my dad wanted jets for his birthday so we placed a big order and went and picked it up. when he got home he realized his wallet was missing. like anyone would do we called jets immediately and asked if anyone turned it in. they unfortunately said no so my dad asked if they could look in the lobby and by the front door. they put him on hold then came back and said "my manager won't let me look" I understand they we're busy but it would have taken 2seconds considering the place isn't even that big. will never go back. my dad works hard for what he has and was devastated when he fo out his wallet was missing so now we're making a trip back there and hopefully find it will never order from here again. Worst pizza and customer service I have had . No time given when the pizza would be ready. Yet I came 20 minutes later and my pizza was dead cold. Wonderful location. The staff is friendly and helpful. The prices are standard Jets, fair for what you get. However, the last three times that I've ordered, the delivery driver hasn't been able to find my home as it tucked away in a corner. I will agree that the address is difficult to find but HELLO! I had a horrible experience with a delivery driver that got angry with me, screaming at me because he couldn't follow directions. I ended up telling them to send it back because I was uncomfortable eating it. Didn't know what that guy would do to it after what he said. They need to seriously think about disciplinary action for that employee but they know who it is. Otherwise the experience was saved with a wonderful salad, thoughtful and understanding customer service from Manager Ryan. He made my day with the way he handled the situation. I wasn't comfortable eating there that day with that employee after what he had said to me but I did have a new salad delivered the next day and it was great. If it weren't for Ryan, this would not be a 3 star experience, it would've been 0. I don't want to punish the whole company just because of one bad employee, especially after such a comeback. read more

I called and asked about the specials. They said I could get a small salad, medium pizza and bread sticks for $16.99. I asked if I could pay the up cost for a medium salad? Yes, she said. I said okay, perfect. Next I was there at curbside and I was brought my order except the bread sticks. She said that isn't the special and your receipt doesn't say that. I explained the convo that I had with another girl. She gave me an attitude and said I will ask the boss. She came back out and he said he could give me what I requested with a small salad. I love jet's pizza but this location is terrible! It always takes a full hour to get pizza which is barely luke-warm. This time I ordered a BLT with no bacon on half and it came with just cheese on half! Why would I pay $22 for a specialty pizza if what I wanted was cheese bread?! I ordered online and then went to go pick it up at the time and got there and had to wait in a massive line that took 20+ minutes just to pick up my food. You'd think that a pizza place would have the system figured out by now and have two separate lines for people ordering and people picking up food. They have also messed up my order on more than one occasion. Thankfully I check before I leave but they've had to remake it while I've waited. Why do I keep going back? If it was my choice, I wouldn't, but whenever we have company they want pizza from Jets and that's the closet one. read more

The price looked like it'd be quite pricey, maybe $30+ for everything we were ordering, but the total came out to be around $21. This was for the boneless honey BBQ wings, Medium Meat Lovers Pizza, and two sodas. Great price and the food was absolutely delicious. The wings were boneless and extremely saucy, but Jets forgot to give us a fork to eat them with. Regardless, it was delicious, quick, and definitely worth the price. read more
