Then the office claimed that this second visit would count as my "second cleaning." So basically, they tried to count one cleaning split into two sessions as the two cleanings I paid for. That's like paying for two burritos and being given one burrito cut in half -- it's absurd. This whole situation was incredibly stressful, frustrating, and felt like a complete scam. It honestly ruined my week trying to sort it out. Their own brochure clearly states "two professional cleanings," yet I only got half of one. I have a few sensitive teeth and while I will always expect a little discomfort, it is never a nightmare. I feel well cared for and I don't worry about getting sprayed in the face by water or any rough handling. I am not sure if there is a parking lot, but there is 2 hour street parking directly around the building, and 1 hour parking other than that.
