headache and go to a professional. Someone who will clean up after themselves and not have pushy sales pitches. Oh and the entire week we were told - you need a new roof I can do it for $25,000 - you need to paint your house I can do it for $10,000 - you need to treat your wood here. I can do it for whatever. I was so tired of hearing him. Hence why I'm handling the cement myself instead of calling him to take care of it. I honestly wouldn't put it past him to reach out about this review. Don't call us Rudy. Don't stop by. Just don't.

But they could've used their auto email system to cancel. In any event, I never use a contactor (for any project) that doesn't keep their first appt or notifies before just not calling or showing up. That always spells trouble. There are too many landscapers who want business. So I'll never call them or visit their nursery ever again. I believe it was Woody Allen who once said, "Just showing up is 90 percent of life." Todd's fails.

My wife and I visited this location back in February/March to purchase spring/summer flowers and get a quote for a large landscaping project, along with some recommendations. We spoke with a staff member about flowers suited for full sunlight. One of the recommended flowers is still thriving in October, but the other didn't survive more than a month despite following the care instructions. for the landscaping quote, that's where the problems began. We were told by the same staff member to speak with someone else, who wrote down an "appointment" on a sticky note and supposedly entered it into the system. The appointment was scheduled for the end of May. My wife and I took the day off work for the quote, but no one showed up--nor did anyone call. A few days later, my wife called to ask what happened. A different staff member said the person responsible would call back that day or the next--but again, zero contact. Fast forward to October, and we've never heard a word from Todd's Nursery. We've since handled our landscaping project ourselves, likely at a lower cost, and honestly, after witnessing their incompetence, we're glad we did. If this is how they handle quotes, we can only imagine how poor the actual service and timing would have been. Bottom line: complete lack of customer service, consideration, and professionalism. Don't waste your time requesting quotes from Todd's Nursery--look elsewhere for companies that value their customers and actually want to do business.

I first hired Julio to clean out a big part of our yard that was overgrown with weeds and blackberries. We bought our house last year and so much of the yard had been neglected.
