I did go somewhere else, and for now, I can tell you the other jeweler replaced my missing earring piece for free! (As it should be, the replacement piece is probably worth .10 cents wholesale). Both watches were repaired for fair prices and expertly. Previous estimates quoted total overhaul and replacement of parts. In fact both watches were no more than six months old. The second watch I waited three weeks for an inflated estimate. Franklin Clock shop and Mahmoud repaired the watch in one day!! I am grateful to Mahmoud and wanted to praise him for his honesty and fairness. I will always bring my work to him in the future and my word of mouth will bring additional customers I hope.
