Our neighbor recommended Jesse and his cleaning team and we couldn't be happier with their service. They are certainly the best house cleaners we've ever had. Since we haven't had a house cleaner for a number of years, after consulting with Jesse we decided that the first time they came we would have the house deep cleaned, including scrubbing the baseboards throughout and washing the windows inside and out. I had a reliable housekeeper for the past 15 years. But unfortunately, due to age she needed to retire. So I started the hunt for a reliable replacement. I went through the Yelp ads, made a number of calls, with some returned and , quite frankly, unimpressive. Then I found Jesse. I called and left a voice mail on a Sunday, expecting to hear from him at the beginning of the work week. Within a half hour, Jesse called me back. He explained his approach, his team and set my expectations fairly high. Then he cam out to do an in home assessment. We discussed my expectations and priorities for Jesse and his team. He quoted me a price and within a couple of hours sent me a list of references. I called four of them... ALL FOUR CALLED ME BACK! They could not have been happier with Jesse. So I hired him. He told me what products to have on hand for his team to clean. I bought the product and they started cleaning my home. It takes a couple of times for him to get things to were he wants them to be, because he is a perfectionist. But now Jesse and his team are in a routine with my home. I have a standard time every other week with them. They show up on time and do an amazing job. They are extremely friendly and when they are finished my home is really clean and has a nice fresh smell to it. I trust them with my home and trust them to be there even when I am not. Was looking for a cleaner and called Jesse. He finally responded with a text a week later bec he said he was out of town which was fine. His text included "are you still looking for a cleaner?" I said yes and no reply and it's been three weeks. No matter how good one might be a response is always necessary and especially you own a business. That just shows that they are unreliable and have no respect for others. This response was after 5 months is exactly my point! Your communications skills are not very good in responding to clients whether it is a good comment or a rant like you are doing now. The whole purpose of having a comments section on Yelp is to voice our experience and opinion whether it is good or bad. If a business warrants a negative review in my opinion that is what I am going to do. I am not going to get bullied into giving you a good review because YOU think you deserve it. Jesse and his cleaning team are nothing short of incredible! They are extremely thorough and consistently go above and beyond when it comes to the quality and scope of their cleaning. For example, Jesse often sends me pictures of areas his team has cleaned that we haven't even thought of (e.g., inside closets, behind sofas, inside our pantry, etc.) My husband and I both work full-time and have two young children so it can be a challenge to manage schedules but Jesse goes out of his way to be flexible and accommodating based on our needs. I send Jesse and his team weekly cleaning instructions and they ensure that all of the items are completed. Sometimes I come back to bonus items, e.g., entire tupperware drawers reorganized, or sparkling utensils), which is truly appreciated. I have had the same housekeeper for 17 years. When she moved to Sacramento I was looking for someone to take her place. My upstair neighbors suggested Jesse. He and his team have been cleaning for her for 7 years and she said that that they had always done a fantastic job. I called Jesse and he made an appointment to come by and see my house two days later. In less than a week I had a regular shift. Jesse's employees work in teams of two and today right at 2:30 they arrived. The first visit Jesse said would be a deep clean and I have to say my house has never been cleaner! In a quarter of the time these two women went through the entire house. I work from home so I really appreciated the fact that they were incredibly efficient and quiet. I walked them through the house when they got there and they didn't need any direction once they got to work. It was, as Jesse suggested it would be, a deep clean so they weren't finished before one of the women had to leave. Jesse had been in regular contact with everyone so when Mariel had to leave Jesse showed up with two more team members. Jesse isn't an absentee boss he is out in the field all day supervising his employees. When he got to my house Jesse jumped right in and worked besides the other team members. He was reassuring and understanding in all the needs that we had he's very polite respectful and efficient he's been clean your house now for six weeks and I have to say he is very very good at what he does he goes above and beyond what's necessary to accomplish our satisfaction and he is reasonable in price which is of course important.
