Jet's is by far the best chain pizza we have in Kalamazoo. A couple issues over the years but overall a really great pizza. The ranch is amazing as well! read more

We keep coming back for their pizza deep BLT and their cinnamon sticks (our favorite). We recently decided to try their cauliflower BLT and their boneless chicken wing, so i wanted to add a review to this branch on Gull rd. Its located in a small plaza north side of Gull rd. They looked short staffed but they followed through with their 20minute promise. They took a minute to ask about how my day is going and it was a delightful exchange, and much appreciated in these unprecedented time. The food came out as good as I expected (nice and warm), and they made sure to let me know they havent forgotten to add my sauces. The food: The cauliflower pizza didnt have any weird chemically taste, like some other pizza's would, instead it tasted almost as good as their regular pizza (except the cauliflower is not a deep dish). The toppings blended very nicely with the cheesy taste on the crispy crust. We ordered our chicken wing plain with sides of ranch and BBQ. It wasnt anything i would comeback for, but i'm glad i got to try it to know. Overall 5 Food 5 Service 5 Quality and quickness 5 read more

Ordered at lunch today and was told it would be a 45 minute wait. 20 minutes later, TJ was standing at my door with a smile and hot pizza! I am always happy with the service and quality of food that comes from this location. read more

Love love Detroit style pizza. The Hawaiian with the Romano crust was hot and crunchy crust even through Door Dash. Will have this again!

Quality has gone down, the pizza was average but the cheese bread was hard. Disappointed

Great service and personal. All pizzas and sandwiches were spectacular. Better to pick up than wait for delivery, due to being soo popular.

Excellent pizza and fast delivery. I usually don't order out for pizza specifically because I'm not a big fan of it, but I'm glad I did it was really good. read more

Yummmmmm! Deep dish Hawaian is our order-extra crispy. Try it, it's a memorable experience

i have always had great pizza from here. Until this evening, I picked up my pizza and got it home only to realize that it was not correct. I called the store to let them know and was hung up on twice, after waiting to talk with a manager named MIA, for over 30 minute. When I called back the third time, a girl named Lauren answered the phone and told me the manager was to busy to take my call and I would have to call back before close or I was out of luck on getting my order fixed. Apparently they have enough business that they need to worry about customer service. Such a shame. read more

Good pizza, fast service. However the staff should wear hearing protection as it is very loud in there.

we have ordered pizza from jets over 15 times over the past year2020! their crusts are excellent they are not stingy on toppings and their flavor profile is spot-on! their subs do resemble the nyc subs. i recommend them without hesitation! read more

Got a fingernail in our pizza from this jets! Called and the manager said, "yeah, we have a few nail bitters here." That was it! GROSS! Disgusting! Don't eat here! read more

Excellent pizza! Excellent customer service! Always fresh and delicious! Had a mix up on order a couple weeks ago and the manager credited me $20 on my next order! Very pleased and happy they care about their customers to keep them coming back! read more

I realized that the pizza would show up late due to the blizzard. But wow it's a piece of flavorless shoe leather. We ordered garlic crust and no flavor at all. Terrible experience. read more

Been ordering Jet's since they opened back in the early 2000's. If you're looking for that classic Detroit deep dish pizza, it's the place to get it. I really like the thin crust but honestly, their ranch is where its at! (You can get it in a bottle too!) read more

I've been pleasantly surprised by how much I like jet's pizza. Their deep dish reminds me of Little Caesers back when it really was Pizza! Pizza!. Anyways, I order a small deep dish with no sauce, double pineapple, bacon with cheese on the top. Simple for me but most places screw it up. Either put sauce on it or the cheese on the bottom or something... Jets never screws it up! And its yummy, mmmm, pizza.... Also, my boyfriend gets the jets "10" and is always happy. We also love their greek salad, with pickled beets (love those!). Overall, we always enjoy it :) read more

