Believe me when I say I really, really, really... Really, really wanted to give this place 5 stars, however I am so disappointed with the run around here. I called last week on an unfinished/untouched root canal to get a price estimate since I've read one Yelp review, claiming that Dr. Wong charges 1/3 the price compared to other spots, being a college student that I am - I called to get an estimate, the girl on the phone told me it would costs around $800-$850 for the tooth I was wanting, so of course I was ecstatic about that & asked if I could be waitlisted since he was booked up until May. She did so, called me the next day but I was unable to come in due to midterms. Monday, I called again & did the same thing. She ended up calling me back giving me only 30 minutes to get there saying there was an opening, luckily I was around the area & got there in 5 minutes. I was told that it was just a "check up", meaning to make sure it was the correct tooth I was pointing out. I already knew which tooth it was because I've been seen already at a few dentists, but they still wanted to "make sure", so I said "okay", & waited 15 minutes. After, I was seen by Dr. Wong who had told me he was unable to do the root canal himself, and it was the tooth that I was saying needed one (obviously). He spent less than 5 minutes with me & charged me $30 for a piece of paper that referred me to another "Wong" office down the street!!! $30 freakin' dollars for what?! For a piece of paper saying that I needed a root canal on a tooth that I already know needed one??? If that was the case, they should've just told me to call a different office because the dentist at this one is incapable of doing so! It would've saved me time & money! (yes, $30 is a lot to me. That's a full tank of gas for one week) Oh, & on top of that, I called the place he referred me to, they want $1400. Funny how quick prices change up on you huh? Thank you for NOTHING!

The care i have received from this entire office has been absolutely outstanding to say the least. I have seen ("Dr. Alex") they call him, four times now and every single time i have received exceptional care from Dr Alex, the dental assistant, the front office staff and also the sweet lady who does the billing. I only wish i had found this denistry years ago, they are all just amazing!

False Advertisement…read more I paid $456 for a package advertised as including two professional cleanings, but what I received was completely misleading and honestly infuriating. At my first appointment on September 22, 2025, the hygienist only cleaned half of my teeth in about 30 minutes and told me to come back later in the week to finish. Then the office claimed that this second visit would count as my "second cleaning." So basically, they tried to count one cleaning split into two sessions as the two cleanings I paid for. That's like paying for two burritos and being given one burrito cut in half -- it's absurd. This whole situation was incredibly stressful, frustrating, and felt like a complete scam. It honestly ruined my week trying to sort it out. Their own brochure clearly states "two professional cleanings," yet I only got half of one. The experience left me feeling deceived and taken advantage of, and I would strongly warn others to stay away or double-check everything before paying.

I really don't want to let out the secret about Dr. Lee, since good dentists are hard to find and…read morekind ones are even harder to find. Dr Lee's a very kind and understanding person and experienced dentist. My family has been coming to him for several years now and at my recent appt, I noticed he got a Yelp award last year so it is definitely time for me to write a review, not that he needs it for his business, but b/c we appreciate his professionalism with a human touch. It's been hard to find a dentist we trust with whom we can also feel comfortable sharing our health philosophies and preferences and who respect our choices. You'd think all medical (and dental) professionals would respect a patient's choices, but I've experienced quite a few brow-beating over the years that left me feeling disheartened and drained instead of encouraged rather than made to feel guilty and my family actually has decent to pretty good teeth! We generally have good to very good oral hygiene and only occasionally get cavities, but we're human and of course there are times when we need some fillings (and hopefully not worse). Options are always presented by Dr. Lee especially with the option to WAIT and SEE, which I've found many dentists do not really allow. I have my thoughts on why they might push patients towards lots of fillings, root canals, crowns, and other procedures, but you, the reader, can probably fill in the blanks. Of course, there are time when those more invasive procedures are needed beyond just a small filling or two, but we really appreciate that he is open to discussion on options instead of strong-arming patients like we've experienced with other dentists. For example, we regularly use coconut oil to practice oil pulling, which is an established hygiene practice of an aryeuvedic nature from the Indian culture (I believe several other cultures practice this too). While this is an alternative and not conventional practice, it has definitely worked for us. I have seen my kids' cavities on their baby teeth (at least) REMINERALIZE after oil pulling daily so that their emergent cavities closed back up some and those baby teeth naturally fell out before they really needed to be filled. Because Dr. Lee is open to these alternative practices even if he may not agree or believe in their effectiveness, he gives us time to try them, and that is how a good dentist-patient relationship is form, on mutual respect. Dr. Lee is also a personable and well-traveled person which means he's open-minded and a globe-trotter and our family enjoys traveling too, so we also have a common conversation topic for when we have our mouths open and he's cleaning and examining our teeth, we enjoy listening to his latest adventures. He's kind and no-non-sense which is also nice. Finally, his practice is digitized enough so that at least his charts are not on paper anymore as our previous dentist still used paper charts post 2020, and it was hard to get copies of our charts when we transferred to Dr. Lee. I'm not 100% into all electronics, but where there's pro's to bringing the tech to the 21st century, I appreciate that Dr. Lee has invested into those modernizations when others still have really archaic processes like I have to call or email to confirm my appts instead of just respond to a text. Finally, Dr. Lee has a gentle and professional dental assistant who assist him and she, along with the receptionist also make the office a friendly environment. My family has no anxiety when we come for our check-ups and minor dental procedures. Thanks again, Dr. Lee and we wish you a blessed holiday season till we see you again next year!

His assistant was friendly and gentle in creating the temporary crown for me until a new crown can be fabricated. I highly recommend this dentist to anyone.

It was getting to the point that I was considering a root canal and I was struggling with the pain. There is plenty of parking at the office and the receptionist welcomed me in and gave me all the paperwork I'd need to fill out. I was brought back to a chair and I noticed that they have really nice equipment here and the office is really clean and welcoming- well, as welcoming as the dentist can be. There was even a little poster on the ceiling for when you're staring up as they work on your mouth. They took some new X-rays, took a look at my teeth and did some sensitivity testing with ice and some tapping. Ultimately the advice was to keep waiting on my teeth to heal after the fillings- that the fillings were good and not too deep and that the nerves were still healthy but a bit irritated and sensitive from the dental work. I wasn't thrilled about needing to continue to deal with the pain, but it's now been over a month from this appointment and my teeth are feeling almost normal again. There is still some cold and heat sensitivity but the pain is much less and I'm not getting random pain that lingers and gives me headaches. It definitely saved time, money and my real teeth by not needing to do the root canal. My teeth were definitely testing me though- it was a rough couple months.
