In a previous order, I contacted the company via email because I hadn't seen any onions in the salad. The manager responded quickly by sending me clips of their security cameras showing the cook chopping onions and adding them to the salad. I admit there were onions in the salad after stirring it up, but they didn't seem more than the usual amount in a normal salad. It's laughable that the manager took the time to review security footage instead of just refunding the $1.00 charge and saying from now on, that fee will be added. Against my better judgment, I kept ordering, but tonight, I was charged again for the packet of mayo. I spend at least $25 a week there, often more, and these two instances leave such a bad taste in my mouth. While companies are free to charge whatever they want, frivolous charges like these really hurt the relationship for me. Tonight was the final straw with the $.86 mayo charge. I understand that maybe their business is struggling in this economy and maybe they need the money, but I hope it was worth losing so much more.
