Have ordered twice - Pizza is just ok in my opinion. A bit on the expensive side so was expecting it to be better.

Website indicated my order would be ready at 6:55. I arrived early (6:50) & was told they were just waiting on my wings-no problem. At 7:07 I went back to the counter to see what the problem was & was told there was 6 minutes left on my wings and they take 10 minutes to cook. I did some quick math & said "so they got put in the oven 13 minutes AFTER I arrived?" The gentleman seemed upset that I wanted the wings removed from my order. Got my pizza home & it was barely warm. The pizza was quite good, but I won't be going back. Sad, because I miss my Buddy's pizza from Detroit. read more

What an absolute joke. We ordered our pizza for delivery and after two hours called to find out on it. They told us it was out for delivery and would see in 5-10 mins. 30 mins later we called back and they said it was "next pit the door". Now 3 hours after we placed our order. We called and it wa just coming out of the oven. Told by the manager "I've had 20 calls tonight. Not sure which is yours that's messed up". Always loved this pizza. Consistently hot, fresh and good. It's the closest to our house and we are trying to support local businesses. Twice now our delivery order has been over an hour late. Tonight it was the wrong pizza and it was late. Frustrating when you are trying to feed a very hungry family on a Monday night and it takes two hours and you are patient until you find out you got the wrong pizza. read more

What a joke! Here we go... I placed my ordered at 4:50 pm for my daughter's birthday...I specifically asked what the delivery time would be and was told that delivery would take 45 min. Perfect! 1.5 hours later, I called and asked if they were close...the agent who answered was clearly in the weeds and frazzled. I asked if delivery was a problem, If so, I would even come down and grab the pizza myself if needed as I was already in the car and headed that way. I was told that the delivey was going out the door that very minute. So back to the house I went to await delivery. 50 minutes later, still no pizza so I called again and asked for the manager - who told me..."we are very busy tonight and the order wasn't ready yet"...WHAT?!?! I said I was told 50 min ago that the order was out for delivery. That didn't happen... He continued to say that their delivery was running 2 hours now. How on earth should their current 2 hour time stamp be placed on my 4:50 pm order. Complete nonsense! I know they're new to town and have to obviously work out some MAJOR kinks but don't give me an excuse of "we are busy" and tell me the order left the building when it was in reality LOST or whatever. Needless to say, I told him to keep the pies and I would go elsewhere because I was done waiting for them. A sidenote - I did a walk-in order a few weeks ago which also took about an hour waiting in the lobby...the pizza was good, but definitely NOT worth the wait. My recommendation - find a different pie venue unless you have 2.5 hours to burn waiting for their delivery. read more

I liked Jet's Pizza over the years, but this location sucks. Rude, slow, won't honor coupons.....poor experience. Go to Antonio's instead.

Usually I would rate highly for Jet's deep dish pizza. Today, however, my 5 star rating is tarnished with a 1 star delivery and customer service. Apparently, they use UberEats for delivery which never came and never called to let us know they couldn't find the house...in the age of GPS. Lame. Upon calling, the Jet's manager passed the blame to UberEats and made no effort to satisfy the situation. read more

I ordered a pizza last night a little after 5, the estimated time of delivery was 6:54 which was a bit long but I thought, Okay, I'll wait. I've never had to wait this long for a pizza from Blackjack or Anthony's or really Anyone else in town. At 7:00 I called and was told my pizza was 15 minutes from coming out of the kitchen, I'm 10 minutes from them so I figured I'd at least have my ZZA by 7:30. 7:30 came and went and @ 7:45 I called again and was told my pizza was out for delivery. I waited for another 30 minutes and called again to talk to the manager to cancel my order and was told that she would call me back in 2 minutes....That never happened and my pizza finally showed up @ 8:30! This is BEYOND Ridiculous! No pizza is worth waiting for for 3.5 hours and I was lied to every time I called. The customer service was Horrible and I will NEVER order another pizza from this place again. Get a Clue! Your pizza is not that special. read more

AMAZING food! Their gluten-free pizza is better than most normal pizza, and their gluten-Ful pizza is that much better than the norm. Ensure that you receive the red sauce if you get cheese sticks; my absolutely only complaint is that we didn't get the sauce. Still, the cheese sticks without any sauce were still the best I've ever had. read more

When we first discovered this place we were ALL excited. 7 people well fed for around 50$.. yes please. First time, pizza was epic, we were all fighting over the last pieces and zero leftovers. Second time, still awesome, a few leftovers that were great for breakfast. Third and fourth and each time after, the pizza has been mediocre and gave everyone major tummy issues. Not sure if it's the fact it's gotten quite greasy or just that the quality has gotten much, much less since we first tried it. For the money, no longer worth it, which is sad because it was really nice game night food. read more

