There are a lot of pizza places in Marquette, but Jet's is always our family's choice. Crust is amazing and toppings are always fresh and plentiful. Vegetarian options for my daughter as well. Service is always fast even during peak hours. Predicted times for pickup are always spot on. read more

We always order from Jets when in town and staying at the nearby Holiday Inn. The 8 corner pizza is always delicious and fresh tasting, cheesy and delivered pretty fast right to our room. I like the mushroom topping. The staff is friendly and brings us plenty of plates, napkins and silverware knowing we are staying at a hotel. Stopped for the night in Marquette late and needed food, Jets delivered to our hotel door and wow was I pleasantly surprised! Their ranch dressing is the best ever by the way, but the wings were excellent and thin crust veggie pizza. My husband got a calzone for $6.99 and it was HUGE! Today Jets gets only 1 star... This is my go to place for pizza and we order often for the kids... typically it's perfect! The kids working are awesome and tonight was definitely an exception to the usual service! On a typical night it's 4-5 star rating! I ordered 1 Lg thin, 1 MEDIUM specialty THIN (which apparently doesn't exist) and a medium hand toss... I was surprised when I got home and the specialty was a Hand tossed instead of thin... When I called the kid said " well, you ordered a medium specialty and specialty pizzas don't come thin crust in a medium soooooo...ummmmm...???". I always tip even though I pick up my own order and was disappointed that they didn't offer a solution or offer me a chance to bring it back for a size larger and I would gladly pay the difference... Its just too bad they didn't tell me that BEFORE I completed my order as I would have just gone up a size and sent leftovers home with our guest... Instead they decided to just make it a hand toss in place of thin crust (which 2 of the 3 people eating it can't have due to carb restrictions for medical reasons) and now I have to come up with different dinner plan on the fly. So... Just FYI specialty pizzas do not come in thin crust medium... And, depending on who you talk to they may or may not tell you. read more

Jets's Pizza is probably my most favorite pizza in the area.. I have always been happily surprised and satisfied with my orders. Until,, Phil, so I ordered my usual which is usually two veggie boats add ham and salami. That seem to be too hard of an issue for this guy, when I got them they were full of veggies not, they were full of lettuce and tomato and some provolone melted to the side of one of the sides I didn't even see any meat. When I called them and tried to explain the error of their ways I got a hold of Phil, who proceeded to tell me he was the one that made them and there was meat in them. So I searched through the boat until I got to the bottom where there was one piece of salami and one piece of ham. Made me really sad. Phil get your shit together buddy.. I paid $38 for two of those and you left me hangin ..every other time the food and the service have been what I've come to expect. I've been getting Jet's pizza about once a month for almost 2 years from the same place. I've been gets Jet's from wherever for about 7 years. It's has been by far my favorite franchise pizza. Only thing I'd ever hold against them is they can be somewhat inconsistent as far as sauce is concerned not that there's ever been too little but I've gotten a couple soupy pizzas over the years. These 1 star reviews are obviously by idiots who didn't read the damn menu which they should of because they give you a new one every time you order a pizza. I would dare to to say Jet's is the best franchise pizza in Michigan. read more
