I'm not an experienced jewelry person so I don't what's good or what is a deal but if you are I'd say it's worth dropping in. It seems to me his stock has value as you must be buzzed in to the shop. I've come here a few times, mostly to get my watches worked on and to sell one. Again each time Marco was pleasant. He calls back when your things items are ready and gives reasonable time for when your things will be ready. Jewelry places seem to so often be either in malls or real fancy areas, likely along with price to match the residents, but this place is nice and local which is welcome. If you need watch work done, stop in.

Kenny spent the time to educate me on all of the specific details of buying a ring and he, Laura, and Judy answered all of the questions I had. Kenny took the time to search for a stone that met my specific needs and kept me updated on the entire process. The end result was spectacular, as you could see the expert craftsmanship in the ring. Both my fiancé and I were beyond impressed with the result, and know that we will be going back to Trimarco's for additional services in the future. Update: After our amazing experience with the engagement process, we knew Trimarco's would be the only place we wanted to go for our wedding bands. Our experience was just as good as the first time, where Kenny and his team walked us through a number of different styles, crafting a selection that met our specific needs. The results were amazing, and we couldn't have been happier with the experience. We will definitely be return customers and recommend Trimarco's for all your jewelry needs!

After insisting I wait, they couldn't put the back on properly because they didn't have the right tools. So, they asked me to return. The next day I was informed that the watch needed a new movement. Apparently, they broke the movement. After asking me to pay for the movement, I refused. They agreed to fix it. When I picked it up the following week, my beautiful watch could no longer keep time. You would think that they would check it before returning it. My gut tells me that they never replaced the movement - just hoped that I would return to Florida before I noticed it was still broken - which is exactly what happened..... Buyer BEWARE!

I realized afterwords that the original 18k clasp wasn't returned, he had kept it! Today, I brought in my sister's chain that broke, he fixed it and the solder was so bad, I asked him to do it again, when he brought it back, the solder was noticeably much thinner than the rest of the links, so thin that I wouldn't wear it like that because you risk losing it all together.
