What a thrill to be able to share my experience with Fix Auto. I was in a hit and run accident in…read moreOrleans on July 3rd/2020. I was very upset. I had many things on my mind. One of them being that i had not had an accident in 26 yrs. and this was not even my fault. Called my insurance and they guided me through to getting my car fixed. I was sent here at Fix Auto. I was contacted the same day as i called my insurance. Sent them photos of the damage done. They gave me an appointment that same day which was Monday after my accident. I met Mr. Lamoureux and i felt listened too. He was very professional and courteous. From that moment on everyone at this repair shop was on top of things. I had nothing to worry about since they took care of everything. Joanne was professional and down to earth. She helped with a loan car for four days while they repaired my car. They sent me emails to tell me the progress. I cannot say enough how well they take care of there clients Today july 16 i picked up my car. It looks brand new. The workmanship is awesome. Because f COVID 19 i was concerned once i picked up my car. I am telling you guys. This car was spotless. I was beyond happy. These workers deserve to be given a five star report. Thank you so much for eliminating my stress. And from r your compassion. Anne

Three months later the entire AC was shot and would run me $2,500 to fix. On top of that, the check engine light came in shortly after purchase. Along with that the Stabilitrak turned off, the traction control stopped working, and the timing chain in the engine had to be replaced.. another $6,800. I figured their shop would take care of it - and they said they would. I wasn't aware that keeping it at the shop for 3 months and not moving it an inch from where I dropped it off was what they considered taking care of it. Their excuse? EVERYONE was on vacation. That is not how any business, especially vehicle repair, should function. Now, the car is showing - and I had no idea this was even possible - an "Engine Power Reduced Notification". 4000RPMS, 30km/hr. The engine stalled shortly after. This is an automatic car. Didn't even know that was possible. So, I figured I'd see if they could help me at all. Their sales manager said there was nothing that could be done on the piece of garbage they sold me. So now I have to pay off a lemon they sold me that I'm going to be scrapping in the coming days. They also have NO record of the sale of my vehicle?? I have the contract but they don't? Got it. That's not shady at all. Thanks Janex. You should be ashamed. If I could rate less than 1 Star I absolutely would. Waste of money, mental strength, and time. I wouldn't trust these guys to sell water in the desert, let alone any sort of vehicle that is semi-reliable at the very least.
