Highly impressed with Jesse's Cleaning Team! Their attention to detail and professionalism exceeded my expectations. The team was thorough, efficient, and left my home sparkling clean. Easy communication with Jesse, since I was out of town but needed the services ASAP. I trusted his team with my own house and highly suggest this cleaning team! read more

Jesse's cleaning team is without a doubt the GREATEST cleaning service of all time. He is very kind, attentive, and customer satisfaction is his highest priority. The house is consistently spotless after every visit, and so clean that I feel guilty just walking around and messing up the weave of the meticulous vacuuming. If you're in the market for this kind of service look no further. I guarantee your satisfaction will be met, and greatly exceeded. read more

Our neighbor recommended Jesse and his cleaning team and we couldn't be happier with their service. They are certainly the best house cleaners we've ever had. Since we haven't had a house cleaner for a number of years, after consulting with Jesse we decided that the first time they came we would have the house deep cleaned, including scrubbing the baseboards throughout and washing the windows inside and out. Since then we have had them come every other week and each time the house sparkles when they're done. They even make our beds with the clean sheets we leave for them and clean the interior of the refrigerator! We can't recommend them highly enough. read more

I've hired cleaners before, but with the purchase of our new home, I was looking for a longterm trusted partnership to help with upkeep as I'm out of town way too often to do this on my own. Keywords: trust and partnership. If you're looking for someone who will treat your home with the same attention to detail as if it were his own, you've come to the right place! Jesse came to us as a referral from a good friend of ours who owns a home in the same neighborhood--her house is always immaculate so I knew he had to be good--and I knew his services were in demand because he interviewed us and did a walkthrough of our home before he accepted us as clients. My husband and I are businesspeople so we appreciated the process and professionalism from the start. Our home is always left spotless, his team is always respectful, and they show up every single time as planned. Another bonus is that they are dog lovers and I always feel like my dog, Obi, is in good hands when he and his team are in my home. I trust Jesse's Cleaning Team to do the job right and I cannot recommend them enough! read more

We clean our home every 2-3 months, and were looking for a new home cleaner because our loyal one of over 4 years disappeared. Jesse and his crew fit us in. They did the job perfectly like our old one at a similar very reasonable price, and they'll continue with us. Jesse asked me if I had cleaning materials like Clorox Clean Up, and sent me a list. I was at Safeway at the time so I got them. I don't mind this, now I know what best to use when cleaning. I'm leaving this review as they are finishing up. Thank you Jesse, read more

I was referred to Jesse and his team by a co-worker who has been working with him for years. I'm very happy to have found a cleaner that is professional, punctual, and that I can completely trust. Jesse's team cleans my 2 BR / 2 BA apartment every 2 weeks. They always go the extra step to make sure I'm happy with the service and text me if they have any questions or concerns. I've tried various cleaners before and Jesse's team is by far the best. read more

I had a reliable housekeeper for the past 15 years. But unfortunately, due to age she needed to retire. So I started the hunt for a reliable replacement. I went through the Yelp ads, made a number of calls, with some returned and , quite frankly, unimpressive. Then I found Jesse. I called and left a voice mail on a Sunday, expecting to hear from him at the beginning of the work week. Within a half hour, Jesse called me back. He explained his approach, his team and set my expectations fairly high. Then he cam out to do an in home assessment. We discussed my expectations and priorities for Jesse and his team. He quoted me a price and within a couple of hours sent me a list of references. I called four of them... ALL FOUR CALLED ME BACK! They could not have been happier with Jesse. So I hired him. He told me what products to have on hand for his team to clean. I bought the product and they started cleaning my home. It takes a couple of times for him to get things to were he wants them to be, because he is a perfectionist. But now Jesse and his team are in a routine with my home. I have a standard time every other week with them. They show up on time and do an amazing job. They are extremely friendly and when they are finished my home is really clean and has a nice fresh smell to it. I trust them with my home and trust them to be there even when I am not. They are good people. I always look forward to Jesse showing up and "refreshing" my home. He has surpassed what I got from my last housekeeper, who I had for 15 years. I highly recommend Jesse to anyone looking for a reliable, high qualit cleaning service. He is the best... read more

Was looking for a cleaner and called Jesse. He finally responded with a text a week later bec he said he was out of town which was fine. His text included "are you still looking for a cleaner?" I said yes and no reply and it's been three weeks. No matter how good one might be a response is always necessary and especially you own a business. That just shows that they are unreliable and have no respect for others. This response was after 5 months is exactly my point! Your communications skills are not very good in responding to clients whether it is a good comment or a rant like you are doing now. The whole purpose of having a comments section on Yelp is to voice our experience and opinion whether it is good or bad. If a business warrants a negative review in my opinion that is what I am going to do. I am not going to get bullied into giving you a good review because YOU think you deserve it. Like anything in life, reputation and respect are earned and your response just validated the 1 star rating. read more

Jesse and his cleaning team are nothing short of incredible! They are extremely thorough and consistently go above and beyond when it comes to the quality and scope of their cleaning. For example, Jesse often sends me pictures of areas his team has cleaned that we haven't even thought of (e.g., inside closets, behind sofas, inside our pantry, etc.) My husband and I both work full-time and have two young children so it can be a challenge to manage schedules but Jesse goes out of his way to be flexible and accommodating based on our needs. I send Jesse and his team weekly cleaning instructions and they ensure that all of the items are completed. Sometimes I come back to bonus items, e.g., entire tupperware drawers reorganized, or sparkling utensils), which is truly appreciated. Jesse's level of professionalism and excellent communication is also very helpful - he has always been responsive and comprehensive via text or phone. We feel lucky that we found Jesse here on Yelp years ago. I highly recommend him and his fantastic cleaning team. read more

