Always have liked Jets pizza but the prices keep going up and the pizzas keep getting smaller....

Tried to order an Aloha BBQ chicken pizza per the mailed-out ad. Employee said the price only applied to the popcorn version. That's not what the ad says. How about training your employees? You lost a sale and maybe a customer of 20 yrs. Pizza is usually excellent. read more

my dad wanted jets for his birthday so we placed a big order and went and picked it up. when he got home he realized his wallet was missing. like anyone would do we called jets immediately and asked if anyone turned it in. they unfortunately said no so my dad asked if they could look in the lobby and by the front door. they put him on hold then came back and said "my manager won't let me look" I understand they we're busy but it would have taken 2seconds considering the place isn't even that big. will never go back. my dad works hard for what he has and was devastated when he fo out his wallet was missing so now we're making a trip back there and hopefully find it will never order from here again. In town for the weekend tapped into Jets ordered a veggie, a meat lovers, and the ultimate pepperoni. I thought the pizza was solid. If you like a little thick crust then this is a good stop. Worst pizza and customer service I have had . No time given when the pizza would be ready. Yet I came 20 minutes later and my pizza was dead cold. The older lady cashier handling cash and food without washing hands or gloves . Stated it was probably cold because it was on the counter. Wonderful location. The staff is friendly and helpful. The prices are standard Jets, fair for what you get. Everything we ordered was perfect; ham sandwich, bbq chicken sandwich, Greek salad, and cinnamon stix. Couldn't have asked for anything to have been done differently, it was all perfect. read more

Pizza is always wonderful and I've been having it delivered for them past two years. However, the last three times that I've ordered, the delivery driver hasn't been able to find my home as it tucked away in a corner. I will agree that the address is difficult to find but HELLO! That is your job as a business that offers delivery, be able to find the address! I am tired of getting cold pizza because your drivers can't find the address! I had a horrible experience with a delivery driver that got angry with me, screaming at me because he couldn't follow directions. I ended up telling them to send it back because I was uncomfortable eating it. Didn't know what that guy would do to it after what he said. They need to seriously think about disciplinary action for that employee but they know who it is. Otherwise the experience was saved with a wonderful salad, thoughtful and understanding customer service from Manager Ryan. He made my day with the way he handled the situation. I wasn't comfortable eating there that day with that employee after what he had said to me but I did have a new salad delivered the next day and it was great. If it weren't for Ryan, this would not be a 3 star experience, it would've been 0. I don't want to punish the whole company just because of one bad employee, especially after such a comeback. read more

Had to find another Jets because this one takes an hour and a half to deliver a mile away.

I called and asked about the specials. They said I could get a small salad, medium pizza and bread sticks for $16.99. I asked if I could pay the up cost for a medium salad? Yes, she said. I said okay, perfect. Next I was there at curbside and I was brought my order except the bread sticks. She said that isn't the special and your receipt doesn't say that. I explained the convo that I had with another girl. She gave me an attitude and said I will ask the boss. She came back out and he said he could give me what I requested with a small salad. I feel since I was to something different by their staff he should have made an exception. Where is the good customer service? However, the food was great. read more

I love jet's pizza but this location is terrible! It always takes a full hour to get pizza which is barely luke-warm. This time I ordered a BLT with no bacon on half and it came with just cheese on half! Why would I pay $22 for a specialty pizza if what I wanted was cheese bread?! We called and they sent out a replacement after another full hour and again luke-warm. Never again! read more

The food is usually good but they always seem to forget my sauces/garlic cup. Especially when I pay extra for them.

I ordered online and then went to go pick it up at the time and got there and had to wait in a massive line that took 20+ minutes just to pick up my food. You'd think that a pizza place would have the system figured out by now and have two separate lines for people ordering and people picking up food. They have also messed up my order on more than one occasion. Thankfully I check before I leave but they've had to remake it while I've waited. Why do I keep going back? If it was my choice, I wouldn't, but whenever we have company they want pizza from Jets and that's the closet one. read more

Ate here with a friend and we ordered the meat lovers pizza and some boneless wings. The price looked like it'd be quite pricey, maybe $30+ for everything we were ordering, but the total came out to be around $21. This was for the boneless honey BBQ wings, Medium Meat Lovers Pizza, and two sodas. Great price and the food was absolutely delicious. The wings were boneless and extremely saucy, but Jets forgot to give us a fork to eat them with. Regardless, it was delicious, quick, and definitely worth the price. read more

Never have I seen so many people in one location not understand English, I had to explain 5 times on the phone that I just want bbq chicken on the pizza nothing else and I get home and it has everything on it, then I provide to call the store and get harrested by the employees telling me wrong, I procide to make my way to the store and have to explain my self another 5 Times until finally when I asked to talk to their supervisor they started to comply and give me my pizza, this is the worst food service I have ever seen and I would only come to this location if you would like to be harassed! read more

Ok I ordered a pizza on 9-28-18 at 640 pm and didn't receive it until 825 pm that is unacceptable and when the pizza got to my house it wasn't hot it was almost like it sat for 1 1/2 and they said on the phone they were very busy but that doesn't mean almost 2 hours for a pizza to get delivered mind you I live 6 mins away from there on gps and they should have more drivers if they can't make the times they provide and I ordered online it said 30 to 40 min that to me is very bad service when I called and talked to the assistant manager he said call me back if the pizza is cold or anything I was thinking for what so I can wait another 2 hours for somthing warm to eat what a joke need better staff and management of busy hours you are jets pizza not ma and pa pizza chain read more

Well what can i say? Had this pizza twice in the last 10yrs. Not my first choice in pizza, it ranks just below last. Pizza has a weird film on it and the dough/sauce is horrible.