The female manager is the rudest most uniformed manager I've ever spoke to at a carry out. I just moved here so I don't know the history of north Burdick st but the other location delivered after dark and said sorry but gull road is closer so next time please order through them I said ok thanks they were nice about it. Well Gull rd won't do nothin for me after dark and I was told managers rule not corporate. Today during lunch I call and they say please hold while I see if we deliver there and I said ok she come back and say we don't goodbye. I said wait can I speak to a manager please and she says I am the manager. So if she's the manager why was I on hold to wait and see if they deliver here the manager should know that especially when they tell the rest of the workers don't deliver to anyone on N Burdick after dark??? Never Again read more

Jets is a good mid-week pizza parlor chain that has always performed well for us. We live across Gull and so we've only ordered pickup, the fee for delivery, for us, is a waste. My favorite pizzas as the eight corner and the New York (inspired) Bold Fold. You should get Turbo Crust and they will split the pizza in half for people with topping preferences and they don't nab you on extended service fee malarkey. read more

This place delivered earlier than promised and the food was anything less but delicious. I got the thin crust pizza and it was heavenly. Customer service is great read more

Good Pizza. Fast Delivery. Love their crust!

CRAPTASTIC experience. I placed a simply order; thin crust chicken parm pizza. Was quoted 45 minutes for delivery; had to call about status after 75 minutes. Was told that they were busy and should not have been quoted that time (despite the fact that I was talking to the very same person). Pizza arrived, cold, and one-third folded over in the box. When I showed it to the delivery "dude", he simply asked whether I wanted to order another pizza. It's bad enough to receive poor food and service; their attitude was even worse. I know that expectations for delivery pizza should be low, but at least try to give the impression that you give a care... read more

The deep dish 8 corner is my favorite pizza in the area. I've never had a bad one. They are high production, so the service is swift and frank, but I didn't go there for conversation. read more

Jet's Pizza Fail, ordered pizza online tonight. Went to pick up at 6:45pm as the website said and the store was closed and lights off. So no pizza and out almost $40. Website and Google say you are open but that is incorrect, obviously your cc processor is open for business though. Beware of holiday ordering. read more

Thank you Jet's for the generous portion of toppings (large pieces too!) and excellent crust (turbo) served on my promptly delivered, steaming hot pizza. A small, two topping pizza would easily feed two people. read more

I ordered a pizza, waited an hour and when I called to check on its status, and was told the delivery guy was on the way. I waited another 20 mins and still no pizza. My aunt called and was told that there was no order placed. I was both pissed and offended that I was lied to about the status of my delivery. In other words... fuck you. I take my pizza seriously. read more

I order Jets to go and ran in to grab it real quick. I was taking it across town and when I got home I realized that the pizza I ordered was mistaken for the individual slice tray that they serve single pieces from. I called obviously not too pleased with not having a pizza I paid for and they were really great about trying to make it right. They asked if I wanted them to bring me my pizza (even though it was out of the normal delivery range) or if I wanted a free pizza next time. We ordered other food too so we decided to get a free pizza next time and they even stopped the payment of the rest of the order. I understand that mistakes happen and I truly appreciate it when people go out of their way to make things right. read more

I liked Jet's until now, but this is a bad location or I just had a bad isolated experience. They messed up the toppings on my order then hurried too much to remake my pizza. The ham was burned, partly black and dry as if it was re-used from the first pizza. Parts of the cheese were black too, and part of the bottom of the crust. And I think they turned up the heat. It took a lot less time to make the second pizza. The edges were burned, the cheese was burned. I was really hungry so I wolfed down a few slices, but was unhappy with it. When I took it back they said it wasn't burned and I ate too much of it. They said they don't have a money back policy. Also they didn't offer any kind of discount for the first messed up pizza. At least the employees were somewhat polite, even though they wouldn't budge on a discount or money back. I assume it's a policy from above and not these employees' fault that they can't give a refund. I won't be going back to Jet's. Update- After writing the local franchise owner he did mail me a check for the cost of the pizza. read more
