When we…read morebought the property it came with tons of tree and yes they were beautiful but they were overwhelming to the property and sickly. Most recently we had the notorious pine bark beetles decide they wanted to chomp their way thru the forest. If you have ever experienced these beetles you know how fast they eat and if you have not experienced the beetles let me say this....if you see a pine tree start turning brown for no reason and then it just dies in a matter of 2 weeks, you have beetles and then they start chomping your next tree and your next tree....call a Custom tree surgeons immediately to get those pests out of their. You cannot kill the beetles you must get rid of the trees they are eating and the surrounding trees in order to protect your other pines. The guys come out and never stop working once they hit the ground it's a chain saw symphony. Little Bobcats picking up all the logs and cherry pickers with the guys up in the air cutting down trees. Then there are the guys on the ground raking up the debris. Totally amazing. I really cant say enough wonderful things about the company. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing tree(s) removed.

First, even though the tree was partially uprooted, there was no urgency. Second, for a week prior there was no communication. I found out late last week that they would be there Monday. On Monday, I woke up to a mess. 10 people standing in the yard making an absolute mess. Chad, the foreman was condescending and a jerk when I asked what was going on. At any rate, they showed no care and tried to do as little as possible. They left the property looking significantly worse than when they came. There is debris everywhere and now the HOA is bringing a second company in. NEVER HIRE LUCAS. Bad business, Worse business owners. No communication and they just don't care.

I am leaving this review in part because I believe homeowners need to be aware that Tree Masters…read moreand Florida Tree Masters are not the same company. Recently, a solicitor from Florida Tree Masters came to my home raising vague concerns about my trees. The interaction left me uncomfortable. The representative was going door-to-door, had no clearly marked company vehicle in sight, would not provide specific details about the supposed concerns, and repeatedly emphasized that he would be back in our neighborhood frequently. The entire experience felt far more like a sales pitch designed to create urgency than a professional tree assessment. Afterward, I contacted Tree Masters directly because I wanted an opinion from a company I knew and trusted. The difference was remarkable. Tree Masters responded promptly, conducted a professional evaluation of my property, clearly explained their findings, and confirmed there was nothing that required immediate attention. There were no scare tactics, no pressure, and no attempt to sell unnecessary services--just honest expertise. What concerns me most is that I've noticed reviews online from people who appear to have confused Florida Tree Masters with Tree Masters. Based on my experience, that confusion is understandable given the similarity in names, but it is unfortunate because the quality, professionalism, and approach of Tree Masters speak for themselves. If you are considering tree work, verify which company you are actually contacting. My experience with Tree Masters was excellent, and they remain the only tree service company I would trust with my property.