My husband placed an order at 5:09 pm tonight. When we called at 7:27 pm the order had not even gone into the oven, even though at 7 pm they told us it was in the oven. No one contacted us to inform us of any delays. Unforgivably bad customer service. read more

this place actually has decent food but whomever manages them must not have any regard for customers. A delivery order at 4:50pm said to deliver by 6:01 pm and at 6:30 we had to call and were told that they were busy and we should probably cancel. I'm a small business owner in CO and I would be so ashamed if this was my business. A call to say they are having issues, etc but nothing....just some poor kid with no skin the game having to take phone calls from would-be customers. I am so disappointed in Jet's pizza. Likened to Shannon H.'s comment on 11/20/21, I ordered 2 pizzas on Friday 11/19/21 at 5:30pm. I was told they had 1 driver and it would be an hour. By 7:30pm I still had not received my pizzas so I drove over to the location and there were several people waiting on their orders. The blonde girl working the register looked like she was either on drugs or very drunk and when I told her I wanted a refund she looked very confused. She told me my pizza was out for delivery and I told her that I did not want a pizza that had been sitting in someone's car for 2 hours. I was told that the manager would issue a refund so I left knowing I would have to follow up the next day. The pizzas finally showed up around 10pm and I refused them. On Saturday I went to the store and the Assistant Manager told me that only the Owner, Chris Falzone, can issue refunds and that he would be in between 3&4pm. I called at 4:30pm and was told Chris was not there and probably stuck in traffic. I called again at 5:40pm, still no owner and still no refund. I'm all about supporting local business but at this point Jet's and its owner, Chris Falzone, are crooks in my book and should not be supported. This is also the 2nd issue I have had with a business in the Hilltop area so I do not know what is going on up there but I will be taking my business elsewhere. read more

Pizza is really good. Love the 4-corners or 8-corners pizza, well done. But when order is placed by phone at 430pm with a 545pm pickup and it's still not ready by 615pm ... there's a problem. Will reconsider ordering from here again. read more

My family LOVES Jet's Pizza dating back to before we lived in Colorado, when Jet's first opened in Littleton, we would drive 45-60 minutes each way, just to get Jet's for dinner. When the Aurora store opened, of course we were ecstatic! The owner even approved deliveries to my work that is slightly out of the mile radius range because we order so frequently. I went to order from our local Jet's, but could not get an order to go through online or get a hold of the location when calling. I knew that the Parker location and the Aurora location were under the same owner, so I decided to call the other location to see what was up. The Parker location placed me on a brief hold and then came back and explained that they were having internet issues and could not access online orders/phone calls/ or run credit cards. He explained that if I had cash, he would take my order and get it to the closer location so they could deliver. I did not have enough cash on hand to order pizza and leave a good tip, so the PARKER location offered to deliver all the way to AURORA. I was in a bind just getting home from a family emergency the night before, no food in the house and I couldn't leave with my kids to go grab something else. I am so impressed at his dedication to help me out and I am beyond grateful that a company like Jet's treats their customers like this. read more

I have read several reviews and concur with every review that has a problem with delivery times and/pickup times. I gave up on delivery along time ago since it's is consistently up to an hour late. I've been doing pickup instead and I always leave at the time it's supposed to be ready because it has never been ready on time. So tonight I go to get my order and there are 20 people packed into their tight lobby. I'm standing around for about 20 minutes before anyone even approached the the long line of people. Everyone looks pissed and rightfully so. So I start asking people around me what the ETA was for their orders. Just about everyone there had ETAs 30-40 minutes before my time. The wait times were over an hour at which time meant I probably had another 40-50 minutes before my order was going to be ready. I walked out after getting a refund and then others followed the same process. "I want my money back." I will never go back and I'm quite sure others felt the same way. Plan on waiting if you go here. Much better pizza places in town anyway. Even if the food was five star (it isn't) this place is poorly managed. read more

This is the best pizza place in parker. In terms of taste and value it can not be beat. The service is wonderful, everyone who works there is so nice. And the food comes out very fast. I've been going to jets for 2 years almost 3 times a week for lunch and it is the best. If your looking for some good pizza and a good deal, definitely worth your time to try jets. read more

Love love love this pizza and sandwich. The bread and crust is delicious. The only reason I would not give this is 5 star is there is not an indoor place to eat. I was skeptical about this place after reading some of the reviews. Well I will say that the deep dish pizza looks like pizza hit and little Caesars. But I found it to be much tastier. The amount of toppings they put on the meat special is impressive. They were also very tasty. Easy to order on line too and was ready right when I requested it to be. This pizza is absolutely amazing! Not only the pizza, but the salads and triple cheese breadsticks are also awesome. The staff there is very friendly, always welcomes me when I come in and is always very nice when helping me. I have a monthly gathering and I get constant requests to have Jet's pizza at these gatherings. The management staff there is great! And I have never heard anything bad about the food or staff! Tried Jet's for first time after neighbor recommended. Did order on line at 3:30 for delivery at 5:30 pm. Driver showed up exactly at 5:30. Did the deep dish and it was delicious. Side of antipasto salad also delicious. I'll be ordering again. read more

Pizzas are very tiny compared to other pizza places. The flavor is good but not good enough for price and size. Delivery time is ridiculous.

Placed a pick up order an hour ahead of time. Staff unfriendly when I went to pay. I was informed one of my two pizzas couldn't be made because they didn't have the ingredients by teenage girl. I didn't really care for their pizza. The mushrooms and black olives are right out of a can. There was barely any sauce at all on the pizza. Those are deal killers for me. I ordered the Jet 10. The hand tossed crust was kind of thick but good and they do put a good amount of toppings overall. So overall wasn't bad but just not how I like my pizza. read more

At 7:00 we called looking for our pizzas, Peyton the manager said they were busy and order was leaving right then. 7:45 I called back and was told we were out of the delivery range so they had actually canceled our order, no call no nothing. when I called him on his lie from 45 minutes before he just said they were busy.
