No way to call the local store, the local number offered is answered in Amarillo, Texas (hour away from the local store). Even your 800 number tries to get customer to contact the local store, so how can we? Also went in today (1-15-25) for the "buffet" only room offered for the entire buffet was only big enough for 3 med pizzas, then had a bowl type container of bread sticks. Sorry I expect more for the price~ No salad at all, had the other side of the so called buffet table for the salad bar, but it all sat empty. They charge 11.90+ per person, and I wouldn't be surprised, that drinks are not included. So, add another 3.00 or so. read more

This pizza has my heart. This pizza is delicious from the dough to the toppings. The new pizza is fresh and the best. 10/10 would recommend. They have discounts on some pizzas. Sometimes. But after all pizza is so good!!! On the go is great. Drinks,so many varieties and big sizes to small. The pizza sticks definitely are the bomb. The cinnamon sticks are so good I would recommend them to anyone.Love this place! read more

Honestly, Pizza Hut ain't too bad. It could be better sometimes and sometimes it could be worse....sometimes the delivery is slow sometimes the delivery is fast, sometimes the order is wrong, sometimes you get a free pizza because they gave you an extra one you didn't order. Two stars because the pizza is usually ok and the wings are as well. However, ordered pizza for my students online and put in the address of the school. (They'd delivered to me before). The pizza needed to be there by 12:35 at the latest, so I put in 12:30 for delivery time. 12:45 rolled around and no pizza. I had angry students on my hands. We called. The manager said they couldn't find the address, so they called - I had no missed calls. Again... They'd delivered to the school before. She said they'd send someone again, but that I should have indicated that it was a school somewhere when I ordered (please tell me this on the order form...not after its 15 min late). So we wait. 1:15 rolls around... My students have to return to class at 1:10. Still no pizza. The school is maybe 2 minutes from Pizza Hut. I called again. She said they'd sent someone to another school instead of ours. I was angry. They still wouldn't refund our money, but instead "gave me a credit" and never said how much. About 1:25, someone finally showed up with Pizza. My students had to leave their classes to eat. Needless to say, I won't be using my "credit" (probably $5) any time soon. read more

Call Vince what medium pizza was told that they were out of medium pizza crust so because we need food we had to order a large pizza. I pointed out because they were a baby and pizza but we should not be forced to buy a large pizza. Got here for the tale end of the buffet lunch. The pizzas were hot and tasty, but no variety as far as pizza crusts; all they offered were thick crust. I would have liked to have had some thin crust, but I'm sure they want to fill us up on the bread of the thick crust so we eat fewer pizzas. This is the second time I've ordered from them the first time it took two hours and I called twice and was told two different excuses as to why it took so long. This time I ordered a barbecue chicken pizza with no red onions add mushrooms. I got no mushrooms and red onions were added. They don't pay attention to their online orders at all!! read more

And very rudely Interrupted me sayin that that 806 was an area code not a number. Ordered over the phone, and the woman taking my order kept interrupting me. She was extremely rude, and hung up on me before I could say I was paying with a credit card. The pizza was delivered late. The delivery woman was also very crabby (quite possibly the same woman that I spoke with on the phone) and when I said I had to pay with a card, she got mad at me! I explained that I was abruptly hung up on before I could say I was not paying cash. She then had the nerve to tell me "I should have called back" like it's my responsibility to do HER JOB! *Note* - I had called a second time, only to be hung up on again! after i asked the delivery time, i was going to explain I was to pay with a card, but apparently talking to costumers for more than 30 seconds is frowned upon. She was snippy, and very unpleasant. Over all, extremely unhappy with their services. The food was tasty, but the employees I dealt with were rather nasty. The food is always cold and wrong. They tell you a certain time to be there and pick up the food, and it's never ready. You have to wait 45 mins. or longer, after they tell you to be there to pick it up. The management sucks, the employees are dumb. Ordered a double pepperoni pizza for delivery. Was asked if I wanted the pepperoni lovers to which I asked, what is the difference. She asked her manager. Her response was that the double pepperoni was 10 bucks and the pepperoni lovers was 12. I ordered the double pepperoni of course. I received my pizza 30 minutes later. It was COLD and there was only normal pepperoni. It was honestly the worst pizza I have ever tasted. When I called the pizza hut they said they would send me another and that the new girl doing cook must not know the ropes. WOW. I highly recommend not eating here. read more

My husband and I ate there for lunch. We arrived about 11:40 and there was one pizza on the buffet and a house full of people. I started out with a salad. The salad bar was minimal and the vegetables looked old. We waited for the pizza at least 15 minutes. When we finally got our pizza, there was only three pizzas on the buffet for the entire restaurant. When we were checking out, I noticed the lady in the kitchen making a pizza. She did not wear gloves and she was reaching her hands in the topping and putting on a pizza. There was a waiter that would bring the pizza out in dirty clothes and no gloves. read more
