There was so much for the kids to get excited about -- train displays, igloos to run into, visits with santa, trucks to climb on, gift shops, hot cider donuts and hot cocoa. I could go on and on. My daughters (3.5 and 1.5) had a blast and I'd say this is really age appropriate for any kid. Just a few of the logistics -- parking is plentiful and someone is there directing cars. Once you arrive you'll be on the side with the Christmas trees and farm store. You'll take a tractor out to the lights display across the field. There are ample porta potties on both sides. The holiday village sells some treats but it's sweets only and no savory. Tickets sell out so I definitely recommend planning ahead. All in all this is absolutely worth a visit around the holidays. We'll probably make it a yearly thing.
