I used to work at this location, and unfortunately, my experience working here was extremely…read moredisappointing. I recently stopped by again and was honestly shocked to see that many of the same issues are still going on. The management and treatment of employees are especially concerning. While I was there, I witnessed a manager yelling at employees and speaking to them in a very disrespectful manner. There is a difference between holding employees accountable and publicly belittling them, and what I witnessed was completely inappropriate. During my time working here, I also had concerns about cleanliness and employee hygiene. There were frequently dirty dishes left around, issues with bugs that were not properly addressed, and employees who consistently came to work with noticeable hygiene issues. Drivers would sometimes smell strongly of cigarettes and dirt, to the point where customers would specifically request different drivers. I also witnessed situations where employees were instructed to give customers misleading information regarding how often certain employees were actually working. That is extremely unprofessional and creates a lack of trust between management, employees, and customers. I understand that working in a restaurant can be stressful, and I don't expect everything to be perfect. However, basic cleanliness, professionalism, respect for employees, and honesty with customers should be the bare minimum. After returning recently and seeing that the management environment has apparently not improved, I cannot recommend this location as either a place to work or a place to spend my money. I sincerely hope someone higher up takes the time to look into how this location is being managed.

While the help might not be like a nice restaurant, I have yet to encounter rude workers. The pizza has always been good and hot! The few times we have been inside to pick up our order it has been clean. We have ordered from this Little Caesars since they opened and have yet to be disappointed! On the one occasion they forgot our order, we received free cookies! We were traveling and wanted to try Doug's Bar-B-Que which was closed. Heads up he sells out very early and then is closed. As we were discussing where else to go, we noticed the steady the flow of business here. It advertised Wood Fired Pizza so we were drawn in. So glad. We had sit down service and were greeted warmly & attentively. Tori asked if we'd been in before and because we hadn't she shared that they make 12" pizza which serve 1-2 and many people add a salad or appetizer to have a full meal. We got the Spinach Arugula salad with the most amazing/flavorful dark Grapes, Walnuts, Sun-Dried Tomato, Feta with a Creamy Bacon Vinaigrette. Because we still had BBQ on the brain we selected the Brisket Pie. I'm sorry to say o neglected to the other we lady's name, but she was a wealth of knowledge on how Pizza Nomad came to be. How the owner started in a food truck and built his own wood-fired pizza oven they use. We will keep Pizza Nomad on our list of places to stop while traveling through Amarillo.

I am not sure how you burn a pizza and the crust is still soft... super weird. I would suggest maybe don't offer the crispy if you can't do it without burning it.
