Probably my favorite pan pizza option in existence. I was actually first introduced to Jet's in Cincinnati 10 years ago, and was shocked when I realized they exist in some of the Twin Cities suburbs too! It's greasy, crispy, cheesy perfection. Love jet pizza like the deep dish crispy crust, good amount of cheese and vegetable meat. Servers order online was fast. There's no dine in, but there's a seated area for you to wait for your pizza. Place a little cleaning and the waiting area but other than that, it was OK more of an order and pick up. read more

Someone at this location took it upon themselves to charge my card an $8 tip even though i tipped the driver in cash. Then when i come up to the location to get my receipt the young dude up front doesn't know what's going on and when he prints out my receipt it shows two different amounts than what was on the receipt in my email. Please do not order online with this company they are a bunch of thieves. If you chose to dine here go in and order and use cash if possible that way no way can double back to add an additional charge onto your card. I love the pizza here, but I can't give this location 5 stars because of an incident I witnessed the other day. While I was waiting to pick up a pizza, I saw one of the employees reach into a bin with his bare hands to pull out some lettuce and cut them up. Then another employee, also with his bare hands, put the cut-up lettuce into a sandwich and boxed it up, presumably for a customer. A few minutes later the second employee helped me at the register and had his hand on his chin and fingers touching his lips as he was searching for my order. Pizzas are *probably* ok since they go through the oven (I don't recall ever getting sick after eating a pizza from here), but don't ever order anything from here that doesn't get cooked. read more

Stopped here recently for pizza and boneless wings. The Detroit style crust was delicious and filling. The boneless wings were surprisingly my favorite part and seemed a cut above dominos, for example. My take out order was ready when I arrived, very promptly. Decent portions for the price. read more

I ordered my pizza at 7:50 pm and their online service said that it would be ready for pickup at 8:12 pm. So I got there at 8:10 to make sure it didn't get cold and I could pick up my pizza right when it was done cooking. (Also, side note, I used a coupon that said "1 large pizza and free Jet's sticks for $9.99." When I added the order online it came up to $13.95 [Only $0.96 being tax]. Please someone tell me how $13.95 is the same as $9.99. I didn't order a special pizza, I ordered one of their choices and the coupon had absolutely no specifications of what type of pizza I had to order. So, then I called the store and tried to order the same thing using the same exact coupon and the girl told me it would be $15.38, and she insisted that that was going to be the price even after I told her the online price.) Anyway, it is now 8:45, and I still don't have my pizza. Dear Jet's, Don't tell me to come pick up my pizza if it isn't going to be done for another half hour. The best part is the crunch. We did a pilgrimmage to the suburban only pizzeria because we wanted that deep dish that Rocky's and Pizza Hut never deliver on but Jet's always has. Jet's pizza is not Dominos, and that is good and bad. The good: Well it tastes way better for one thing. I also really appreciate that there is a variety of options from the type of pizza (love the Detroit deep dish style) to crust flavorings. My husband and our wing loving friends (meat on bones weirds me out, and yes I know where my food comes from) gives this place their wing vote over Doms too. I also like the fact that this seems to be a smaller more local "chain." I don't feel like I'm giving my money to some big machine. The bad: Their ordering service is a mess. Part of what keeps us going back to Dominos is the ease of ordering and the coupons they offer. When I went to order two medium pizzas from here it was $50! I quickly tried to find a coupon to use. Their deals section wasn't really clear how things worked. I clicked on a deal and it only applied after everything was done. I kept having to check what I needed to order in order to qualify for the deal. I almost gave up trying to order because their user interface was too confusing for me. Drove by this place multiple times.. stopped next door at LA delicious bread.. that was amazing. So we decided to also support this business. I put an order in right from the parking lot.. The phone was promptly picked up by a female or took my order. I was given a time of 20 to 30 minutes. While waiting in the parking lot, we noticed many people ordering and inhaling all their food in the cars. Twenty minutes in we walked in to pick up. We went home and unloaded the car, put the groceries away.. finally settled in to eat lunch. The first bite was crispy, crunchy, and savory! I saw so many bad reviews. Yes their prices are higher than all coupons. Higher than the website even. But it was a good pizza. Not sure if its worth it but it's pretty good. The sauce is robust.. I can even taste the oregano in the sauce! So there is good flavor and not just like other pizza chains where herbs are unknown. I would definitely go and try another type of pizza from them again. I am all about the crust and flavor.. if you are too.. go for the corner pizza. read more

I love the location, the food has always been good expect for yesterday, they put too much barbecue sauce on my pizza. The other thing I really have issues with is that I call in my orders every time, they always quote 15/20 minutes which is good however it always ends up being 30/40 minutes. I'm wondering why not give a more realistic time frame so that way people aren't standing because there really isn't a lot of seating. I wish they would realize the importance of being upfront with the customer. This is one of the only pizza places that I have been able to find that offers cauliflower crust, so it's sad that the sever ice isn't better. read more

I'm in love with their deep dish pizzas. I don't like a lot of crust on a pizza but this stuff is so good! They are very generous with sauce and toppings. Sometimes I'll ask them to draw me a picture or tell me a joke on the inside of the box and when aren't too busy they'll do it for me. It was prepared fast -- probably too fast. I arrived at the time it was supposed to be ready and it obviously had been ready for awhile and wasn't very fresh and hot. It was warmish and somewhat dried out. The toppings weren't evenly spaced and the pepperoni was curled up. I had to put it in the oven when I got home. The onions were diced -- I like bigger pieces. I wanted to like it but was somewhat disappointed. I wanted a salad too but after I ordered the pizza I wasn't able to select a salad on their website. But on the main page of the website it says there are salads available. It was just under $20 for a large 2 topping thin crust and Domino's and Pizza Hut is about the same. Pizza is really good. Especially the bbq chicken corner pizza. My only complaint is that the cauliflower pizza more than likely has flour in it. Diabetics and people with Celiac disease order cauliflower pizzas as safe foods so there should be a warning if there are grains or flours used in it. We bought it for our diabetic child that normally has blood sugars in the 70-90 range and up to 120 after meals. She spiked to 400 which has not happened since her diagnosis over a year ago. We had to give massive amounts of insulin for the next 14 hours to get her back to normal. read more

I walked in to order a pizza at about 8:30 and made sure I didn't come in close to closing time. It was apparent that me ordering a pizza was a serious inconvenience to the staff. I waited in my car as I didn't want to interrupt them. When I walked back in to get my order 20 minutes later, the gentleman asked me my name and looked for my pizza, then walked away. Another person came in asking for his pizza, which wasn't ready, then they finally gave me my pizza. I've never experienced this at this location. Very disappointed. read more

So happy to see a Jets open up on the east side of the cities, now we don't have as far of a drive to pick up one of our favorites! Ordered from this Maplewood location for the first time last night. Service was quick and friendly, and the 8 corners pizza was crispy, hot, and tasty as usual. My only criticism is that there seemed to be a little something missing. I suspect they used less turbo seasoning than we're used to on the turbo crust. Step that up and you have perfection! read more
