What could improve? Making sure your patrons get the right order should help. I ordered, paid, and my husband went to pick it up. He gave my name and came home with the food. I was expecting 2 items but he only came home with 1. He asked me if I had paid through the app and I told him I did. He said he had to pay for it. When I looked at the receipt, it had a similar name. So I call the store and tell them I'm coming back with Joanne's pizza, I want the charge removed from the card and I would like my order remade. I get there and Joanne is patiently waiting for her pizza. I gave her the pizza I had in my hand. I went to the counter and asked for the manager. A young man named Akari comes to the counter, gives no apology, refunds the incorrect charge, tells me my order will be ready soon and walks away. No apology, no offer of a coupon or voucher for my inconvenience and waste of gas. I asked the young ladies at the register if the store had a card for the owner or some other way to contact someone above Akari. She said she didn't know where a card would be. I asked her the name of Akari's boss and she said she didn't know. Ok, who owns the store? She doesn't know. At this point another young man asks for my number so Akari can call the boss and he will get back to me instantly. (As I write this, there has been no phone call) I waited just a little longer, got the pizzas and went home. This is not my first fiasco with this particular store. But it will be my last. I will go to Brooklyn Pizza in Weddington from now on. They can read my name just fine and I always get what I have ordered. read more

OK we've tried every pizza joint in the Mecklenburg and Union County area - around Mint Hill, Matthews, Indian Trail. Still cannot find any place better than Jets. I absolutely love their thin crust, turbo crust pizzas. The deep dish, turbo crust pizzas. My daughter raves about the gluten-free crust. They have cauliflower and yes, an actual gluten-free crust. However, the customer service? For me - has just been stellar. Sun Valley / Indian Trail Location. I went tonight and I asked them to please make a turbo crust, thin crust cheese pizza, but don't cut slices. I ran over to Publix in Sun Valley and came back and the manager said - I'm really sorry they cut the pizza. Give me nine minutes and I will have a fresh pizza the way you asked. I told him no no don't worry about it it's OK. He said nope, you asked for uncut you're going to get uncut. Just greatly appreciate the customer service. He didn't have to do that! I highly recommend these folks. This is jets pizza in Sun Valley by Publix. Never ever had a bad meal. And by the way? I've even tried the popcorn chicken, which was fairly new and it was excellent. We really enjoyed the calzone though, I think they call it something else. This is not to take away from the old mom and pop pizza joints - but I don't do real thick dough anymore so this is truly truly amazing for us. I placed an online order and when I got there they had messed up the topping on one of my pizza's but that had already re-fired. So I got 3 pizza's not just the two I ordered!! Currently working in Monroe I recently stumbled upon Jet's Pizza. The first thing I noticed the store was well kelp and the service fast and friendly. I've tried four different types of their Detroit style deep dish slices, all of which were delicious. I think the caramelized crust is what sets it apart from others. My favorite slice would be the buffalo ranch chicken "garlic crust" with a little extra buffalo sauce added. All their slices have been very good but that's the one that will keep me comming back. read more

We ordered Jet's Pizza for the first time tonight. I placed the order online for pickup. Ordering process was great, no issues. Pickup was easy and on time. Very pleasant employees. Most importantly, we thought the pizza was great! We ordered the large Hand Tossed Round and got it half and half. The order was correct, the toppings were fresh and plentiful, the taste was great.! Best Pizza I have had in NC. It is slightly different style than NY style, but, I love the Detroit style, with crispy edges crust. came into the store paid for my food gave the young girl at the counter my order. it was 18.64. I gave her 20.62. I told her I would get two pennies out of the car. she said ok. I come back and she did not put in my order. she claims that I did not give her the money. the manager comes in and pulls the cameras. the cameras skip and shows me pulling out the 20 dollar bill and then going into my change purse and giving her 62 cents. then me walking off. Finally Hot Pizza Delivered! We anxiously awaited the opening of Jet's Pizza in Indian Trail. It did not disappoint! After a few years of only having Papa Johns as a delivery option, we were used to getting pizza cold, 1 hour + delivery times and forgotten/mixed up orders. Tonight we ordered from Jet's for the first time. The app was easy to navigate. It allows for multiple coupon specials "hot deals" to be applied to one order. We received our order in 40 minutes. It was piping hot. Such a refreshing difference! The deep dish pizza with garlic crust were really great. We loved the wings and cheese bread too. Mediocre pizza at best with a exorbitant price tag added the large is equivalent to a small. I paid $52 for basically 2 small pizzas and a salad. Literally a small must be 2 slices. Doubt I will order again. read more

