I finally got around to trying Jets and my life has been changed for the better. Why didn't anyone tell me I was missing out. The time I went they were under the you can't drink the soda from the machine because of the water but the employee was able to give us bottled drinks with our combos instead. The customer service is great. She was super friendly and helpful. We ordered the Buffalo chicken wings, a pepperoni pizza and a cheese pizza combo. The order took about fifteen to make. Let me start my saying their pizza slices are pretty big. I almost ordered the four corners and that would have been way too much. The pizza was hot and fresh. Super cheesy and the right amount of sauce. It was so amazing to have the last bite of the pizza have their crust which just adds to the flavor. The Buffalo wings were a decent size. They were definitely super saucy. But honestly they have the best ranch I have ever had in my life. Yes, I said the ranch was phenomenal. Yes, their pizzas are being effected by coronavirus pandemic. I ordered extra pepperoni, actually got duped. Just a few slices of pepperoni on each slice of pizza as well as a maybe one jalapeño. If you are trying to save ingredients don't offer the option and charge extra to then rob the customer. I ordered three garlic butter sauces, totaled to $2.55 not including tax, didn't get a single one! I use the garlic sauce for other recipes at home because my husband loves the taste of the garlic butter sauce they offer. Jet's is my favorite of the chain/delivery places. Let me start with a tip.... Jet's is known for their Detroit style deep dish pizza. That is what you want to get. They do have hand tossed and New York style, and they are ok, but they are no where near as good as the deep dish. The hand tossed crust has a mildly sweet taste for some reason. The deep dish with light Cajun and butter crust is perfect for me. My pizzas have always had plenty of cheese and toppings unlike the other delivery places. I love Jet's. read more

He went out of his way in too many ways to mention to ensure that I had a fantastic customer experience. The pizza was the best I've ever tasted. I was a loyal customer since this location opened in my neighborhood. Unfortunately some purple haired cashier cursed at me when I questioned being totally overcharged for the same pizza i ordered all the time. I refused to pay $30 for a pizza that was supposed to be $21 and some change. I did not curse at this person at all, simply questioned why the SAME pizza I always get is so expensive. THIS LOCATION CAN GO TO HELL. Period. I have driven to the Germantown Parkway for over a year now since this incident. No, it is not convenient but I refuse to ever give this location another dime. I also reported it to their corporate website the night that it happened, but there was never any follow-up about the incident. I still love Jets pizza but not this location. Yea, I'm still pissed off that I have to drive out of my way for some stupid $&!!&. If I would have cursed her ass right back out then they would blame me. There was some good and some bad, so I think three stars is an average. I ordered a large handtossed pepperoni and the triple cheese cheese sticks with bacon added. I bought enough to take home afterwards. Friend ordered the two slice lunch special. The good: I liked the cheese a lot. I also liked the pepperoni. The prepackaged bacon bits were also good. The restaurant and bathrooms are clean. I really like the tiles on the floor and the walls. The bad: The pizza tasted sweet like it had sugar in the sauce or maybe the dough. Weird. The sauce for cheese sticks was flavorless. What they call a slice for the two slice lunch deal is about the size of a piece of wonder bread. It was really just snack size and he ended up eating some of my pizza. There are other restaurants where it's hard to finish two slices. This was a joke. His pizza was pre cooked, old and cold. He got it immediately. The pizza is oily. Even the handtossed. Could be from cheese, pepperoni, or cooking pan. Probably all of the above. There is a tv hanging from the wall that will guarantee even a short person will hit his head on the way to the bathroom. Stupid. The receipt made it impossible to tell whether I was charged full price or coupon price for my pizza. I had to verify the prices were correct with a calculator. Also,I didn't get the receipt when I paid, only when the pizza was ready. There are no cheese and pepper shakers anywhere. You have to ask for the packets. This is just plain stupid for a dine in restaurant. There were no plates for us to eat on. We had to use napkins and coupon books as if they were plates, rather than both of us eating out of the same box the rest of the food was in. There was no service. They cannot even walk into the dining room without walking around the kitchen and hitting their head on the damn tv, so they don't take care of you while you're dining in. Finally, the price ( even at the coupon price) was excessive. Anyway, that's my opinion. Ben Franklin had a method where he would list the pros and cons of a situation to help decide which outweighs the other. My review looks like the bad outweighs the good, so I'm going down to two stars. Thank you Ben!! I do want to try the sandwiches. I will write a separate review for that. I'm done with the pizza. My husband brought home some Jets Pizza. I was not impressed. I love pizza and was unable to have much for months due to having gestational diabetes with my daughter. Now that I am able to have it I crave it. My husband brought home pepperoni pizza and cheese sticks with bacon. The sauce on the pizza was too sweet and overpowered the cheese and pepperoni. The cheese sticks needed more cheese and the sauce for them was very bland. I don't want Jets pizza again. read more

By far Jets Pizza is the best chain pizza in Memphis. I really enjoy the deep dish 8 corner pizza. Basically it's two pizzas cooked separately but the bonus is in the crust, if you can call it that. They put cheese all the way to the edge and it gets singed against the pan for an awesome burnt cheese crust. Highly recommend! read more

It had no pizza sauce that we could find or taste and there was very little flavor. Most other pizza places at lease give some peperoncini peppers. They have Jets all over the Detroit area, and I've only ever had their deep dish so I can't comment on the traditional round.
