I was up visiting in grants pass when all of a sudden, a terrible noise was coming from the front right of my engine bay. Not knowing the exact cause, had my suv towed into Tom's early on a Monday. By Monday afternoon they knew what was wrong, had the part is stock and could get me back on the road by end of the next day. They were even complete early and upon pickup, the tech showed me the broken fan from the radiator fan assembly that was basically wobbling away making quite the ruckus. I am so thankful that Tom's was helpful, knowledgeable and quick. They did come highly recommended by some friends so I'm glad I trusted them. If needed, will definitely take vehicles back to Tom's.

Within a few miles we had lost about an eighth of a tank of fuel, and after pulling off it was clear we had a major fuel leak after the pump--nothing I could fix on the side of the road. AAA towed both our truck and trailer to Kelly's. Even with other vehicles ahead of us, they diagnosed the problem quickly. The repair wasn't simple due to how buried the component was, but they handled it efficiently and got us back on the road. Jeremy, the mechanic, took the time to explain things and clearly knows his craft. Justin was also very helpful and communicative throughout the process. Breakdowns are never convenient, but we felt we were in good hands. I would recommend Kelly's Automotive without hesitation.

I reluctantly brought my truck back after horrible communication to once again have my springs not put on correctly, a pad was placed on crooked and The bolts were not the right fit the first attempt and both times not torqued to safety. The reason I brought my truck in, it had been making a weird sound and never did they figure it out. Do not trust this shop with your vehicle as my truck has had so many issues after being worked on at worst Auto!! This experience has been so stressful and also very frustrating .
