Given that we couldn't delay or cancel our trip, they kinda had us "over a barrel" and we had to shell out a ton more money to make this trip happen. Would I use them again? Yes. Just be read the fine print and make sure you have a back-up plan in case you find yourself in a similar situation.

We have used other private jet memberships regularly before and never experienced anything so ridiculous or horrendous. Monarch didn't realize there was no plane until we were already at the airport. We didn't manage to fly out until 6 hours AFTER our initial departure time. Then they sent us a plane with no operating oven so basically no meal for the kids. The plane also had some kind of mechanical issue (APU not working) that was never resolved. Completely unacceptable and even subpar to the commercial experience. Please stay far far away from this company if you need anything mildly reliable.

Matt went above and beyond to help us get a replacement battery, and helped my husband install it. That is not a level of care you will find elsewhere! What could have been a terrible ordeal was reversed by the unhesitating offer of help. While the battery was being dealt with i was comfortably waiting with our dogs in the Makers Air lounge. 2 thumbs up to the whole team!

I would recommend this tour experience. Pilots and front desk personnel were great. It was a bit disappointing we didn't do lunch at the described location at Staniel cay restaurant and were diverted to a local place and forced to pay cash for a buffet style over expensive experience of $40 per person. I was really looking forward to the restaurant experience, but authentic Bahamian food was an interesting twist and i appreciated that. Overall great experience and would consider going again.

Lauderdale Executive Airport, the entire staff was warm and welcoming. The waiting area was nice and clean and equipped with a coffee bar, beverages and snacks. When it was time to board our plane, our pilot Kevin took pics in front of each couple. The plane fits about 9 guests. We flew in a 2023 plane with only 200 air miles on it! Needless to say I was put at ease and the flight was extremely smooth. When we landed, we were immediately picked up in a golf cart and took a 2 min drive to the boating dock. The boat was extremely well kept and clean. It was full stocked with snacks, beverages and even white claws! There were 6 people total on the boat and our captain Bernie was so nice and guided us every step of the way throughout each excursion. We never felt rushed and we're at each excursion for a reasonable amount of time. We went to swim and feed the pigs, then to swim with nurse sharks (which the guide also got in the water with us and help us take pics with the sharks), then we went to the Pablo Escobar plane wreck to snorkel with was incredible. Then we went to lunch (which if given the choice I'd opt to eat at the Staniel Yacht Club. They recommend we do a Bahamian buffet restaurant on the water but it wasn't very good). After, they took us to iguana beach and lastly to a grotto which was the highlight of our trip. You snorkel amongst all the beautiful coral and fish! Then it was time to return to the dock for our flight. We tipped our boat captain even though they didn't ask and we flew back to Ft Lauderdale. Everything from beginning to end was seamless and took the guesswork out of planning a phenomenal trip! The amount of stuff they pack into one day made it well worth the cost! We will be back to stay in their Villas next! If you stay at their properties, they take you to do other things not included in the day trip. If you're in the fence, BOOK IT

What an amazing trip we had traveling to and from Bimini on the Tropic Ocean seaplane!! We bought…read moreour trip the day before when weather unexpectedly cancelled our trip home from the Caribbean. It was so easy to book online and we found a coupon that made the trip 15% cheaper. It turns out it was cheaper than the ferry - which we didn't realize was down for maintenance anyway (Plus I get sea sick so sea plane was much preferred by me) The check in process was so easy peasy and they had such a nice area where we waited for our flight. We didn't have to get there very early like you need to when you fly commercial. They took our luggage and weighed it and then they loaded us all up in the sea plane. We had 2 pilots and 4 passengers on the flight and the flight was about 25 min. I'm not gonna lie I was nervous as we went down the runway in the tiny plane - but once we were up in the air it was sooo cool to fly under the clouds. And landing on the water was was of the coolest thing ever. Maybe only second to taking off on the water runway. Overall it was such an amazing experience and when I go back to Bimini (which I plan to do) I will take the Tropic Ocean Airways.

Bri and Chris were great and allowed helped calm my nerves. Hailey was there when I had to get things from my bags at least three times. They have a huge assortment of teas and coffee, slushees and popcorn. The bathrooms are clean as can be and stocked with all the toiletries you may need. I'm unsure about pricing to keep your Jets here in the hangar or fueling but for the experience I would highly recommend using this FBO.
