I know it isn't any of the staff fault but felt VERY VERY overpriced. If you're in the position, definitely shop around before committing. But again, amazing staff, great clean work, very friendly.

This week we returned from out of state to find our fifteen+ year-old water heater leaking water. A late night phone to GL Plumbing, and THE NEXT morning at 9:00 they were here. I got a detailed explanation of what needed to be done, issues that needed correction, and an accurate price quote. Two hours later the installation was complete. The final cost matched the estimate to the penny, and we had hot water again. Can't recommend GL Plumbing too highly. Five STARS!!!!!!

They also took care of the work in my front yard and cleaned up afterward. I also appreciated that Brandon was straightforward with me and worked with me on the pricing. Because I have multiple chemical sensitivities it was very important to put in a pipe that would not cause me problems and also to properly flush out the water lines in my home and water tank. Nick went above and beyond along with his assistant Jimmie to make sure I was left with a home that was safe for me and I could continue living in. There are no words for the relief I feel about that and for how grateful I am for this blessing. The technicians were unable to finish the job on the scheduled date. They set a date they would come back to finish. That day came and no one showed up. No communication or notice. I had to call to find out what was going on. The office manager told me that they would not be coming that day to finish because they had scheduled another job for that day and that was taking priority. The earliest they could reschedule was another two days out. We never agreed to any change in schedule.Totally unacceptable! After the technician returned to finish, there was a small change in the scope of work that increased the price by around 10%. We agreed this was OK. We told the technician to have the invoice for the additional work emailed and we would pay it ASAP. We had already paid the original estimate for the whole job. The very next day we got a phone call from the office manager asking if we had received the invoice and had paid it. I replied we had not received it, send it again and we would pay it. The next day we get another phone call asking again about the invoice receipt and asking for payment. We replied we had received the invoice and it was scheduled to be paid by check immediately by our accounting dept. We were then told that this was not acceptable and that we were expected to pay upon demand. Considering the unprofessional treatment we had already experienced in having the job delayed, to be harrased for payment is absurd. We will never use this company again!
