Did I do a lot of research? Not really. But Mike seemed genuine, wasn't pushy and didn't give off a "tryna get you" vibe. I met with Elad who quickly repaired the batteries at reasonable cost. Additionally, I returned to sell some gold pieces that didn't fit and some I just don't wear and again was given great prices for selling.