I have had the same housekeeper for 17 years. When she moved to Sacramento I was looking for someone to take her place. My upstair neighbors suggested Jesse. He and his team have been cleaning for her for 7 years and she said that that they had always done a fantastic job. I called Jesse and he made an appointment to come by and see my house two days later. In less than a week I had a regular shift. Jesse's employees work in teams of two and today right at 2:30 they arrived. The first visit Jesse said would be a deep clean and I have to say my house has never been cleaner! In a quarter of the time these two women went through the entire house. I work from home so I really appreciated the fact that they were incredibly efficient and quiet. I walked them through the house when they got there and they didn't need any direction once they got to work. It was, as Jesse suggested it would be, a deep clean so they weren't finished before one of the women had to leave. Jesse had been in regular contact with everyone so when Mariel had to leave Jesse showed up with two more team members. Jesse isn't an absentee boss he is out in the field all day supervising his employees. When he got to my house Jesse jumped right in and worked besides the other team members. He was hand brushing the fringe on my carpet and helping to make beds. read more

I heard about Jesse from a close friend. We have been working with him for just over a month and could not be more thrilled. He will regularly reach out to ask for feedback and his team has gone above and beyond - cleaning our garage, organizing cabinets, doing laundry, watering plants and keeping our house clean and organized. Maybe most importantly, he and his team are trustworthy. I was very paranoid when my cleaner of 10 years retired as I was concerned about having strangers in my home. Jesse and his crew put my mind at ease and have been nothing but fantastic. Would highly recommend Jesse and anyone he has on his team! read more

We met Jesse after having a failed relationship with another house cleaner. He was reassuring and understanding in all the needs that we had he's very polite respectful and efficient he's been clean your house now for six weeks and I have to say he is very very good at what he does he goes above and beyond what's necessary to accomplish our satisfaction and he is reasonable in price which is of course important. Two cheers to the beginning of a great relationship and a good partnership. My advice is that you could do far far worse in San Francisco with all these people who want to take your money for terrible work. Jesse is worth every penny read more

Jesse is both a wonderful person and a fantastic housekeeper. He treats our house as though it's his own home, with care and attention to detail. He is very thorough, and will often surprise me with unexpected things like cleaning out the fridge, reorganizing a drawer, and so on. But not only are we thrilled to have Jesse taking care of our home, we also consider him friend and family. You will not go wrong working with him! read more

When it comes to cleaning and organizing, I am kinda picky type person. I have tried a few cleaning services before and none of them makes me close to satisfied. When I started to search for other options, I looked up reviews on yelp and found Jess's cleaning team. I decided to give them a try and this is one of the best decisions I made :) The team is amazing, they are so thorough and into details! They would go beyond to clean up every corner of your house and make them spotless! I am so impressed by their service, that right now I would recommend them to everyone I know! They are also a lot of fun to hang out with, although I try to stay out of the way while they are working. They respond very positively to any suggestions or needs that you may have. They also suggested a new product for our hardwood floors that has made the floors look brand new. I highly recommend this business! read more

Jesse has been cleaning my apartment for nearly 2 years Flat out, he does excellent work. I highly recommend Jesse. Each time, he thoroughly covers all of the basics and then usually tackles another irregular job in need of attention. Jesse likes order and prides himself on attention to detail. Hire this guy, you will be glad you did. read more

Jesse came in to our busy family and took over the role of "cleaner extraordinaire"! We've had housekeepers before and services, all of which did a fine job of cleaning the surface areas, dusting, etc., but then we met Jesse and his team we learned a new definition of what clean meant and how it could be applied to our home. He is very thorough at evaluating the opportunities for cleaning, prioritizing, and then getting it cleaner than I had imagined possible. When he and his team are here, they work diligently, clean carefully, and are very positive to have in our home. We are thrilled with Jesse & his team! read more

We've been using Jesse's Cleaning Team for a couple of years now. My original 5* review was because, among other things, they did windows. After complaining about the dirty windows for months now Jesse told me they won't do them - or possibly only the inside of the windows. The rest of the cleaning is ok - certainly not the best we've ever had. read more

It has been many years since I have engaged with a house cleaning team because i just didn't want to go through the process of getting them up to speed. Of all the other apparently capable services that I contacted, Jesse was the first and only one to respond. We easily arranged a meeting and he arrived on time. I immediately felt like my home would be in good hands. I also liked the idea of a team of cleaners as opposed to a single person. Jesse takes his business seriously. A good start and good sign of what was to come. Jesse and his terrific, professional team swooped in and surpassed my expectations within minutes of their first day. I could see they were serious and efficient so, all I could do was get out of the way and leave it to them. I returned home that evening to my refreshed home. I was impressed and hooked. Over the following days, with delight I came upon areas that had been touched by team Jesse. No stone unturned! Pictures were all straight; moldings and ledges wiped; nooks and crannies dust free! And I thought I was clean! After many cleanings I can see how much effort I used to put into keeping up with my two story cottage. Jesse has taken my home to a new level of clean and has helped me to keep it that way. Each visit has a extra focus on something that needs special attention...the fridge, the closet, whatever I feel needs their touch. Any notes that I might have are welcomed, swiftly responded to and incorporated into the subsequent visits. They take the approach of continuous improvement. It just gets better. Bravo! And he always asks about my dog. In a quiet and regular way they have added to the quality of my life. Thank you. I heartily recommend Jesse's Cleaning Team for your home. read more

Finding a cleaning team you can trust is very hard. We are really happy to have Jesse looking after us for about 6 months now. His team does a lot and Jesse himself keeps a keen eye to make sure things are done right. Thanks Jesse for putting up with the thousand toys and unending dust bunnies! read more
