I called in and couldn't even place my order. The woman that answered the phone was distracted and flirting with a male coworker. You could hear him in the background and she was giggling, she even responded to me with "boys, right?". I tried to be patient but the call just got long and drawn out she kept saying "huh" and "what". Eventually i got frustrated and had to end the call. I cannot deal with incompetent people. Detroit style pizza is deep dish and full of flavor. Get that square deep dish and you won't go wrong. I cannot wait for this to expand here, and they've been killing it back in Michigan for decades. I wish I could give 2.5 stars. I just can't give 3, though. Jets is too expensive for what is-- just very average pizza. I really don't understand so many good reviews. We tried a large Jets 10 on thin crust and a garden salad last Sunday night . The salad was a good size but 8.00 for just salad with no eggs or meat and a small amount of cheese and one small salad dressing . It was fresh and green but so over priced! The pizza was just average and cost 17.00 It was hot and fresh since we picked it up inside and waited for our order. It was almost a 30 minute wait for 1 pizza. Again, very average. The crust reminded me of frozen pizza crust and the toppings were just "okay. " Freschetta from the grocery store really has a better crust. This was cracker like and seems pre-made. The mushrooms did not look fresh and were either frozen or canned. They were an off color and definitely not fresh! The young woman at the counter was nice and helpful. She was the best part of our experience I suppose. Maybe some folks like it because of nostalgia. We have some pretty good places in SE Aurora, though, and with better prices, and we will stick with them. read more

We tried Jet's after realizing our previous local restaurant closed down for not paying taxes (how does THAT happen?). Jet's is located right across the street from us and their online ordering seemed very convenient, so why not? I have to say, this is the best pizza I can remember ever eating. It's so good, whenever we don't have it for dinner I fantasize about the next time we can get it. And between the types of crust and crust flavors, toppings (ingredients and amounts) and styles, you could probably order it once a day for a year and never have the same pie twice. The online ordering is a dream, I love building my own pie at my leisure, setting up a time for pickup and forgetting about it (I also love the "hot deals" section, no messing with coupons). As another reviewer stated, the prices are more than fair for such fantastic pizza. (Had a bit of a problem on my last visit with someone adding a tip to my bill without my knowledge. I complained and was surprised that the store manager called me personally to make things right. He assured me repeatedly that they don't do such a thing, yet somehow it happened. But the point is he was very concerned with making sure I was happy, and that kind of customer service should be rewarded wherever it's practiced.) Hopefully they keep paying their taxes so I can keep enjoying their pies for a long time to come! read more

I appreciate that they focus on pizza. Its a very nice local alternative to the chains and has a more traditional flavor. their small pizza was perfect for two; it is a 6 piece rectangular pizza which my wife and I split. Next time we will probably try the cheese bread and the cinnamon sticks. read more

For a grab and go pizza place, the pizza is pretty good. We got the deep dish. It was crispy, tasty, and delicious. We ate in, which it appears is not normal, but we needed something that was quick and we weren't around our house. I would say that the star is taken away because the bathroom was pretty gross.There is only one bathroom that is shared for both males and females, but again, this isn't a place that I think people usually sit down and eat. Yesterday, I tried Jets for the first time. I got the All Meaty deep dish, and it was delicious! I had it delivered to my office in Centennial and it came faster than I was told and it was hot. I didn't finish it and had the rest for lunch today. Normally, I'll eat cold pizza, before I'll reheat it in the microwave, but I tried it It was even good out of the microwave! So the food was good, but the service was horrible. The delivery guy was apologetic and i dont blame him for the service recived. He even ran back to his vehicle to take on the next order. But OUR online order said it would be ready in 75 mins and it took an hour longer than original time. My husband called the pizza store and spoke to the manager " jazmine" and she was the most rudest person ive ever heard. Ive worked in telecomunications for over 6 years and my husband is a regional training manager in the same field, so we both know alot about customer service. My husband was stressing to her, "jasmine" that the online order would be delivered in 75 mins and it was 20 mins past the order. She was very rude and could only say, " well what do you want from me?" As if implying that we needed to ASK for a credit instead of her offering some sort of compensation for poor service. I know who the owner of jets pizza is and i know that he would never allow this type of service. I will not order from this location again and i will definitely not recommend this location to any of my co-workers or friends. We have been going to Jets the last few years and after the extremely poor customer service we received yesterday- we now plan to take our business elsewhere. Online they had posted an 8 corner anniversary special where the pizzas were listed for $9.99. My husband called our order in for two of these pizzas, mentioned the coupon, and then the cashier said "sure and you can pay when you get here." When he got to the store, he showed the coupon on his phone and the cashier did not take it and charged my husband over $40 for the two pizzas. He asked to see the manager and showed the manager the coupons. The manager said that "it's an online only special." No where one the coupon (or even on the website) did it say online only AND the cashier when the order was placed said he would take it. My husband said he could replace the order online and was told no. Extremely poor customer service! The coupon does not say anywhere that it is online only! In addition, when we got home, our pepperoni pizza also had white onion on it which we did not order. So, they got our order wrong AND gave very loyal customers poor customer service over a coupon. We will find a new pizza place who practices better customer service! read more

Great service, my order was fresh, everything was ready on time, and the prices are reasonable. Unfortunately, the pizza didn't meet our expectations. We ordered 2 pizzas, one cheese & the other was a sausage, mushroom, and pepperoni, neither one was really impressive. The flavor was very bland and it reminded me of a frozen pizza. The pizza was so underwhelming we ended up throwing it away after a few days in the fridge. Throwing restaurant pizza away never happens in my house due to my teen son and his buddies! Ordered a pizza at 7 for delivery right down the street. Called almost 2 hours later and the pizza was still not in the oven. I was told on the phone they were short on delivery drivers, which i understand, and I definitely would have driven to pick up the pizza if they had made any effort to contact me that my pizza would be this delayed. I offered to drive in to pick up the pizza and they told me that even 2 hours later the pizza had not even been in the oven and it would be a further 20 minute wait.
