I went to the location myself and asked to speak with the manager, who was already working to resolve the issue when I arrived. She offered to remake the order and refund me for the trouble, which was beyond generous. Everything was exactly as ordered on the remake. I highly recommend this location, but I'd say opt for pickup instead. Funny (not so funny) tidbit: After the manager loaded the new order into my vehicle, the delivery driver pulled up with the missing food . My sister loved the chicken salad, my mom just ate most of the filling of the pot pie, I was not a fan of the casserole (one note, no veggies and everything was mushy except the "herb" bread crumbs on top). Next time I will stick to tea and the lovely finger sandwiches and room for the lovely desserts from the bake shop.