Our favorite is the Detroit 4-corner. The staff is friendly and the service is good. One comment for them to fix, don't let your delivery drivers park in the spaces reserved for customers. Doesn't bode well and takes away from your otherwise exceptional service. read more

Ordered takeout 2medium pizzas. Have had Jets before and raved about it. Not this time. Neither pizza has any sauce and instead of that crunchy bread crust it was regular hand toss. One of the orders was barbecue chicken. It didn't have sauce just like a chili powder type additive. NOT GOOD. And the other was the same crust and very disappointing. $40.00 total. Disappointing! I was indifferent when I found out that Jet's was opening a location nearby home. I was never a big fan of the pizza chain. However!...thanks Jet's for getting me in the door after receiving your promo for the new location. I had no idea there was a "Detroit style" pizza and I had no idea how much I would love it!! Excellent pizza, I bought on indian trail branch, the large "Detroit-style deep dish", bake well done with extra cheese and light sauce before I always bought the "Sicilian" in brooklyn pizza on Weddington branch, until I tried jet pizza, the difference is that "Sicilian from Brooklyn Pizza" is good while it is hot, but the "Detroit-style deep dish from jet's pizza" is good hot or cold. Great pizza but the delivery service can be scary. Here is a condensed version of what happened to me tonight. I try not to bash local businesses but this is to make people aware of what transpired this afternoon/evening. I want to preface this by saying that I think Jet's Pizza is some of the best pizza available in the area. After a long rainy Monday, we decided we would do something simple for dinner, so I placed an online order for Jet's Pizza at 4:37pm knowing that it normally takes 45-60 minutes to get it with traffic. I paid for this using a credit card and got a message from Jet's saying that our order would be delivered by 5:30pm. It also states that the credit card you used to pay would be required for verification of the delivery. Since the last time we ordered from Jet's I was asked for the card I didn't think much of it. At 5:45pm, no delivery. I called the store and was told it was delivered, when I questioned the fact that it was not delivered, I asked the assistant manager to ask the driver what was parked in the driveway. She called him, and I was told it was dark and he couldn't see any cars. I knew right then that he was wrong. We have plenty of motion lights, and a lighted porch so it would of been easy for him to tell what was in the driveway. The assistant manager then told me that he had a signed credit card receipt. I told her it was a forgery and that I never signed the receipt. I asked her if the driver got verification of the credit card when he delivered the pizza (Jet's Pizza policy on the website), she told me that they don't do that. To make a long story short, after a long conversation she offered to remake the order and send it. I turned this down, I asked who was the franchise owner, and she told me that it was a corporate store, but when I emailed the corporate office the reply said all locations are franchised. I then asked for her to have the manager call me. She explained he was off, I messaged Eric Martin and he replied. He was very courteous, but did tell me that this isn't the first time this has happened. If you are going to order from Jet's, either pay cash when they deliver, or go pick up. The unfortunate part of this is that we were going to give the driver a $10 tip for a $30 order since it was so crappy out. Although this is what I think is great pizza, I definitely will never use the delivery service again. Be careful!! read more

I placed an order online for pick up at 7:51pm and chose the Ready ASAP 15-25 minutes option I arrived at the place at 8:07pm and the teen at the counter told me my order was actually just coming out of the oven. Really? Wow that's great! Did this really happen? Sadly no it did not. We sat down and waited for our order while the young lady at the counter studied a desk calendar to figure out which days she could ask to take off. So when 8:35 rolled around, I was wondering what the heck had happened to our "just coming out of the oven" food. The young lady could not find our order. She called for someone to help her. Our food was finally found right behind behind her in a heated container. Not a good start for a first time customer. We took our order home only to find it incorrect and one pizza tasted kind of old and stiff since it had been sitting in a box for more than 40 minutes if you included drive time. Once reheated, it was fine, but I should not have had to do that. I will go back because we did enjoy the food even though we had to pick pepperoni off of one entire pizza. But I will be checking sooner on my food and will open the boxes to make sure it's right. Hopefully on my next visit the young lady will have the day off she spent so long trying to get, and my experience will be better. read more

He explained the challenges he had that night at his company with a short staff and has given me a credit to try this again. I greatly appreciate his offer and am looking forward to that Jet's pizza that will be amazing as I have always heard. I'll post my rating at a later date. read more
