Why the driver didn't have a business card or had made sure my daughter had the right number before she and her group went into a club, I can't say. Language barrier could have played a part. But no business card? Regardless, I am called at 1:30AM by my frantic daughter because she can't reach the driver. I call the company... they're not online at that time of night, but eventually get back to me, but not timely enough. My daughter and her friends felt like they had no option but to take an Uber home. Serious letdown for the evening. So I paid $1200+ for a limo, plus an Uber. Very disappointing.

The driver was a nice guy, he was right on time. He helped get things set up in the back so that we were good to go and comfortable. The limo itself was close to perfect. The inbound pickup at the airport was on time, the driver was courteous and professional and texted me his status and he knew the area really well and the SUV was a newer model and clean. Initially, I was just going to grab an Uber back to the airport at the end of our trip since it's cheaper, but the private driver, setup and ease of working with Eric was so professional, it made me book the return too. Two weeks before my cruise, I emailed to confirm. Instead, they started a new reservation. I replied that they must've been confused. A rep then called and told me they had no record of my reservation. I explained I had a confirmation number and a charge on my credit card bill. The representative was completely rude and made it sound like it was my fault that she couldn't find the reservation. She told me she would keep looking. I explained that if they couldn't handle this process, it might be best if I cancelled and go with another company. She snapped back that she couldn't cancel if she couldn't find it. I told her I would file a dispute with the credit card company then, and she hung up on me (!). Ten minutes later, she called back and said that she'd found it and refunded. (We'll see...) They never seemed to want my business and I'm very confused on how they stay in business with an operation as clueless as this.
