Everything sounded yummy, so per the staff recommendation my family shared the Jerusalem Mix Platter and side of fries which was a decent portion size for about $29 USD. We have been eating at the Jerusalem Grill for as long as I can remember as the food is exceptional. The grilled meats are cooked to perfection and absolutely fresh. The salads are delicious and wonderful texture & consistency in their quality is amazing. We have used them for Catering before as well! They were on time with freshly grilled meats and platters soooo delicious; people ate it all up! And it was the perfect ending the weekend of wedding celebrations! Absolutely love this place. Wish it was closer to my house so I could go more often. Last time I went, I ordered a to-go meal as I was leaving because I wanted to enjoy the same food the following day as well. My only complaint world be the huge TVs on the walls. They tend to draw the eye, and even if you're trying to pay attention to the people you're with your eyes will get pulled back to the screens. read more

I love this restaurant so much! I've been a number of times and have had a good sampling of the menu, never a bad meal. One of my favorites is the lamb shank. Everything is super fresh and made to order. Not the biggest seating area but super comfy and clean, and isn't that all that counts? If you come during the day or at slower times you can order and pay at the till, during peak hours there is wait staff to take your order at the table. Tonight, we ordered via Skip the Dishes, and received our meal with a huge black hair included. We called the restaurant and the man said it's not his problem, was very rude and defensive, then hung up on us. I will NEVER order from Jerusalem Grill again. How disappointing. read more

Here you can find one of the best middle eastern foods. Very friendly staff, Good foods. We ordered beef shawarma and plate of mix kebabs. All of them was really good. I suggest here to all of beef lovers and of course they have a veggie menu as well. read more

I really wish I could pick minus stars. This place was discussing. The person working there is a very bitter and angry man! We sat down and ordered our food. He then brought us out drinks and cutlery wrapped in napkins! I unwrapped the cutler and it was not washed there was food still stuck to it. Gross as hell. I went to the counter and picked up new cutlery and it also unwashed. We just walked out and honestly I would not recommend this hole in the wall to anymore. Just not good service, tried twice for lunch both times they weren't open even though they were supposed to open an hour before I got there. One time I was there at 12:30 and they were supposed to be open at 11, nope closed. Then when I did finally get to eat there, service was sub par and the food tasted like it was left over from two days before. Never going back and telling everybody I know the same. read more

Today was our second visit to Jerusalem Grill in Langley. The quality of food is amazing and has the authentic Lebanese taste . Some of the best falafel , kebeh ,lamb shawarma , home made fries and shish tawook in the Vancouver mainland ..The owner Abed is very friendly and welcoming gentleman . My wife found this tiny hidden gem a few days ago and suggested we try it out. I ordered the lamb shawarma and she ordered the falafel. They were delicious. The food is amazing and layered with complex flavours. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a delicious meal. I would choose it over the Boston Pizza that is right next door! My only complaint would be that every meal comes with a pop or a water and I never drink pop so that leaves me buying a water when at most places I can simply order a cup of water. The meal is more than worth the price. But this way it feels like I am paying for something I am not using because I won't drink soda. read more

I came to this place with my father for lunch. The cashier was kinda rude from the start, so the service was that not friendly. I'm not one to make a scene, so I just wanted my burger and go. I was disappointed when the guy brought us our burgers. The meat was half the size of the bun, and the bun appeared to be squished down. Also, I paid extra for an egg for my burger which I did not get. I went up to the counter and confronted the cashier about it, and he says, "Oh.. I forgot. It's okay. Next time." Then proceeds to walk away. I was disappointed that guy didn't try compensating me, or at least try offering me some drinks for the road. I'm sure the other food is great judging from the other reviews, but from my experience, I CANNOT recommend. read more

Three times he asked me "what you want" and all three times got busy instead of answering my question about a dish i wanted. I walked out without ordering and waiting for 10+ minutes. and place wasn't even busy. Real moronic behaviour let alone no customer service or even language skills. Wish I had read the reviews before coming here. The guy is SO miserable, rude, and slow. I ordered a wrap. After 15 minutes not even seeing him bring the pita out I asked to change the order to go. After another 5 minutes I asked if I could just cancel the order as my lunch break is only 30 minutes and I wouldn't have time to eat. He then proceeds to tell me "just one minute" for the next THIRTEEN minutes before handing me the most mediocre cold wrap I've ever had in my life. I could understand a bit of a wait for fresh cooked meat but this was just pre cooked pre sliced meat her needed to throw on the flat top and throw together a wrap. I felt sorry for the ladies who had ordered a platter that we were 40 minutes into their wait. But the guy working couldn't care less if he tried. I ordered take out today. This is possibly the worst food I have ever had. Some of my food was burnt to the point it is inedible. The hummus is the worst hummus i have ever tasted. My order was missing items. The beef kebab was terribly bland. The only good thing was my falafel pita. Grocery store bought pitas were also disappointing. We frequently order takeout from this location. The Jerusalem mixed grill and the Shawarma platter are both delicious. My 3 yr old frequently requests "chicken on a stick". The platters are served with rice or fries, two salads, humus,garlic dip and pita. The quality is always consistent and it's never a wait time longer than 15 minutes. read more
